A Colored beach tag (supplied by the property owner) needs to be used on the dash of the car to access the beach and parking.Please note that pets are not permitted, smoking is not allowed, there are two outside cameras, both on garage, one looking out to driveway and one looking out to back yard, one camera in basement looking at oil level on oil tank, and the garage is not included in the rental.
