The hotel is a bit old but is clean. There is insufficient parking space, I arrived 4pm at the hotel and the parking space is already full.

運河の目の前で周辺にも色々買い物する所もありました。スタッフさんの対応も不満もありませんでした。駐車場はエレベーター式の立体ですが、何度でも出し入れ自由でした。ただし、時間帯によっては待ち時間が発生します。
