The Tim Hortons in the parking lot was super helpful since there was no coffee in the room amd no kitchen inhouse. Staff was very kind and pleasant. Room was clean enough but small & cramped, bed was stiff, and shower was not really useable. (If nothing else i always clean the shower but the awkward shape, cracks in tub, build up on head, and no wand made that a no go). Its a fabulous hotel for one night passing through. The staff was great. Also brace yourself in elevator as it jerks at the start and finish.

The pool was freezing and the hot tub was warm not hot. When I asked the front desk if they could turn the pool up, they said no that they keep it at 80 degrees Fahrenheit and I said it’s definitely not 80° in there. The beds were super uncomfortable, and they kept sliding off of the frame. There were only muffins for breakfast. We had hoped there would be at least bagels or another option.

The parking lot was full of snow and ice. Very scary to walk from parked vehicles to the hotel. We stayed at this hotel so we could walk to the venue to a sports game so again super dangerous to get out of the parking lot. When we first got there to check in we were given a room that hadnt been cleaned.

Lots of parking, even for the pickup/small trailer I had coming in late. They were welcoming to us and our dog. Note: breakfast is fresh muffins, cereal and coffee. Overall our stay was very good. There were a couple small issues with our room that were inconvenient but not enough for a negative overall review, such as the tv did not work and the desk counter top had obviously not been cleaned. The room was nicely renovated, the curtains were great at keeping the room dark in the morning.

The carpets in the room were disgusting need to be cleaned more often there was a water spill on the floor a pillow fell off the bed and it was completely saturated and brown looked like a coffee stain but it was from the wet carpet it stunk and was moldy as well. Also there were spiders in the room needed to be fumigated in there Please acknowledge and a solution we paid 274 a night which was pricey and for a gross dirty room to boot

Our room was very small, very noisey and could hear every conversation in the hallway from our room, room was very hot and A/c did not work well, no microwave, fridge froze all of our food, mold on the inside of the curtain, bathroom was dirty.

The hotel is good enough if you're just coming in and leaving the next day. It had everything that you needed to have. The only issue I had with cleanliness is that there was several hairs on the counter in the bathroom when we got in there. It wasn't our hair. The toilet was clogged and in general just could have used a little bit more cleaning. Service was good. Good location for why I was there. Breakfast was limited and considted of a muffin, 2 choices of cereal and a coffee.

We had to wipe down surfaces in the room as they were dirty. Console under tv had something spilled, not wiped up, spilled on chair. Bedside table had some gel spilled by alarm clock. Headboard had greasy head marks. Bathroom sink and counter not clean.

Good location, affordable. But very noisy. The doors all have a slit underneath and you can hear everyone at the front desk, in the hallway talking loudly all day and night. It made it really hard to sleep. I was on the first floor so the people above me were stomping around which I'm guessing means there is no insulation between floors. My room looked clean but I kept finding long blonde hairs stuck to my socks which made me feel like it wasn't vacuumed. Front desk service was nice, and they provide 24/7, water, tea and coffee. Morning they have cereal and muffins. If you need minimalist place to stay, this could be a good choice.

Room was to be expected, bed fairly comfortable. Issue was with heat, it was 99°f in the room after we returned from our event. This issue was attended to quickly but not really solved, had to sleep with window open and an mobile air conditioning unit loud all night to keep the room cool. No where else to be moved as all rooms booked due to event. Gave us $30 off for inconvenience.

Clean room, staff were friendly but, management needs to organize tour group busses better. Have them park at a pick up location next to the road out front in the lot. Short walk as if they walk to their parked vehicle but it would lessen the bus and chatter noise directly next to other patrons hotel rooms at such an early hour! This location is also on a busy intersection with semi’s and trucks parking directly next to the hotel all hours of the day and night = no sleep!! Air brakes, running engines, tour buses parked right outside room window people talking loud hanging around the bus for an hour or so, and what seems like paper thin room walls rumbling all night from the excess noise. If you don’t need sleep this hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and that’s about it. I have videos, I couldn’t believe how disrespectful the tour group was and the amount of traffic adjacent to this property. I would have left earlier 5:30 am but the tour bus and a tow truck had my vehicle blocked in!! 3hrs of interrupted sleep that night for over $200/night stay, not worth the aggravation. It was like sleeping outside at a truck stop!! That was my experience.

The staff tried to overcharge us for the room. It was to be $225 for Saturday night but they said it would be $450 because of the concert. I had my Travelocity info on my phone and showed it to them. They had to honor it. The beds were horrible and so was the breakfast. The only thing we like was the location because it was right by our concert venue.

Room was clean and I appreciated the decent lighting in the bathroom. However, upon check in, I handed my credit card expecting a hold which all hotels do. After it processed she explained it was a “damage deposit” and I would get refunded in the morning. It was not a hold, they actually processed it so it now takes 3-5 business days to get my credit back. Had I known, I would have used a debit card instead. Also, be prepared for a longer checkout as the front desk person has to go check the room for damages before refunding the damage deposit. They offered a welcome cookie, but there were 3 of us, so if you only offer one, don’t offer to rooms with multiple guests. Also, 2 towels for 3 guests so we had to go down and get another towel. The walls are paper thin so we could hear the guest in the next room on his phone early in the morning. The room had an adjoining door, and the other room had left their window open so there was quite a draft coming from the adjoining room. If you love a hot shower this is not the place for you. Shower was clean, but warm, not hot. That wasn’t a huge deal because at least it was clean. Beds were nice and clean, but very hard as were the pillows, but if you like a firm mattress it would be good for you. Needless to say I did not have the best stay, so I will not be booking again in the future. I must say though that the staff was pleasant.

Was in town for a dog sport tournament so it was a pet friendly place to stay close to the venue. It was clean, but carpeted floor and carpet just grosses me out in general. I’m this day and age I’m much more comfortable in hotels that have laminate flooring. Just psychologically feels cleaner. The beds were ok, but not great. The outside didn’t have great areas to take the dogs to the bathroom onsite. There was shards of sharp metal and garbage that gave concern for the safety of the dogs. Walking toward Sasktel centre, there was grass, but again garbage everywhere. At early morning check out, there were many people checking out at the same time that were attending the same event, but there was only one guy at the counter and the poor guy had to run and check every single room in order to return the $200 damage deposit. The high damage deposit was a surprise. But it made the checkout very time consuming for the tournament attendees. They should probably have more than one staff member on in those instances. I will be staying there again, but mostly out of convenience.

Very good customer service. Clean. Room didnt have very much sound resistance. You can hear everything. The only dislike. I lost my cc though on my way up and csr was very good on helping me process payments. Which lifted a huge worry of my shoulders

The hotel is within easy walking distance of SaskTel Centre, making it very convenient for events like the one we attended. Also, I have to give a shout-out to the front desk staff. We had an AC issue in our room, so we were moved to a larger room with a full kitchenette. It was a wonderful upgrade, and much appreciated.

The people took our payment from Expedia and we arrived at 3:45am expecting to have a room waiting for us and did not give us a room. They said you have to check in Friday and that it is not Saturday and you cannot check in. Then I went to comfort suites across the street and they had no problem giving me a room at 4am and I stayed there another 2 days with excellent customer service. So ditch this place and stay across the street.

They took a $200.00 damage deposit and forgot to return it the following day, they said they would etransfer it to me… it is now four days later and to calls to the manager and I still do not have my damage deposit money returned.

I think it should be made clear that the property is across the road from a major truck stop! Very noisy and truck fumes. The room itself was very small for 3 adults! Barely room to walk around with our luggage in the room!! Breakfast was inadequate, muffins and cereal only!! Bed was comfortable!

Across the street from a truck stop, so somewhat noisy. Bathroom door did not latch properly, latch installed in the wrong orientation, so the door could not be locked. Matress on bed had rounded sides, so it felt like i was falling out all night. Free breakfast advertised consisted of two types of cold cereal or two or three types of cold muffins only. No other choices apparent. Disappointing.

I didn't realize this motel was out in the industrial area so it wasn't convenient to some things however; having a restaurant & coffee shop right near were very handy.

We travel a lot, what stood out the most was how friendly all the staff were from the front desk to cleaning crew. Very welcoming. The rooms are very basic but clean and the distance to Sasktel Centre is perfect.

Staff was very friendly and courteous. It is amazingly close to Tim Hortons and the Timmies muffins were part of their continental breakfast. The Husky truck stop across the street was a bit annoying if you are like me and like the window open, the trucks can be a bit noisey and the pool was shallow all the way through which was a disappointment for me, but for people with younger families or non swimmers. Overall it is a good place to stay.

Clean room, staff were friendly but, management needs to organize tour group busses better. Have them park at a pick up location next to the road out front in the lot. Short walk as if they walk to their parked vehicle but it would lessen the bus and chatter noise directly next to other patrons hotel rooms at such an early hour! This location is also on a busy intersection with semi’s and trucks parking directly next to the hotel all hours of the day and night = no sleep!! Air brakes, running engines, tour buses parked right outside room window people talking loud hanging around the bus for an hour or so, and what seems like paper thin room walls rumbling all night from the excess noise. If you don’t need sleep this hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and that’s about it. I have videos, I couldn’t believe how disrespectful the tour group was and the amount of traffic adjacent to this property. I would have left earlier 5:30 am but the tour bus and a tow truck had my vehicle blocked in!! 3hrs of interrupted sleep that night for over $200/night stay, not worth the aggravation. It was like sleeping outside at a truck stop!! That was my experience.

Great location when attending events at SaskTel Place. Our room was small, but very clean & the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast advertised was just coffee or tea & a tray of muffins from Tim Horton's across the parking lot. It would be nice to have some juice as an option for children or non-coffee drinkers. Staff were very friendly & helpful. All in all I recommend this hotel.
