The air conditioning smelled terrible. I had to turn it off and open the window. The room was poorly cleaned. The table was covered in something sticky and hadn't been cleaned.

Front desk check-in didn’t even get up out of chair to greet us, was on phone then AND when I asked about ice. They were out of ice and and the response was, “oh, I didn’t know!” Very noisy hotel, terrible pillows, cheap/thin toilet and facial tissues, etc!!!!

Unfortunately, I wasn’t even there an hour. The room smelled sweaty and had an awful stitch smell to it. There were some form of herbs and ticks looking stuff inside the drawer. I quickly went back downstairs with my bags and checked out. The front desk clerk was nice about it. I am still waiting on my refund. It’s been 3 days.
