Only thing lacking is fresh American coffee besides expresso. It would be nice even if it’s offered in the main lobby. Shops in the neighbor were very good. The garden restaurant has bad service. We were the only people there for dinner which is making it less fun. I don’t think the hotel should recommend it when it’s that quiet.

The registration and check-in took a long time because the staff could not find the record of the reservation. The famous pool was closed for maintenance. The hotel breakfast is amazing. The room was lavish. The staff was sweet but useless: the checkout was early and the hotel took an order for boxed breakfast. Result-no breakfast. The staff member gave a 20 minute speech that she needs a 5 min to order the breakfast.

The hotel was spotless and very well maintained. Asli and all the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming her , and the location was perfect, close to everything. Would definitely stay here again!

This property really is something special. The heritage buildings and custom details in the rooms add so much to the overall experience, it was far from a cookie cutter room. The management upgraded us to a suite at no extra charge which was stunning and very appreciated! The property is large, spread out across many buildings but they offer golf carts to take you to your building which was helpful. We were travelling with our infant and everyone was very friendly and patient with her, which matters a lot as a parent. We will stay here again when we come back to Turkey and will definitely opt for a suite since it was absolutely wonderful.
