Had an excellent stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. One of our party was gluten free and breakfast staff had gluten free bread and cereals prepared every morning without requesting. The outside court yard was shady and very good for evening drinks

Very friendly checkin. Receptionist also helped us with restaurants and gave advice on locations of Xmas markets. Hotel is very well located, two minutes to the parliament and 5 mins to the Hofburg palace. Trams nearby and underground a short walk. Good bar service and overall an excellent choice for a city break.

Nice modern hotel within walking distance to many sights. A/C was strong which made for comfortable nights. Room had a smart TV which was nice! Unfortunately the parking garage was full so I had to find alternative parking elsewhere. Also it’s really hard to load and unload at the hotel. This resulted in a ticket from the police, which I didn’t find very tourist friendly. But overall a nice hotel

Very difficult to get to as U2 metro line (nearest) is closed and trams stopped working so had to walk a very long way in the snow to get there. No empathy on arrival. Rooms small and very very dimly lit and dark furniture even with all lights on, but bathroom was ok, service at reception was reception was variable, some very good and helpful but others nonchalant, the biggest issue was that the bar and restaurant are closed on Sundays, the rooms are very hot and difficult to cool because in winter you can only heat them not cool and in summer only cool and not heat. Definitely not 5 star, but near to one of Xmas markets, and once cracked the trams, got around ok,

The hotel was close to the center and the historical buildings. The price/quality ratio was quite good, the rooms were adequate. The breakfast was tasty (with exstra served egg menu) and adequate for a 4 star hotel. As negatives, I would mention the following: The hotel has a notice that there is free on-site parking, but in the information email that the hotel sends, they state that parking is possible for EUR 30 in a garage near the hotel. Parking on the street costs EUR 17 per hour. Since I booked the hotel because of the advertised free parking, having to pay for parking was quite unpleasant surprise. We did not get any welcome drink as a Gold benefit. The hotel staff was fully Russian-speaking (probably Ukrainians or Russians), so you sometimes feel like you are visiting not Vienna, but Kiev.

The Levante Parliament hotel is absolutely wonderful! The front desk staff are friendly and have tons of dining, sightseeing, and transportation recommendations, the location is very near the Museum Quarter and City Hall with several tram and subway lines nearby. We received a room upgrade thanks to our Hotels.com status and the room was large and lovely. The hotel bar is charming and many other guests stopped in for a night cap and to chat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Wir waren im Juli 2024 zum zweiten Mal im Levante Parliament. Unser erster Besuch liegt fünf Jahre zurück. Im Vergleich zu unserem ersten Aufenthalt, für den ich vier Sterne vergeben habe, hat die Qualität des Frühstücksbuffets leider stark nachgelassen. Das servierte Omelette und die Palatschinke verdienen einen Stern und entsprachen in keinster Weise unseren Erwartungen. Wie auch bei unserem letzten Besuch war das Personal, insbesondere an der Rezeption, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer wirkte stellenweise recht "abgewohnt" – hier wären kleine Schönheitsreparaturen dringend erforderlich (Couch, Wasserhähne). Das Levante Parliament punktet besonders durch seine tolle Lage. Das Frühstück würde ich allerdings nicht mehr dort buchen, sondern stattdessen das nahegelegene Café Eiles empfehlen.

Es el hotel con la habitación más elegante y amplia en el que me he hospedado en Europa. La cama es muy comoda y el baño tiene todo lo necesario. El personal es muy amable y nos sorprendieron regalandonos una botellita de champagne y un pastel por nuestro aniversario. La ubicación es privilegiada, todo lo turistico queda a 15 minutos caminando, ademas hay muchas opciones de trasporte cerca si quieres ir más lejos, enfrente hay un mini super y alrededor varios restaurantes y cafes muy buenos para desayunar y comer. Es una ubicación segura. El hotel tiene un diseño muy bonito y todo esta muy limpio.

Dejligt hotel centralt i Wien i gåafstand til mange af seværdighederne - god morgenmad med mange forskellige muligheder, og et venligt personale. Eneste bump på vejen var, at rengøringen benyttede pudsekludene til at rengøre glas og kopper - det bør ikke ske.

Clean room with high ceilings and huge windows overlooking courtyard. Room was on the small side, but we were only there to sleep, so it wasn't an issue. Staff was friendly and helpful, easy check in and check out. Property was near restaurants, shopping and public transportation.

Wir waren letztes WE im Levante und sind begeistert. Sehr freundlicher Service, sehr gute Lage, ruhiges Zimmer (zum Innenhof). Wir hatten unsere Fahrräder dabei und es war überhaupt kein Problem, die dort sicher abzustellen. Das freundliche Personal hat auch immer geholfen, diese die Treppe hinauf oder hinunter zutragen. Es war wirklich alles top und wir kommen gerne wieder.

We love this hotel, very nice, friendly and professional staff, especially I would like to mention Ejena and Vasya. Ejena was so helpful, always there if we need anything, Vasya was great as well, he explained us all about the area and where to go for the first night when we arrived! Also I believed that Vasya upgraded our room, since our bed was king, not queen size. Room was very clean, great shower and nice seasonal teas and coffee in the room. Overall, great experience, location was amazing, we walk everywhere and Christmas market was in 10 min walk from hotel. We definitely will be back! Thanks so much!

The hotel is very nice and super clean. Loved our room and the large bathroom. It's well located close to the museum quarter if you plan to enjoy the many museum options in Vienna. But it's a 30 minute walk to central, old Vienna and many of the restaurants, cafes, and concerts.

We were in Vienna for New Year and this hotel was a great choice for convenience. Check in was easy and the gentleman who welcomed us gave us lots of local information. The room and bathroom were clean, warm and comfortable. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel but we did eat in the restaurant on the first evening as we arrived late, the food was delicious. There are plenty of good restaurants in the area and we were spoilt for choice on other evenings. The hotel is a short walk to the metro station and we used it a lot to get about the city as it was so cold! We enjoyed our break in Vienna, it's a beautiful city with lots to see and do. We will be back and would stay at The Levante Parliament again.
