・御堂筋線と阪急京都線の駅近くで交通の便がよく、近くに飲食店も豊富。ホテルの隣がコンビニ。・建物は新しくなく、鍵はキーホルダー付きでフロントに預けるタイプ（清掃タイミングをはかるため）ですが、清掃はしっかりしており、部屋に個別エアコンや加湿空気清浄機が置かれているなど、客室環境に気を配られています。・洗濯機と乾燥機が（屋外ですが）4台並んでおり便利。
