InterContinental New York Times Square by IHG

Staff was fantastic!

This rooms are clean, the staff is welcoming, and the food and drinks were great!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The staff is awesome! The property and its location are great.

The last two times I stayed there a prior guest head left rotten food in the mini bar, and it had not been removed when I checked in. It was lots and lots of dust bunnies under the bed. The worst part that was the reception people. Some of them are very good, but if you get one of the ones that are not your in for it. This time when I checked out, they insisted that I had asked for an upgrade and we’re charging me for it. I had not asked for an upgrade. They gave me an upgrade when I checked in, and I assumed it was for free as it has been in the past because I’m a member of the IHG club. The woman I spoke to at reception would not believe me. Cause they tried to charge me for things from the mini bar that I had not used. It was a very unpleasant experience and I will not stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was in a great place to take in a play. I didn’t find the hotel very cohesive. They don’t really go out of their way to make it an experience, It’s not like other Internationals in that regard. It’s clean and quiet in the heart of Time Square without all the chaos
