We loved this hotel. It is close to everything. The room was beautiful and clean, and the breakfast was delicious. They even had afternoon tea and snacks every day. The rooftop pool was a perfect spot for a short afternoon nap to recharge for the evening. Don't hesitate to book.

Great central location. Close to Alcazar, cathedral etc. Loads of bars, restaurants close by. Staff very professional & efficient and not over friendly but courteous when required. How it should be in my opinion.

We stayed in one of the suites with Jacuzzis for our honeymoon. I cannot describe how beautiful this suite was. Every day the hotel gave us a new gift (eg. 2 bottles of cava, sleep eye masks, picture frame holders, etc). The hotel is in the center of everything and it was still quiet at night inside. The view from the terrace was absolutely spectacular. We could see the cathedral lit up at night. Really can't beat this place.

Everything was good, the only thing i have a complaint is about room was not clean, yellow hair where all over the room and bathroom floor
