On check in they couldn't find our booking which was stressful but then a while later they found it. They gave us a family room for the trouble. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is in the middle of a busy street with lots of shops and restaurants. 2 malls within a 5 minute walking distance. The grand bazaar is about 25 mins in a taxi and can take up to 45 mins if in rush hour. The pool cant be used by children under 6 so this is something to consider of staying here with young children. Also they didnt have any cots for us. All staff we're friendly and helpful. You get bottles of water in the room and there is a mini bar.

I would like to share some feedback from my recent stay, with the intention of contributing to your continuous improvement. The spa and pool were excellent, and the room itself was also excellent. However, I was given a smoking room despite having specifically requested a non-smoking room. The smell in the room was very strong and unfortunately caused me a headache throughout the night. In addition, the front desk service was just acceptable. It seemed that the receptionist was not very attentive. I was not informed about the welcome cocktail, which I later found out was available for guests. I also asked for transportation information, which I was told would be provided, but I never received a response. In my opinion, the main area for improvement is at the reception, where better communication and attention to detail would make a big difference in the guest experience.

Wir sind erst gegen Mitternacht angekommen und haben uns in der Lobby zwei kleine Salate und eine kleine Pommes bestellt und der Preis dafür waren ca 16 Euro und das war definitiv viel zu teuer. Das Hotel war sonst super, nette MA, sehr gute Lage und vor allem sehr sauber. Hatten ohne Frühsrück gebucht, kann daher nichts zu der Auswahl erzählen. Ich würde dieses Hotel wieder buchen

Die Zimmer waren dank der sehr freundlichen Reinigungskraft Frau Yeter stets ausgesprochen sauber. Da sie ohnehin hervorragende Arbeit geleistet hat, wollten wir gar keine tägliche Reinigung. Stattdessen fragte sie jedes Mal aufmerksam nach, ob wir etwas benötigten. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig – alles frisch und wirklich lecker. Die Lage im Stadtteil Bakırköy ist zudem hervorragend zentral. Kommen gerne nochmal!

After sleeping first night I found a cockroach in my bed. I complained and was given another room. In the new room was no heating. I had to wear three layers of clothing in order to keep warm. Staff had very limited English.

Otel Bakırköy merkezi konumda, ulaşımı çok kolay. İstanbul Havalimanından Havaist ile tek vasıta kullanarak yürüme 10 dk kadar yakına ulaşılabilir. Odaları temiz fakat biraz küçük. 1000’li odalar biraz basık, ruhumuz biraz daraldı daha üst katlar muhtemelen ferahtır. Odalar çok temiz. Eşimle çok rahat konakladık. Yolumuz Bakırköy’e düşerse tekrar tercih edebiliriz.

Great location. I used this hotel as a convenient stopover as I arrived late into Istanbul. For the price it's an awesome find. Staff were super helpful about everything. The room was huge! My only issue was the lighting was quite dark in the room. The window faced a wall so not much natural light and there was only one ceiling bulb working. But really this was minor. A great hotel and fantastic location for shops and restaurants.

Won’t recommend the staff try to make you extend your stay and get you to pay off the app - but really they are not giving you any discount offer - you end up paying more than you originally booked on the app- and when you try to discuss the charges they threatened to assault you

I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.. the staff couldn’t do enough for me and are all extremely friendly… particularly Ekin who worked at the bar area, was always very helpful and went out of his way to make me feel welcome. The hotel is in a lovely location in bakirkoy with everything u need on the doorstep.
