チェックインの際に機械で対応で味気なかった。駐車場も1400円と高めお風呂の湯はとても良かった朝食もそこそこ良かった。久しぶりに泊まったご代わり映えなかった　残念

駅が近く駐車場もあるのでべんりでした。色々なサービスがあり（風呂上がりアイス、朝の乳酸菌、夜鳴きラーメン、ウェルカムドリンク）全て無料！温泉も種類がありゆっくりできました。おすすめのホテルです。最近は各地のドーミーインを利用してます！

Well located hotel right in front of the Otaru train station. Service is best in class. Onsen offers variety of choices including outdoors and indoors. 9 to 11 pm offers free ramen and ice cream. In the morning it offers free yogurt drink and welcome snacks. Little things add up to an unforgettable experience. My wife and daughter enjoy the stay very much. Also, it is 3 minute walk from fish market with lots of fresh seafood options. The whole town with many landmarks, museums, shops and restaurants, this is the ultimate #1 first stop in Hokkaido. We highly recomend this hotel for your stay in Otaru.

Good price. Provide free night food ramen. Breakfast is worth the cost. Public bath area is clean and relaxing. Double bed room is more suitable for solo travellers, suggest couple can choose Japanese style room instead. Japanese style room is warm and cozy, match with the city atmosphere well. 楽しみにしてた朝食、とても美味しくて満足でした！朝食会場で並ぶことなく順番待ち登録で、メ―ルで順番が近づくと教えてくれるのでその間、部屋で待てるサ―ピスが素晴らしいです！また、温泉も清潔で使いやすく、風呂上がりの設備も整い安心でした！

I was not prepared to stay in a room with cracked sink, old and dirty carpet and dirty walls. I contacted the front-desk and requested to change the room. I was told that most of the rooms were the same condition. Sure enough, I checked another available room, it was the same. One the positive side, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. It was definitely worth the money if you don't mind a less than desirable room.

部屋が汚すぎる。髪の毛や床のほこり、棚や歯ブラシがなどが入ってるケースなど、ほこりが多くて不潔すぎた。部屋の洗面台もきれいではないので、気持ちの良いステイにはならなかった。スタッフの方は丁寧な方が多かったですが、掃除をする業者を変更した方がいい。

The hotel is so convenient directly across from the train station. Easy check in and helpful staff with some English spoken. The room was efficient with walk in shower, but no frills. The hotel is right on two major streets, but still very quiet. A taxi stand is located right in front of the hotel. The housekeeping staff are the stars of the show and took care of us.

温泉大浴場はサウナもあり、また女湯はシャワーヘッドとドライヤーがリファと嬉しい。ただ、洗い場は少なく順番待ちになってしまうことも。また、ツインでも部屋はバスタブがなくシャワーのみ（一部部屋を除く）。しかも事前にそのことが判らなかった。これは事情によって大浴場を使えないヒトにはショック。

They only had smoking rooms available which was really unpleasant. Might be okay if you can get a non smoking room. The rooms are small though if you have ski bags it’s tight.

The staff can be more helpful. We were the only ones checking in. It would be a lot more efficient if the staff instead of standing by the check in machine instructing us each step but keying in the required info for us. He didn’t provide us any info about the hotel facilities and the operating hours. I had to look them up.

交通の便はとてもいいです。目の前が小樽駅ですから。タクシーも常に前に止まっていました。　ただ、チェックインの時、朝食のおしらせなどくわしくされませんでした。もう一度別の人に聞き直すことになりました。　廊下のカーペットが汚れていると感じました。部屋の作りで残念だったのは、トイレのドアを外に開けたとき丁度そこを歩いていた家族の足に当たるということが起き、とても痛い思いをしたようです。出入り口の余裕がなく、ドアの近くを通っていて起きたことだと思います。　もう一つ、お風呂のお湯は、すべすべになる良い湯でしたが、何しろ洗い場が少なく、場所が空くまで、立って待っていなくてはならなくて辛かったです。　良い点も多々あったと思いますが、残念な点もありました。

We love the complimentary ramen at night. But we were disappointed that the staff do not seem to know the area and touristic information well. They gave us advise for 2022-2023 ski bus information and ended we nearly missed the only ski bus of the day to ski resort.

I stayed for one night in Dec 2022 and I thought the hotel wifi was working but not. I tried to get help from the front desk and there was one service staff Japanese lady who spoke really fluent English was really helpful and kind she asked to come up to my room to help us resolve the wifi issue! I stayed on the 9th level and when I hung up the phone, she rang my room bell in almost 1 minutes!

施設は十分綺麗だし、和風な室内も落ち着いていたが、ホテル周囲で夜ご飯を食べるファミレス的なものがない。散々歩き回って少し遠目に一軒あった程度。ホテル隣にコンビニはある。

小樽の駅前で便がよい。三角市場も目の前にあり、海鮮丼や海鮮の買い物にも良いし、小樽運河も10分程度で行けるので、観光にも買い物にもいい場所。朝のバイキングもとても美味しかった。海鮮丼を自分で作れて、関東では見た事のないニシンのお刺身を丼にのせて食べたが美味しかった！

楽しみにしてた朝食、とても美味しくて満足でした！朝食会場で並ぶことなく順番待ち登録で、メ―ルで順番が近づくと教えてくれるのでその間、部屋で待てるサ―ピスが素晴らしいです！また、温泉も清潔で使いやすく、風呂上がりの設備も整い安心でした！

The hotel is well located just opposite the JR Otaru station. The room is clean and decent. The size is quite standard in Japan. It will be starting renovation in April and we are excited to stay afterwards.

I stayed at another Dormy Inn in Kyoto before, and the check-in experience there was excellent. They even wiped the wheels of my luggage, and the overall service felt very attentive. This time in Otaru, they encouraged self-service check-in machines, and both the late-night soba and breakfast were quite crowded. Overall, it didn’t feel like the same level of hospitality as my previous stay...
