I have been going to the Keys regularly for over 30 years. Even though Naples technically is not in the Keys, it has the same vibe. The Keys have become totally unaffordable. This gem of a location offers everything that the Keys offer. Beautiful sunsets, beautiful waterviews, high end water view restaurants, and a laid-back atmosphere. This hotel has two major indoor outdoor high-end restaurants within 500 feet. Literally. On site, they have a huge tiki bar, big enough to seat probably, 25 people or more. Tin City is only 1/4 of a mile away. All of the various sightseeing and boat tours leave from there. You can literally park your car at this hotel and walk to everything. Or, if you wish, you can take your car over to Tin City. This location covers everything which is important in Naples. Plus, the price was very, very reasonable. My wife and I were ecstatic.

Cons: outdated, very small bathroom, we had a lightbulb, go out, clog, sink, and a rusty bike chain broke which caused a bike to break down a mile away & had to walk it back. Dirty tissue in bathroom when we arrived. Noisy- right above a busy restaurant. All in all we would stay here again, and book a larger room.

We had a great stay at Cove Inn. The room was clean and welcoming with a great view from the balcony. We borrowed a bicycle, swam in the pool and were able to use the outdoor space to relax.

Love the location of Cove Inn, right on the bay/marina. Walkable to downtown & local restaurants. The front desk & foyer are still under construction from the hurricane, but no issues with check in.

It was an ok property, but extremely limited staffing and conveniences. There was only one elevator operating of the three. The air conditioning unit in the wall did not produce any cold air and only loudly moved the hot humid ambient air around.

We love this place. However our stay this time was disappointing to say the least! We had ants in our room so requested to move rooms. We’d already unpacked so said we would move the following day. We moved rooms and then found a massive cockroach in the room. We also had termites near the bin as well. My wife jumped a mile when she spotted a further large cockroach. We reported this to management and they did their best to resolve the various pests. We had a great time despite these issues. Manager was rather abrupt when we spoke with him. The other staff were empathetic. We left the Cove Inn feeling disappointed with our experience.

The hotel was a bit run down. Cockroach in the shower…upon check out the front desk staff told me that being close to the water it is not unusual.

This is our second time in this property and we will definitely come back again, rooms are perfect, super clean and all with balcony, this time we stayed in an efficiency type room and even have an small stove, fridge and microwave. They do housekeeping everyday. Staff is super friendly and location is perfect, with stunning views to the marine

I stayed with a friend for a night. The front desk staff is great, we requested a late check out and they graciously accommodated our request until 12:30 p.m. the property is clean and the room was impeccable. The bathtub was a little backed up and the water was rising as one took a shower. The property is only a 15 min walk to the beach and it's a safe area and nice to walk to. The problem we had with the hotel is that they have a cafe where you can have breakfast and lunch I believe, but they don't accept credit cards, only cash and if you use your room number you don't get a receipt until you go to check out and the gratuity is automatically added. The also have a Tiki Bar by the pool that does not accept cards either, only cash. The attendant at the Tiki has an attitude and it's not very friendly, she made sure to let us know she was an independent bar. Knowing this in advanced might have helped, but I will definitely stay there again, just bring cash. They do have an ATM in the lobby.

The hotel was close to where I was doing business. The only thing somewhat mentionable was the water view. Checked in without incident, go to my room at the end of the 1st floor, right across from a loud waterfront bar The room was hot, no thermostat, No way to adjust the air,with the most ridiculous decor of Barbie & Ken everywhere. Go to call front desk , phone doesn't work. Put into the room I'd requested and paid for to begin with. Wall unit air-conditioning that the sound of the airport is less noisy. Beautifully renovated bathroom with scale & limestone deposit,too forever to go from cold to somewhat warm, poorest spray, low volume, no way to adjust. Had somewhat stocked kitchen, no paper products. Entire property geared towards tourists, and vacationers. Felt more like a timeshare than a hotel. Noise and bar volume on marina side just as bad Unless you are coming with vacation and no interest in sleeping, don't bother. Skip this one Lobby under renovation, 1 ice. Machine for entire complex.

The property is very well located and super clean. I love the property, this is my 5th time I stayed there, but in this opportunity the room I was given (108) has a super small bathroom. I never experienced something like that before. I would reconsider staying there again if the bathroom is too small.

A very attractive and well positioned hotel next to the marina and a 15 minute walk from the beach. It was undergoing repairs during our visit due to hurricane damage, but that had been disclosed and explained at the time of booking and did not affect our stay. The only complaint was the size of the shower room. There was barely enough room to move, and drying yourself after a shower was difficult in the cramped space.

We were really excited to stay here. It’s beautiful. It’s right on the water. Our room was so clean and the bathroom was big. We would definitely stay here again. Everyone was very nice, all of the workers and everyone at the front desk were very helpful. Our room had a beautiful view.

Great location within walking distance to Old Naples, the beach and Naples Pier. Two restaurants next door and a poolside bar provided ample choices for dining and cocktails. Our room was labeled as a Hotel Bayside King Premium. Compare the photo left with the photo of our room. The bathroom was tiny. The AC was loud and leaky and the WiFi was for the most part non-existent.

Lovely hotel. The room facing the boat docks was fabulous. We walked to 5th Ave and to the beach easily. The hotel room was extra large with lots of closet space and a spacious patio too!

We had a great experience. We had a room upgrade which was lovely comfortable unit with a great view. The Tiki bar on property is a nice friendly place with good service. On check in an attendant named LuLu took good care of us. Our 3 night stay was 100 per cent excellent

Apparently, and unbeknownst to me, this must have been the beginning of “season”. As such, the hotel was absolutely fully booked. This lead to the front desk being harried, overworked and apparently inattentive. About 40 minutes after checking in my wife and I were enjoying some “intimate” time when we were joined by two woman who ambled into our room with an issued key from the front desk. This- understandably- shook my wife to the core and we left the hotel a few hours later when she was simply unable to shake the intrusion off. The front desk offered nothing but a “sorry about that” and that was that. That just strikes me as not caring too much about your guests while the “getting is good”.

To the sweetheart of a young lady at the front desk, excellent customer service. I think her name was Lulu.... so helpful and polite. She made a sad situation we were dealing with so much more bearable and she was not even aware of it, She is an employee you all very fortunate to have on your staff!!! P.S. The front desk clerk this morning he should train with her, sorry he is not a happy person.

We’ve been coming here for a few years now and always enjoy our stay to the fullest. Rooms are very clean, very comfortable beds, quiet and relaxing. Very nice pool and bar always lots of fun. The entire staff is excellent. Oh and the Cafe is amazing!! Can’t wait to come back!

Loved the Old Florida vibe, but everything was also immaculate and updated. I left some valuables in the safe. When I called they retrieved them immediately and arranged to ship them. Thank you!!!

I have been going to the Keys regularly for over 30 years. Even though Naples technically is not in the Keys, it has the same vibe. The Keys have become totally unaffordable. This gem of a location offers everything that the Keys offer. Beautiful sunsets, beautiful waterviews, high end water view restaurants, and a laid-back atmosphere. This hotel has two major indoor outdoor high-end restaurants within 500 feet. Literally. On site, they have a huge tiki bar, big enough to seat probably, 25 people or more. Tin City is only 1/4 of a mile away. All of the various sightseeing and boat tours leave from there. You can literally park your car at this hotel and walk to everything. Or, if you wish, you can take your car over to Tin City. This location covers everything which is important in Naples. Plus, the price was very, very reasonable. My wife and I were ecstatic.

The hotel is located directly at the harbor. It is easy to reach and offers a great view. The rooms are modern, clean and offer everything you need. The staff was very courteous and the historic third street and the old Naples pier is within walking distance. We had a great stay and can only recommend the hotel.

The property pool and bar had no food not appetizers. They told my fiance to be quiet while he was on a phone conversation by the bar. I thought that was very rude from the waiter. We paid a lot of money to stay there and the service was not good and the air conditioner didn’t work good. We left very early on Sunday for that reason.

Cute motel on the water. Enjoyed the diner downstairs for breakfast. If boats are your thing, this is a great place to stay. You can walk around and see all the cool boats docked there.

Nice waterfront location, good views from balcony. Room very small, especially bathroom. Staff at reception very friendly & helpful. It was inconvenient having to pay by cash for breakfast & in restaurant next door, or pay a 10% surcharge to add the costs to the room.

Booked this hotel for a quick one night business trip and it was great for one night. Got a hotel room that faced the bay and marina and the balcony was massive. Room was good; simple decor, AC worked well, was quiet. The room was pretty big, only odd thing was the fridge, microwave, and kitchen stuff was within the bathroom area. That was odd to me. Elevator was broken because apparently it got flooded 2 months before so we had to carry our stuff up 2 flights of stairs (just a heads up for anyone staying soon that this could be a problem). Lobby was under significant construction. One big plus is the room was ready by when we arrived at 11:30 which was awesome. Self parking in the lot at the hotel. The restaurant Coffee Shoppe at the hotel was very simple, nothing fancy, small but packed and the breakfast was great. There's also a restaurant next door to the hotel walking distance called The Dock which was good if you want to have dinner close by. Overall good stay for one night in Naples.

I stayed with a friend for a night. The front desk staff is great, we requested a late check out and they graciously accommodated our request until 12:30 p.m. the property is clean and the room was impeccable. The bathtub was a little backed up and the water was rising as one took a shower. The property is only a 15 min walk to the beach and it's a safe area and nice to walk to. The problem we had with the hotel is that they have a cafe where you can have breakfast and lunch I believe, but they don't accept credit cards, only cash and if you use your room number you don't get a receipt until you go to check out and the gratuity is automatically added. The also have a Tiki Bar by the pool that does not accept cards either, only cash. The attendant at the Tiki has an attitude and it's not very friendly, she made sure to let us know she was an independent bar. Knowing this in advanced might have helped, but I will definitely stay there again, just bring cash. They do have an ATM in the lobby.

Was booked in for 4 nights. Called in a couple of days before I was to arrive as we were coming from a different accommodation in the town. I asked if we could check in at 12 noon. The gentleman at check in stated that wouldn't be a problem as the room we were getting was unoccupied. On arriving 12 noon on 1st August the girl on the desk was super efficient and said we could not get in until 2pm. I made her aware of my previous conversation but that fell on deaf ears. I also noticed that the tikki bar was out off bounds for hotel guests as there was a licence problem. Needless to say we cancelled our booking and went elsewhere. Extremely disappointed.
