The hotel was perfectly situated for us. The space was clean. They had several lovely outdoor areas to unwind. The pool though cold was a nice offering for our grandson. The cafe was amazing, the staff was awesome. The only thing was our beds were the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever had. Otherwise a great hotel!

Called to verify that the hotel restaurant and bar were on site. I was told it was open until 10pm daily, upon check in I was advised the restaurant and bar are under remodel for the next 3 weeks.

The hotel was nice, but i chose this hotel due to it having an indoor pool. I was not told that it was closed at check-in. I went down to the front desk and was told to ask the next day if there were any updates. The next day i went and asked the front desk and was told it was still closed. I explained that i chose the higher price hotel due to it having an indoor pool. I was told it isnt the front desk to inform guest about closed amenities at the hotel, it was there job to get guest checked in and they did that. I was less then happy with the rudeness. I call the GM, still wating on a call back. After that i got a call to my room from the front desk apologizing and told the pool would be open in 10min. No hot tub as advertised on some sites. There was also an incident that i walked out to Saturday morning where several vehicles had been hit in the middle of the night. All in all it was a clean hotel but personally not worth the money for me due to the amenities i chose this hotel for not being open for a complete day of my 2 night stay.

The pool area was not supervised, so a group of teenagers were very loud and nobody was there to calm them down! It ruined our stay! Only when I talked to the host she made them leave the pool! Any hotel makes sure that kids can’t use the pool without the parents. It was very disturbing 😳 I expected more from Mariout. Probably won’t be using it again.

This hotel is walking distance to the mall and restaurants. Also, it’s in a safe and clean area. Parking was free and lots of open spaces. Every restaurant you can think of, is within 1-2 miles. Bobbi, the Assistant GM was very nice and pleasant to talk with. Her customer service is top tier. Thank you! I will ALWAYS stay at this property.

We stayed with our newborn and had called ahead of time to see if we can request a room away from others if possible the lady who took my call said something along the lines of “this is a hotel, there’s going to be people” This put a bit of a bad taste in my mouth as to the customer service, however we booked anyway. We arrived about five minutes before check-in and I reiterated we wanted a room away from elevators/ on a higher floor. This lady at check-in was super accommodating. They gave us a room that literally was on the highest floor at the very end of the hall, couldn’t have been more perfect for our situation. We booked a one bedroom suite. It was very spacious. There was a door separating the living area from the bedroom, and I even had a balcony. Parking was easy there was a luggage cart available for all of our stuff and a small continental breakfast on the weekend.

The room needs updating, couch is busted down, electrical in wall is unsafe, no hot water first night. Bathroom ventilation is poor, drywall cracked and falling off wall. Shower head was covered in soap scum. Management was told about room, no response only excuses.

Stayed 3 nights and our room was never cleaned! I called the front desk and was told you only get you cleaned by requesting the service! Stop using covid as an excuse! This is too save money! I requested our room be cleaned the next day! When we tried to enter our room the keys didn’t work, we got new keys , that didn’t work! The person had the front desk master key work. We were locked out of our room for an hour! Replacing the battery seems like an maintenance issue! When we enter our, guess what! That is right, our room wasn’t cleaned!

The staff on duty during our stay was extremely kind and helpful, Bonnie was her name. She was very accommodating. The facility itself was clean and tidy, room and bathroom were spotless. Only minor complaint is the bathtub drain was a bit slow, probably a bit of clogging. But it’s an easy fix for the facility I’m sure. 10/10 would recommend!

The hotel lobby was nice and check in was easy however the beds in our room was awful. One of the beds had a huge indent so it felt like you were sleeping in a hole. The shower bar in the bathroom was falling off the wall and the TV wouldn’t stay on.

We arrived 4pm, rooms not ready x another hour. Maybe a unique occurrence as they said they had "90 departures" that day? Also we had corner 1br Suite, hot water took about 3-5min of continuous running to get from hot water boilers to our room. Fridge way too small for drinks, especially during hot summer.

I booked the room for my wife who was on a family visit. After registering at the front desk, she went to the room and found a steaming hot room with out of order AC. When front desk didn’t answer her calls, she went back to the front desk and informed them of the problem. They sent a housekeeper who didn’t speak English and she just pulled the front cover off the unit and started to push around loose wires. My wife deemed the situation as a fire hazard and refused to stay at the room. The front desk just shrugged off the situation and didn’t even bother to offer her another room. She left and I booked her a room at a different hotel. When I called Hotels.com and requested a refund, they called the hotel and received an answer that there wasn’t any manager who could authorize the refund and to call back tomorrow. Well… I called back and again, they refused to refund the cost of the room. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.

When we arrived, we were greeted by the friendliest woman who confirmed our reservation and gave us our room keys. She upgraded us to a suite which was so nice! Very clean hotel and good location and price!

Only downside is how hard it is to get to when the mall is open. We spent 15 min waiting to get to the 4 way stop to turn onto the road for the property. The bed was very comfortable. Room was clean and smelled fresh. Staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby smelled amazing. Not something I would have thought about there is just something relaxing about walking in to a hotel that smells good and not like cleaner.

No Kleenex, asked the front desk that evening for some. She said we will have to wait until house keeping arrives in the morning. The bed was as hard as a rock. The lighting was terrible to do anything other than watch tv or sleep. The drawer by my nightstand wouldn’t stay shut. The electrical plugs on both night stands wouldn’t hold a cord because they were so worn out. Had coffee in the morning ($11) I can say the water pressure was good.

It was very clean. Did the light check in with Marriott. Easy process upon arrival to get the cards. It is in a PRIME location for shopping and dining. A nice surprise of a free quaint buffet during my stay: it was eggs, sausage, fries, a couple fruit options, yogurt, bagels/bread/muffins, and cereal. I’d stay here again.

It was great, but no complimentary breakfast. We paid over $20 for one piece of toast sliced in half, with avocado, a canned tomato on top, a boiled egg sliced in half, and a water. Very disappointing, and we ended up going to McDonald’s down the road. Over than that, everything else was great!

I picked this hotel on the basis that it had a free breakfast but that's not the case. They charge for breakfast. I ended up spending about $50 for breakfast during the two days of my stay. I think Expedia needs to be more clear about what exactly is included in the breakfast. If it's continental then say so because that just means bread and a yogurt basically. If it's a breakfast buffet that's totally different. This hotel had breakfast for $16 per person. But they still want to put "free breakfast" on their advertisement. Other Courtyard by Marriott locations have it. This one does not. I was disappointed.

They have friendly staff and we found the room to be clean and comfortable. We didnt get a chance to use their inside pool but it looked good. They offer Starbucks coffee and a bestro. Over all we would stay here again.
