I booked the hotel because there is a roof top terrace to see the West Lake. But in fact, the roof top terrace is closed all the time. I was disappointed. But the staff was nice. The room is a bit outdated but clean.

Great location and staff. Hotel is old/run-down. Room on non-smoking floor smelt smokey. Swimming pool was not 5 star hotel worthy: old and looked as if it was a public place
