VERY friendly staff, clean hotel, coffee always available, great amenities in room -- they even have waffle irons and instapots downstairs that you can borrow for FREE. The only drawback was they don't have free breakfast, but they explain that's because they provide pretty much a full kitchen in your room to cook what you want, and they have a very well stocked pantry from which you can buy all kinds of food, snacks, hygiene items, etc.

Heather the front desk clerk was wonderful. The AC unit was an issue. But overall location and area was nice. I wish the stairs on the side were not so steep. I could see a jorrible accident happening if you do not pay attention.

You staff are very friendly and helpful. You hotel is very clean and had a nice set up. The only negative is the lack of only one handicap entrance. That door was completely on the other side of where our room was. There was a door to the outside right by our room, but you had to walk some really dangerous steps for the elderly, which we are. Otherwise you facility is very, very nice. And again we cannot say enough good things about your staff.

I was there with my dog for a dog sport trial and they were very dog friendly. It’s an older motel but seems well maintained and was clean and comfortable. The staff was very welcoming. I had a problem with the sink at one point and they fixed it immediately. The full kitchen in every room was great and there was tea and both decaf and regular coffee available 24/7. It’s located in a quiet area with a park across the street which was great for dog walking.

My room was clean and comfortable. However, the hallway outside my room was dirty and never vacuumed. It was very unsightly. The staff were very helpful. My tv remote did not work and staff replaced it promptly.

I was there with my wife for medical reasons. We stayed 3 nights at this location. The best part of our stay was the quietness. We almost never heard the guest, and the location is far enough away from traffic that it is very quiet. The room was clean, but the hallways had trash scattered up and down the hallways. Not once did we see the hallways being vacuumed, and the trash we saw one day was always there the next day. The other issue is the entrance is up several steps, and it's very difficult to get up and down especially with luggage. I will say, the young woman at the front desk was truly amazing. She is what made this stay as nice as it was. This motel should double her salary because she represents the place better than anything else.

I absolutely loved the water pressure from the shower, it was fantastic, hotels rarely have good water pressure'. It would be nice to have a small table in the room to eat off of, the bed was broken on the side by the window,so i slept on the otherside. Two nightstands would be nice,what if a couple would've stayed and not had a night stand. Other than the normal noises from the 2nd floor, it was a quiet room, having more channels to watch on tv. Most importantly I will return in the future.

Bed was super firm, only 1 chair to sit on and no place to sit and eat in the room if there are more than 1 person in the room. Disappointed in the room, but the place was super clean and quiet.

The hotel was good overall. It was good to have a kitchen. The noises though were very strange. It’s hard to explain but there were loud creaking sounds like the building settling or something all day and night. Every time you’d make the slightest move the headboard made a loud noise startling the other person sleeping. Nothing but a sign at the desk saying the attendant had stepped away each of the four times I tried to stop by. Also no answer to my text.

The HVAC unit in the room did not work properly and made horrible noise as it came on and ran. I tried turning off the unit and it would not turn off. It just came on every few minutes. We arrived late and we’re exhausted. We went to bed thinking it would shut off or we would go to sleep. After an hour of not sleeping and the until still coming on, I called the front desk. Apparently nothing could be done do I unplugged the unit. The next morning I reported it to the clerk and she took a note.

Upon check-in, it took the receptionist a moment to recognize I was waiting at the welcome desk. I was given a room next to the laundry room which was loud. Walking to my room down the hall I could smell cannabis coming from somewhere. During my morning my door was knocked on at 8am for unknown reasons by staff. The fire alarm went off around 10am. Despite decent cleanliness, the hotel looked more worn than I would expect.

Large rooms, and friendly staff! However, the halls always smelled “weird”, there’s no cable in the rooms/have to rent DVDs, and you can hear the people above you.

Everything would have been good, but I booked through Expedia in September for a suite for the night before and after my daughter's wedding. My booking was confirmed. When getting there I was told that those that booked in person long after me received preferential treatment because I booked through a third party. I did not get the suite I had originally requested and confirmed. I was just left with what was left. I would not have booked with you all if I would have known I wasnt assured the unit requested. I'm not happy at all!!

Terrible property condition and worse staff. Shortly after check-in, we realized our toilet did not flush. We contacted James at the front desk who was very quick to let us know it would be handled the next day. Obviously, nonfunctional toilet for the entire night is not feasible. Upon further inquiry, it was determined that he did not have the authority to call a plumber and to do so would require a call to his GM and “she doesn’t like to be called”. It was finally decided that he would change our room but although we had reserved a king room, we would be moved to a room with double beds. James assured us the undisturbed manager would adjust our rate the next day. By end of day the following day with no contact, we again contacted the front desk and spoke with Heather the Sales Manager. She assured us she would adjust our rate and send an email that evening with new rate. The following morning after receiving no email regarding the rate adjustment, another visit to front desk and a visit with Olivia. She was the only one who seemed to give a care but wasn’t authorized to do anything. Olivia assured us she had contacted Heather and we would receive an email shortly after noon. It is now 9 pm, no email, no adjustment and we were charged full price upon check out. Highly recommend you do not stay at this property if you want flushing toilets or a staff that gives a damn about their guests.
