This is a lovely inn near the center of North Conway, well placed for walking around the small town and enjoying the shops and restaurants and pretty setting. Check in was easy, parking was easy. We had a room with an outside entrance (room 2) which was convenient. Room was spacious and well decorated. Loved the soaking tub and spacious bathroom. Kearsarge inn is a nice place to stay while exploring the North Conway area. We will stay again!

We've stayed here several times and it's very nice, private rooms. A short walk to everything in downtown North Conway. If you need a place with a pool this is not it. Everything else it's perfect.

Would stay here again in a heartbeat and super thrilled I chose to stay with a local establishment. I had to communicate a late check in with the inn, and they were quick to respond and eased my concerns. The room was very clean and comfortable, and I had everything I needed for my stay. The area is walkable and safe. There is plenty of parking. Thank you to the Kearsarge Inn for a great long weekend!

The room was large and comfortable but an arched window without a shade had us up with the sunrise. The somewhat antiquated window AC was also noisy. However, the inn is very conveniently located with ample parking and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was an excellent value; just seemed frozen in time around 1990.

Easy walk to Schouler Park & downtown North Conway-Just park your car at the Inn & walk to shops and restaurants. Vito Marcello's Italian Bistro is across the street - A must stop for a delicous dinner with a very attentive staff. Our deluxe king room was very large and comfortable. Everything you'll need whether an overnight or several nights. The king sleigh bed was heavenly! I hated leaving it the next morning but had to check out. The grounds are well-maintained. The front porch had plenty of rockers and padded couches - Perfect to read and relax - So very quiet off the main drag- away from the busy downtown. Surely a MUST STAY when visiting the area.

This inn was very well set up and immaculate. We had one of the separate cottages and it was fantastic! Very private and comfortable. The location was perfect for the Conway Railroad, only a 5 minute walk. Definitely will stay again when in the area!

Cute, vintage'y, room with shops and restaurants very nearby. Felt like staying at your Grandma's house. We only dealt with the front desk person and she was lovely and very accommodating when we wanted to check in early. Couple of things we noticed: all advertising for local and hotel events were very outdated- like from last year. The cleaning staff might want to dilute the Fabuloso as our room, while very clean, smelled so strongly of the cleaner that it made my throat burn. I would still recommend this hotel!

This quaint place has so much potential but misses on many levels. The mattress was horrible, a “valley” in the middle, a mattress topper didn’t help the age of the mattress and the sheets were worn. The carpet is disgustingly dirty. There wasn’t any counter space in the bathroom. A few small hanging shelves didn’t help the situation. Finally, there wasn’t any maid service. We were to set out our own garbage and go get towels in the reception area if needed. However, the staff was sure to leave an envelope with which we were to place a tip. They didn’t do anything for us and thus, didn’t receive a tip. The three day stay was definitely not worth the price.

Sweet, well-cared for inn with additional buildings too. Staff was kind and welcoming. Front reception area stocked with extra amenities. It’s very close in walking distance to restaurants and coffee and train station. Room has fridge and keurig. It was quite clean other than some stray hairs on the bedspread and bath floor. One chair was comfy for sitting to read, the other was a Victorian settee that was too hard for any length of time sitting. Satellite TV available over the fireplace. Walls are thin so you will hear other guests. All in all it was a sweet place to stay with beautiful antiques and a very comfortable bed. .

We loved the location and the room was very quaint. We sat out on the deck each night and it was very quiet. However the air conditioner in our room was LOUD. It kept us up the first night of our stay so we turned it off for the second night which made the room unbearably hot, so we didn’t get much sleep the 2 nights we stayed at this property.

The Kearsage was really nice ! Hugely comfortable beds and the luxury suite is wonderful - we had the one with the balcony - beautiful place - coming here to NC for 45 years and first time to the Kearsage - glad we did - we will absolutely be back !! So cozy and convenient ! Loved it !

Perfectly located to main town a few minutes walk. Hotel had a car park and the room was pleasant. However had no curtains except a pull down blind which didnt go to the bottom of the window due to aircon being in the window. So had to hang a duvet cover up at the window to make the room darker. Aircon was very loud so couldnt have this on overnight. And the pilot light was kept on the fire in the room making the room unbearably hot. There was a ceiling fan which didnt provide much cooling. Bathroom large but needed updating.

Stayed two nights and really enjoyed our room. Clean, everything in perfect functioning order, wine glasses and coffee mugs provided in the room a Keurig and a small fridge for chilling your beverages. A nice gas fireplace and a pretty comfy bed. Very short walking distance to small shops and eateries and you can see Cranmore from the Inn if you're a skier. There is also an Italian restaurant right across the street that was quite tasty, a great choice on your first night if you don't feel like researching places to eat. I stayed in a luxury level room, it was nice and big with a great sized bathroom... and also affordable. Zero complaints. You will love it.

We always like returning to the Kearsarge Inn. The location is excellent, right in the heart of North Conway. The rooms are lovely, roomy and very clean. We did have a little issue with the heat/ac this time, but nothing major. We will return again.

The check in was very easy and the woman was very pleasant, all done over the telephone. The room was very tired, needs updating. It was clean, however there is only a window ac unit that was loud, the shade had a tear in it and the blinds were slightly broken. There is no daily housekeeping, you can get extra towels in the reception room. We felt that it was overpriced for the room we stayed in. The exterior was cute.

What a great place! We were running later than expected which didn’t seem to be a problem. Sheryl reached out to us to let us know that our room key was left out for us….thank you Sheryl! We came to North Conway to visit some friends from out of town. We decided to stay at the Kearsarge inn rather than staying at a regular hotel. This place was great. The beds are very comfortable, it’s quiet and conveniently located. Excellent restaurants are in walking distance… Literally next-door. The bathroom not only had a shower but had a tub as well and it was very clean. Perfect for soaking after a long day.Thank you to the staff! We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to the area.

I have been staying at the Kearsarge Inn for over 12 years, and it has maintained the quality, comfort, cleanliness and hospitality throughout that time. The staff is always warm and friendly and the rooms are cozy.

Well located. Very nice and clean rooms. Rooms have two chairs and two luggage racks. Walking distance to Zeb's General Store, 5 and 10cent Store, local restaurants, recommend visiting the outlets and White Mountain Forest.

We always like returning to the Kearsarge Inn. The location is excellent, right in the heart of North Conway. The rooms are lovely, roomy and very clean. We did have a little issue with the heat/ac this time, but nothing major. We will return again.

What a wonderful place to stay in North Conway. Walking distance to everything. Visio’s Italian restaurant is right across the street, awesome food. The Staff was very friendly and very pleasant. Thank you for a great stay.

Stayed in the luxury room that has a balcony. Huge room and the balcony was the perfect spot for post-hike beers. And while they don’t serve breakfast, it’s just a short walk through the next block to Priscilla’s, a friendly, classic breakfast spot.

Stayed two nights and really enjoyed our room. Clean, everything in perfect functioning order, wine glasses and coffee mugs provided in the room a Keurig and a small fridge for chilling your beverages. A nice gas fireplace and a pretty comfy bed. Very short walking distance to small shops and eateries and you can see Cranmore from the Inn if you're a skier. There is also an Italian restaurant right across the street that was quite tasty, a great choice on your first night if you don't feel like researching places to eat. I stayed in a luxury level room, it was nice and big with a great sized bathroom... and also affordable. Zero complaints. You will love it.

Vito Marcello's Italian Bistro is across the street - A must stop for a delicous dinner with a very attentive staff. Our deluxe king room was very large and comfortable. Everything you'll need whether an overnight or several nights. The king sleigh bed was heavenly! I hated leaving it the next morning but had to check out. The grounds are well-maintained. The front porch had plenty of rockers and padded couches - Perfect to read and relax - So very quiet off the main drag- away from the busy downtown. Surely a MUST STAY when visiting the area.
