The key didn’t work to the pool. The pool has a capacity of only 12. Which wasn’t a problem because we were the only ones there. The pool was tiny is my point. Thought the pool was going to be heated. Breakfast ran out of eggs quickly and the options were poor.

Super small pool, no hot tub. Pictures are misleading. Doors didn't work to access pool. Had to enter the pool from the outside. It was 6 degrees outside. Pool had no lights, so it had to close at dusk. Rooms were clean but had no refrigerator. Shower got lukewarm at best. Good breakfast.

Just ok. We wanted to swim and chose this hotel for its indoor pool. However, the pool wasn't much larger than a hot tub and was closed anyway.

When I made the reservation, I requested a ground floor room and when I checked in they said that they didn't see that so I ended up on the 3rd floor. We brought our swimming suits to swim and the pool was closed for renovations. One of our room keys stopped working after the first day.

Clean hotel. Our vehicle was one of several broken into and burglarized overnight. No cameras and no help from staff. Police asked for video. Staff said it might exist but only manger can access, and they don't come in until Monday- two days from now. Our truck cover was pried up and torn off and window smashed. Thieves spent a lot of time on it and a couple of others. NO notice or help from staff despite other victims reporting it earlier same morning. Desk clerk admitted having criminal and jail record. Stay at your own peril

Our truck got broken into smashed 2 windows. No one told us until we walked out and found it. Management has not contacted us since this happened. So no if you drive a truck without of towns plates do not stay here. Told that they target out of state plates.

We booked this hotel because we wanted to be sure of a nice place to stay but when we got there our room had a large fan trying to dry out the carpet and the only other room available required us to use a crappy sofa bed which isn't much better than the floor. I realize problems happen and a room might not be available but how about some advanced notice or at least offer a discount for having to sleep on a cheap, uncomfortable sofa bed. Why should anybody have to pay full price for a sofa bed? I liked to see upper management sleep on a sofa bed and see how happy they are for paying full price! That should be standard operating procedure! Plus the fitness room was closed for a long term issue and all they offered was a commercial gym a 10 minute drive away that already offered a free trial so it didn't cost Marriott nothing! Management doesn't care about the customer and is flat out sheap and penny pinching!

I have stayed here many times, every six months. This time the hotel, especially common areas and halls looked very run down and dirty. There were stains on several upholstered pieces of furniture. The hall carpets were never vacuumed during my week stay. I always had a frig and microwave. This time one of the rooms had neither and when we requested them, or a room switch we were told they could not do. Breakfast was good, but better confections would be nice. The fitness room has been closed for a few years and now they offer access to an offsite fitness place. Vey inconvenient.

Crushed doritos on floor under air conditioner, bed had massive hole on one side, pantry at front desk was very cleaned out, gum was closed had to go off site to use a gym, one elevator was down, and to top it off we found dried blood under the sink in the bathroom on the wall. Once we found the dried blood we decided to leave. The hote said they would refund us but once we left the site they were rude and uncooperative. Definitely would not recommend this Fairfield which is a bummer because we stay at many!

The room was good, bed was comfy, climate was great. Worst staff I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. Outside the room like the main hallways in the main lobby were sticky and dirty. I was just not impressed with the overall cleanliness of the place.

I chose a more expensive place for a couple of reasons. 1. So I could relax in the pool and hot tub and 2. I chose an “executive suite” with a kitchenette so we would be able to have family visit. The executive suite was not more than a king room with a bad sofa sleeper. My daughter slept on the floor. The kitchenette was a mini fridge and microwave, not even a sink or counter top. I got an email after the cancellation deadline that the fitness center and hot tub are closed. The hot tub is no longer there. Breakfast was very good Saturday, ran out of several things Sunday, and didn’t put as much out on Monday. Still better than continental though.

It was one thing after the other at this hotel. The first room we had, the TV didn’t work so they offered us a different room. When we went to switch rooms, the keys didn’t work to the new room. I went down the desk and stood for about 10 minutes waiting on an employee to fix they keys. Then, once we finally made it into the room we noticed that the new room had no fridge for our dinner left overs. A few hours later when someone decided to use the bathroom, the toilet wouldn’t flush. We didn’t want to move AGAIN, so we dealt with it. The next morning as we were waking up, someone walked into our room and walked right back out. Whoever it was realized it was a mistake, because they were not in the hallway when I went to approach them. Lastly, check out is posted for noon but housekeeping knocked well before that and we told them they could come back when we were checked out at the posted time. The only positive thing to say about this property is the king bed was extremely comfortable. Overall, I would not recommend a stay at this property.

Everything was great. My only issue was that anytime anyone within 10 rooms of us, let their door shut, it was extremely loud. Abnormally loud. It woke me up everytime. Like, scary loud. They would do well to put a strip of fabric in the door jam to pad it a bit. Other than that, it was a very nice place.

We arrived a bit early but there was no problem checking in at all. Staff was extremely friendly and professional. When I was asked the purpose of our visit, the clerk was helpful in giving directions to the event center. The room was clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were super comfortable.

I booked a stay through hotels.com. When we arrived, they did not have us booked. I had verification from hotels.com, but the clerk said it wasn’t in their computer, so they charged me again for 3 nights. Everyone was kind, but I felt they should have done something to help me figure it out

I want to commend the midshift front desk person Tyler. before checking in I had called with a few questions and he had helpful answers at the ready. Once we checked in he offered local ideas for my family to experience. Tyler comes off as someone who really enjoys their work and it should be known! Breakfast was plentiful.

Liked the location for our needs. Facilities were old but clean upon check in. Unfortunately, as we booked for 2 nights, there was no room cleaning and no replenishment of towels. A call to the front desk was met with a surly reply “and how is this my problem?” I had to go to the front desk and the surly lady procured bath towels and told me the washing machine was out. Meanwhile, going back to my room, the elevators broke down and I had to climb the stairs. I’m nearly 80, it was not easy. Bad experience.

When we checked in last evening we were not told that there was no hot water in the building. The whole purpose of us staying at the hotel was to get a hot shower since we had a broken water line in our home. Also, my credit card has been billed twice, once by expedia and once by the hotel. I'm requesting a complete refund of the charges.

Check in was slow and no explanation of what the hotel offered. Inside the room there an awful smell and hole in carpet and 1 washcloth that had a hole in it as well. This was a Fairfield and should be at its 3.5 star standard but it was more like a 1.5 that night. When hotel management was informed they refused to make the situation better by compensation or a simple apology. Will avoid Fairfield hotels in the future

Great stay. Staff was exceptional and very helpful. Kenya went way beyond her job. She made sure we had everything we needed, and when we didn't she was johnny on the spot. Our car broke down so she was kind enough to extend our checkout tine to help relieve the stress!

Kind of a bad location underneath part of 169 highway at the cloverleaf with Broken Arrow Expressway at the crossroads village but convenient for me to get to the wedding I was attending. I have problems with my sinuses and humidity so it needed a dehumidifier or at least a bathroom exhaust fan so I could see the mirror.

Overall okay stay. They offer shower products however the conditioner bottle in my room was empty. Breakfast was good but they didn't take into account all the kids staying there for sports so a lot was empty well before closing time.
