Parking was an issue. Music too loud from the club open garden. There are two steps from rooms to the carpark all along becareful. All open no safety rails etc. Around the accommodation there were a couple of eyesores that took up parking spots.

Very nice rooms, comfortable bed, good shower etc but be prepared for an early start! The beer kegs outside the door are changed over at 7am and on the next morning the rubbish truck competed with the beer keg man. Stay in rooms 18 and above!

Motel reception at the RSL club reception now. Having to wait 10mins to be served was not a good start. Could not park outside room due to the RSL using the car spaces outside our room for storing beer kegs. Noise was an issue from highway, othe guests and clobbers.

The shower area requires a deep clean. The motel is old, you can hear all the noises from the rooms around you. Guest going to the toilet in middle of the night. The club has construction in progress, dirt road with lots of dust, and 7am start with trucks and machinery.

A bit confusing to locate since even the GPS was vague. reception is inside the RSL club which was a bit strange. Outdoor parking was pretty full so it's first in best dressed if you want to park near your room. We had a downstairs room, quiet, but cleaning could be improved.

I can imagine people have good experiences at this motel. Reasonably modern, attached to a nice club. My experience, and I suspect everyone who stayed last night, was a nightmare. The club, which runs the motel, has live music. That music (rock band) played in an outdoor bar area, right next to the motel, till midnight. They most well have been playing in your bedroom! No chance of any guest sleeping before midnight. Made the rooms effectively uninhabitable. The club should close the motel when booking outdoor entertainment that goes late into the night. Unbelievable arrogance by the club. In addition, the mattress was old and hard, and I had to park 200m away because beer pallets were stacked up in front of my room spread across 100m. Be warned, if staying when they have live music.

My room's bathroom shower nob was not working, i called them and immediately they came to check and realised the issue is not fixable immediately so they changes our room, and offered hands in moving out belongings, and gave $30 cuppons for RSL Club food.

We didn’t like the receptionist who refused to change our room from an upstairs room to a downstairs one when the booking confirmation came through by phone. She told me ‘bad luck’ that’s what you booked! She told me to go back to my ‘third party’ where I booked it and get them to do it. On arrival we still had the upstairs room even though I tried to amend it (it wasn’t as easy as she told me it would be) but Danielle was delightful and moved it for us. Thank heavens for staff like Danielle, I actually told the previous receptionist (wish I got her name) that she wasn’t promoting her business with her attitude!

The manager Anne was a friendly, professional, outgoing, awesome, knowledgeable, capable and lovely person who I believe you are sooooo lucky to have. She is the sort of person any company would be proud and lucky to have working for them. She is a treasure to have. Also Michelle who was working on the counter on the weekend is a very capable and a lovely person as well. You are so very lucky to have two really amazing women in your employment. If I were you I would do anything I had to to keep them, as they are what you want as the face of your motel.

This is a great spot to access places on the Central Coast as very central. While an older complex rooms are kept very clean and the beds are very comfy. Parking is a bit hard as they are doing work and can get a bit noisy. Good to have dinner options in the club but they need to change the menus up as still same menu as when opened.

The proximity to the RSL is great as it’s a lovely club, nice food, quick friendly service. It did take us a while to find out that reception wasn’t at the hotel but rather at the RSL. The room was clean, tidy and as expected
