Vey nice, and very big apartment. But promises of benefits as Gold member did not happen. No discount, no late or early check'outs - nothing! But nice place in the center of Sukhumvit ! Enjoy your stay without swimmingpool!

⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3 out of 5) "Not my first choice next time — friendly staff but too many inconveniences" I recently stayed at Kingston Suites, and while the staff was friendly and did their best to assist, I wouldn’t choose this property again in the future. First, half the property was under construction, which took away from the overall experience. The hotel definitely needs renovations, and this wasn’t clearly communicated when booking. The breakfast was also very underwhelming — not many appealing options, and definitely not up to standard for what you pay. I specifically booked this hotel for the washer/dryer combo, which unfortunately did not work properly. I asked for help several times, but no one seemed to know how the dryer function worked. That was frustrating and made laundry during my stay more difficult than it needed to be. Another odd issue was with babysitting services. The website lists this as an available amenity, but they had to search for someone off-site, which made me question the reliability of what was being advertised. Thankfully, the sitter they found was wonderful — but the process didn’t feel professional or prepared. What really caught me off guard was the experience with their sister hotel, Samala. They claim to offer complimentary access to their pool — but then turn around and say there's a $15 charge to use it. That’s not complimentary, and the messaging is misleading. Also, airport transportation isn’t included. It has to be arranged in adv

A clean place with polite staff. However there was no hotel transport as reported on their profile I would stay here again

They do need to increase their signage off the road as my taxi drove straight past it, their restaurant sign for the Thyme restaurant was more noticeable which confused us. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned well. Breakfasts were very relaxed and yummy. Tea and coffee facilities in the room were poor. Overall it was a base to roam from and to sleep in. It achieved this and was very comfortable.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. What I didn’t like was that the shuttle service ends at 6pm. They were kind enough to send us out on our first night. However when we asked for subsequent nights, the staff explained the service ends at 6pm. The streets leading out to main station was quite dark and busy, I felt was not really suitable for people with elderly travellers to walk out in the night. We didn’t want to utilise grab as we are going to nearby terminal 21 only for dinner. Do consider to extend the shuttle in the evening as it’s challenging to walk in the dark on the uneven roads.

Nice hotel, however a little costly for its age. Does not have a decent bar to grab drink. Only a couple bottles in the dining area. I paid 90 baht for a coffee but next door at 711 you can get a better coffee for 50 baht! Staff are fantastic! It's handy to walk to everything! The traffic is totally gnarly!!

I stayed in a family room. It is another building not connect to the main building . The main lobby looks nice however the 2nd building where the family room located is very old and small alley when we walk to the 2nd building it smell very bad . Room is good size, beds were comfortable but carpet and the room is very old. both gym and pool were closed when we were there. For what we paid ，I think you can find Better option.not recommend for family .

Staff were helpful. Room was clean. Property doesn’t have gym, pool and life is pretty much in the room. Great location. Worth it for the price.

Bathroom cabinet was all delaminating and lots of filler from previous repairs. Window iron railing in bathroom chipped and going rusty. Mould on the bottom of the shower door. Room just need a freshen up all over.

Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. It is very worn down and in desperate need of deep cleaning. I had to change rooms after my first room was crawling with ants (including on the bed). The second room had other assorted bugs but was overall less buggy- I was told there would be a deep cleaning but that never happened. Lots of dust, dirt, and mold in the shower. The air conditioner was very loud, and there was no hot water in the shower my last two days. Rooms are NOT like the photos on hotels.com or google. The staff were quick to change my room after the bugs, but overall, I found the staff to be very short-tempered and not incredibly welcoming or helpful. I don't understand how this hotel chain can have multiple hotels based on this experience.

Etter å ha fått byttet rom til det nyere bygget, ble det et supert opphold. Etter å ha klaget på mugglukt på første rommet, fikk jeg nytt superior rom, sen utsjekk og frokost i kompensasjon.

Very happy with my stay. My suite was quite old, but everything was clean and in good condition. I wish the bed was softer. Surrounding area is quiet. Staff very friendly.

清掃が事細かくしてくれて居て、過ごしやすかった。

The photos showing the condition of the suite are misleading. The paint of the wall was peel off and this demonstrates the room is not regularly maintained. The bathtub was not properly cleaned. Dead cockroach and live insects were found inside the room. It is recommended to decorate the room and disinfection should be carried out to get rid of the insects

I had my comforter dirty then the next day I asked for make my room... When I arrived at my room again, the comforter was just on the other face down, meaning they just tried to "hide" the stains on it. Also almost everyday I killed a small cockroach.

タオル類が雑巾レベルに古くて色が白くなくて黒ずんでおり、ほつれていた。くさい臭いもあり。何故新調しないのかが疑問に思う。 フロントに2日続けて写真を撮って見せたが、少し良くなったが、ビジネスホテルよりも酷くびっくりした。 また、ドライヤーが2分程度しか作動せず、止まった。 アリが、テレビ周りに毎日出没していて、貴重品ボックスの中にもいた。 アドミラルプリミアホテルにも宿泊したが、定期的にアリ駆除の消毒をおこなつている様子だった。 宿泊者は、声を上げないのか疑問に思った。 フロントの方々は、感じが良い。

エグゼクティブルームに宿泊。冷凍庫付き冷蔵庫、乾燥機能付き洗濯機、電子レンジ、大型ソファがあり快適。アイロン、アイロン台も貸出可能。シャワーの湯量も熱さも充分。18日間なんの問題もなく暮らすように利用できた。1つだけ難あり。ベッドサイドのコンセントが遠いので延長コードが必要。

Bra opphold i oppgradert suite. Noe trøbbel med air condition, men ellers ok. Sentralt beliggende hotel.

Stayed in the hotel for over 10 years for the first night in Bangkok. Great location but the Rooms are good but are now getting a little bit old…. Still very nice though

La chambre est spacieuse et il y a une machine à laver séchante, il n'y a pas de vue, la chambre donnait sur un garage, le wifi fonctionne bien, la clim fonctionne bien mais elle est un peu bruyante, il y a un frigo congel qui permet de stocker des glaces, plutôt pas mal placé à (5/7 min à pied de Asok ou Terminal 21) J'ai oublié mon rasoir électrique je les ai appelé et envoyé un mail hélas pas eu de réponse ..

The hotel staff, and reception area was quite nice. They insist on following you to the room, which I'm not a fan of, but I guess it's the costum most places in Asia. The only issue I had was that the room was without windows. There were one window in the shower, but I feel slighly claustrophobic with no windows in the room. The room was big, had what you needed with 2 sofas and a big tv. Bed was comfortable, so nice enough. They probably have windows in other rooms.

Hotel in the heart of a lively area. The rooms are well appointed and spacious. The beds are the most comfortable I have slept in Thailand – well known for very hard mattresses. All the hotel staff were courteous and service was amazing. We stayed for two nights and liked it so much we returned after a tour of SE Asia.

The WI-FI service was so bad

Bra hotell som ligger på en ganska tyst gata för att vara mitt i Bangkok. Jättebra personal, trevlig och hjälper gärna till. Jättestort rum som lätt rymmer två personer med stor regndusch och en skön, fast sängmadrass. Tyvärr var WiFi uruselt vilket gjorde det omöjligt att jobba, jag fick dela via mobildata.

This was the 2nd time ive stayed here. The 1st time i stayed in a better room. This time a stayed in the junior suite and the smell from the swewdrains was nearly off putting id have to think twice now if i ever stay here again. Did mention it the front desk on the 2nd night staying 6 nights on total. Nothing was done about it.

Very happy with my experience at this hotel. Friendly staff, 7/11 is walking distance, close to Train services, they make very nice food downstairs and can bring it to your room if you prefer. I’d highly recommend staying here

It was very good for the price. The staff were really helpful and were quick with any request. I would consider returning.

Conveniently located near the main section of Sukhumvit Road between Asoke & Nana

The room was good. Location is quite good, not far away from the BTS station and MRT Station.

Overall this Hotel is good and it is located in Sukhumvit 15, which is a 10 minutes slow walk from Asok BTS station ( Green Line E4 ) and Sukhumvit station (Blue Line BL22). The room is big, spaces, clean and the staff is friendly. Standard Breakfast are good but not much selection. 5 minutes walk to main road,, which there is a lot of restaurants and massage parlor. Opposite the main road, there is a night market. Not big but is good enough to walk around, enjoy, relax and have a beers. Basically, selection this hotel for holidays stay or business stay had no regrets. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The staff were lovely and very helpful as we had a problem with the ac in our first room & a smell of cigarette in the 2nd but the 3rd room was good. The classic rooms are older but clean and very big with a massive spa which we enjoyed. Breakfast was good but they don't tell you, that you can order omlettes/bacon etc at the counter. Its close to BTS & MRT so easy to go anywhere. A little disappointed as it said airport transfers were free but they are not included. I would stay here again.

A bit dated but that’s ok great staff Sam on the main desk when i asked for a late check out was very helpful let me stay in the room till 1pm at no extra charge absolutely fantastic breakfast from fresh fruits to the fried eggs nothing was a problem really grateful that i found such a fantastic hotel in the heart of bangkok
