Our room was very nice. However the pool water was so cold that it I got up up to my ankle and hit back out…which was sad because I chose it specifically for the pool since it was important to use for physical therapy while visiting family.

The elevator was out the entire 4 day stay. No one was available to assist with porter duties. The website did not indicate the elevator being out. The second floor was under construction and smelled of tobacco and cannabis. The check in process took far longer than necessary.

Price change in room rate from 179$ to 239$ with no notice. 3rd floor room. I’m 70 yo man had walk down 3 flights of stairs with luggage because elevator wa out not working

Hotel was fine. Smallest pool ever, like comically small. Don't accept room 216 unless you want to listen to the front door open and close directly underneath you all night as you look out your window directly at a wall. Otherwise, nice place to stay.

This was a great hotel to stay at. We will definitely be back! HOWEVER, the pool was FREEZING both days we went. Having littles, we endured the chilly water because it’s a pool and they love water. But it was cold!

Staff at the front desk were exceptional. Was really disappointed in the fitness room. There was only one treadmill and a bench. Nothing like the picture. I was hoping to ride a bike and the room was bare. Please update your advertised photo to match the real thing.

Close to shopping and dining. Lots of things to do. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The elevator was not working while we were there and we were on the 4th floor. My husband has a very bad back so it was very difficult for him.

The pool was freezing. When we told staff they said it’s 76 degrees and we voiced it was unfortunately not. They did allow us to go to the adjacent hotel to use their pool but we wished we would have just stayed there.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff was attentive and beyond friendly. Breakfast was hot. The hotel was clean, smelled fresh and wonderful. Only thing I'd change is the toilet paper, super cheap which i understand.

This hotel is an odd mix. It didn’t seem outdated, but it didn’t have outlets and usb ports readily available around the bed area that are expected these days. It was clean and in good repair though, and the staff was fine. Breakfast was average for this price range.

Air conditioner did not work, person next door talking and cursing loud until 11:30 PM- could hear every word he was saying, drapes didn’t close all the way. Sure was not worth $205.00 for the night!

We arrived early (1 hour) and asked if we could possibly check in early but the type and location of room we had requested was not ready yet so we opted to wait the extra hour until regular check in time. No problem. However, when we returned an hour later, we were told the room was still not ready and we had to wait an extra 30 minutes. If front desk staff had communicated with cleaning staff when we first arrived this could have been avoided and everything would have gone more smoothly. Overall, great place to stay!

Great experience for the eclipse. The staff were present, friendly, helpful and as excited about the eclipse as the rest of us. They even handed out solar glasses on check in and at breakfast

Room was switched without my authorization from a twin queen to a single king suite. Doesnt sleep a family of 4 worth a fu*k. I was told the hotel overbooked, i booked 6 weeks in advance. Thanks for the worst sleep ive had in years. Quite the surprise during check in 😡

The staff was great. The property is in construction, but I didn’t know until I got there. They referred guest across the lot to a Hilton Hampton for better amenities - if you wanted the actual advertised breakfast or a warm pool, you could visit the other hotel. Had I known that, I’d have booked at the other hotel. It’s a chilly weekend, a warm pool is great- but not if my children have to walk wet in the cold to go back to our warm IN A DIFFERENT BUILDING. A complimentary breakfast that is both that good so you refer to another place to eat??? Either shut down and fix up; or stay open and charge accordingly, with full disclosure about (lacking) amenities. Also- Hiltons rooms were so much nicer! You should not refer people to a hotel that will make yours, the one they are paying for, look so much worse at the same price point.!!!
