We stashed the luggage for many hours and came back and staff was happy to bring them out. Splotless every where. The room was spacious enough to have a table and 2 lounge chairs. The hotel is very close to the central Brussels train station. The rooms are nice and quiet, but the eco- consciousness at the hotel takes things a bit too far. For example, the refrigerator in the room was unplugged! The area around the hotel is just not nice: too many low lifes hanging around by the train station. A plus: the hotel loans guests a glass water container and provides sparkling water at a central location.

I found the hotel convenient for Brussels Midi station. I was disappointed the restaurant was not open on a Sunday evening. I had to go out in my wheelchair to find somewhere to eat, which luckily wasn't far. I would suggest maybe a couple of handrails in the bathroom to make it a little more accessible, and a bath with a show is not helpful for someone who has to use a Powerchair. It's also a bit tricky to leave the room in your chair with the heycard having to be removed from the light switch. There was much to enjoy about the room, but it could have been tailored a little more towards my needs.

The hotel was very nice and the staff were very helpful and kind. The breakfast and dinner was always excellent and the room was comfortable and had all the utilities needed. The hotel also had a water dispenser on the ground floor which we found to be incredibly useful. But I do think the carpet of the hotel room could be cleaned more.

Really enjoyed our stay here. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. There was good selection of food for breakfast. The hotel itself is walking distance from the main attractions (approx 22 minutes to the Grand Place). The hotel is a stone throw away from Brussels Midi station where you can also find trams and buses nearby. Good selection of bars, restaurants and grocery shops in the area. Make sure to bring a reusable/refillable water bottle. A water dispenser is located in the hotel lobby. Wear good walking shoes for all those cobbled streets while sightseeing.

Spacious rooms, very clean, excellent breakfast and the staff were very friendly and helpful too! Good walking distances into the Center and very handy to have the station nearby. While it’s on a busy road the soundproofing is excellent, so it didn’t bother us at all! Parking is limited and quite tight, maybe also slightly on the expensive side, but on the other hand it was very secure, so we could leave part of our luggage in the car, so we were happy to pay the Eur35/day. Can also recommend the area behind the hotel leading up to Saint Gilles - nice for a stroll or a run.

This hotel was close to the station but quiet and so lovely. The staff were so on it even letting us leave our cases so that we could go and explore before we booked in. Having a drink on the outside terrace, in good weather is a must. Getting to any of the sights from this hotel was really easy with the metro train and bus station within a 5 minute walk.

Excellent facilities and staff. Lovely.clean room. However, the bathroom waste bin hadnt been emptied but that did not spoil our visit. The area outside the hotel felt a bit shady especailly at night. Mostly non-european men hanging around the street made my wife uncomfortable. However, we felt safe in the hotel. Great durum (souvlaki) cafe next to the hotel.

I have stayed in many Novotel hotels and this must be my worst to date. The hotel is quite rundown and the bathroom has a bit of urine smell. Also there was unclear rubbish (can of coke) when we got the room.

Easy to get to. But sadly our room smelt a bit weird. Couldn’t work out if it was just stagnant air or someone had smoked in there. Either way, it was unpleasant. Also one of the towels in the bathroom was covered in someone else’s hair. The hotel felt a bit tired and the rooms were very so so.

It’s a great hotel, very clean and confortable. Breakfast is with limited choices but good quality food. The only small imperfection in my stay is that they forgot to clean the trash of bathroom from the previous customer. Another point I don’t appreciate is the huge tub. I wish to take a hot bath after a long day but the water couldn’t cover my legs even after 10 minutes water running. I didn’t feel like to waste too much water so gave up. The area where the hotel is located is very close to train station but not very clean.

While the room itself was a good size and the bed was pretty comfortable, there was a lot of noise issues! Could hear the people in the hallway (at 3am) clear as day, and could also hear the people in the rooms next door pretty loudly. Was also woken up at 1am by a club next door, with music that lasted until 5am that could be heard very loudly through earplugs!! Overall, hard place to sleep due to the noise. The hotel itself it also located pretty centrally near a big train station, so because of that, the area was a dirty and sketchy. However, it was within walking distance to the Grand Place, which was where we spent the majority of our time.

Very good room with comfortable bedding, nice TV and varied cable channels. Strong WIFI. The only negative was a semi raised bath tub that could be troublesome for someone with mobility restrictions. Would book again. It was also next to the train station to grab a quick train anywhere and within 12 blocks of the town centre square.

Rooms are hot. Coming from a cooler climate we are not used to warm rooms. Please offer air conditioning all year round. Opening windows is great but invites a lot of noise (I.e sirens, partying and yelling)

Brief but pleasant stay. I arrived late in the evening from Paris and the staff member who checked me in was very nice. I wanted late checkout but didn’t know until what time, as I had a flight to catch the following day. He made it so simple and allowed me to call from my room the morning of, to delay my checkout time when I was more certain of when I needed to leave. The only downsides were the slightly blunt and rude lady who handled my checkout, and the somewhat dirty and unsafe feeling atmosphere of the surroundings, particularly at night. But the latter is more a reflection on the city, not the hotel

We arrived at Midi Train station and wanted a quick walk to a decent hotel close to some sites to see in the morning before we had to depart. We really appreciated the quick, easy, friendly check-in and check out process. The room was comfortable and well-designed with good air conditioning. We were able to walk around and see some of the key sites for a couple hours in the morning & again were relieved for a quick check out so we could get on the road. Great price point compared to hotels in the area. Would definitely be the first place we look to stay on a return trip.

After complaining to reception about the road noise the young man at reception immediately looked to relocate me. There were no rooms available but he phoned the cleaning crew in front of me to arrange a room to be available within an hour. And it was. Magnificent customer service and nothing was too much trouble for the reception staff.

I loved my stay at this hotel. It was great value for money; our room was comfortable and clean, fairly spacious and we loved the huge balcony. The location is ideal for access to Midi station, and just a 15-20 minute walk from the city centre. I booked late checkout but, frustatingly, this didn't stop the maid from walking straight into my room despite the 'do not disturb' sign hanging on the door as well. I paid 10 Euros per hour for this privilege, so this did annoy me. She didn't even apologise, instead just demanding to know when I'd be leaving the room. However, all the other stuff I encountered were lovely and helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to book a stay here again.

For two days during our stay we walked from the hotel to the city and encounter people trying to entertain us but clearly looking for something else, second time we confronted the guy and he went away. After that we only use Uber to and from the hotel. In our opinion, The hotel team should recommend their guests to use any transportation to the city and vice-versa.

Room was very well fitted out and very clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Good WiFi. Excellent buffet breakfast. Great location for transport links locally and to the rest of Europe especially by train. Not a brilliant neighborhood but never had any problems. I recommend staying here if you are OK with a 15-20 minute walk to the old city.

Although the neighborhood (across from the rail station) is a little sketchy, the hotel itself is first rate. Very friendly and helpful staff. Both the common areas and the rooms are sportlessly clean. Room is generously spacious and bath is big and modern (although there is a high step-over to get into the tub). Skip breakfast -- it's overpriced.

O ponto alto da hospedagem é o staff da recepção, todos são extremamente atenciosos, sem exceções. Já o time do café da manhã deixa a desejar. Sou APLV e enviei mensagem ao hotel quando da reserva, mas o fato foi ignorado, e não seria um problema, se o café fosse mais variado, mas é muito básico, eu diria muito básico.
