Great hotel to stay, near kiroro and many sight seeing spots! I would love to stay again! Only improvement is about the washing machine. That’s only 2 3kg washing machines (wash and dryer) which hard to fulfill the needs for longer term stay.

Stayed here for one night since it was within a walking distance from Otaru Station, the canal and to the shopping and restaurant streets. Room was clean and spacious enough to open two large suitcases. Bottled water was not provided as tap water is drinkable. They have a open bath for guests, which I didn't use, but I used their coin laundry machines. Would recommend this hotel for anyone looking to explore Otaru.

Hotel is pretty new. Very clean. Room is a little small. Booked superior twin room. Was allocated room on 9th floor which had a beautiful view of the sea. Difficult to hve 2 luggages opened. Very good location about 7 mins walk from Otaru station. When we arrived Otaru it was raining hard, so took taxi to hotel which costs 700 yen. Hotel is also within walking distance (10mins) to Sakaimachi street Otaru canal. Lots of eateries near hotel. Behind hotel is Sushi dori (sushi street).. lots o sushi restaurants. Staff are pretty helpful. Maria is wonderful. She speaks good English n assisted me several occasions to do restaurant reservations.

PROS: - Spacious room. - They provide all the amenities. - I do appreciate the toilet and shower bring separate. - Exterior lights make it convenient to find from the street:) This was a huge plus for someone who isn't familiar with the area. Once I got to the main street and saw the exterior lights, it made finding my way back to the hotel super helpful. - Customer service is great. - They're willing to hold your luggage as you explore the area. - It is about an 8 min. walk to Otaru canal. - There is a shopping street right next to the hotel and a Lawson's right around the corner. CONS: - It is about a 10 min. walk from the station, which is not bad, but if you're going during winter time, walking around with a wheelie bag/luggage is going to be pretty rough. - I wouldn't say it's super budget friendly, unless you're sharing a room and splitting the cost. Overall, I enjoyed staying at this hotel. Would I stay here again? Yes. It was a good central hub in the midst of touristy area.

Fantastic bath facilities with a great view of Otaru. However wouldn't recommend leaving bags here after checking out as they weren't left in the same secure room they were placed when we arrived but out in the waiting area which was obscured from the front desk. Would use the coin lockers at the station for better security.
