We were given an upgrade upon check-in, thank you very much. Room is big. Buffet breakfast is good

The breakfast doesn’t taste well, the seasoning is ok but the food quality itself isn’t good. The choice is limited. The air con in the room got strange noise that sounds like a bunch of rats, which had me worried. Shoutout to the staff who changed the motor for me and solved the problem.

Breakfast buffet is good staff are all outstanding! Sun Cafe at HGP staff Katty and Melsha are exceptional outstanding courteous and helpful.

Room was relatively big and spacious. Location was nearby lots of eateries, shopping malls and couple of minutes away from nearest train station.

Friendly staff — first thing that came to mind. Clean room, nice amenities. Daily breakfast was always delicious and sumptuous, although the menu was kinda predictable — almost the same everyday. 😅
