Seaside Haven w/ Game Room and Theater

This house was a great space and location for us. 6 adults and 4 kids under 5. It has plenty of space to play and work. The only thing I would enhance is the cooking utensils and pots and pans. We would return if we were in the area again.

Over this house was a great place to stay for our two families of four plus three grandparents. There was plenty of space and bathrooms to make living together for a week a breeze. One highlight not mentioned, two laundry areas! There is a large washer/dryer upstairs where 5 of the 6 bedrooms are and a small stacked set downstairs in the main floor by the master where we put my brother’s aging mother-in-law. The pool at the unit is great, our kids were in it six hours a day when we arrived and it was warm. It does NOT get sun on the pool this time of year. So good for kids who hate sunscreen, but not warm even with pool heated in cool January. We cooked all but two of our meals at the home for the whole week. The grocery is very convenient right town the street. The only downside was that the kitchen only had one large stockpot and two small frying pans and two small saucepans. Just not a lot of options for a home that houses 16 people. The grill was used almost daily so this helped, but it would have been nice to have a griddle or other pan options inside. The movie room and pool/shuffleboard rooms were great. We played card games every night at the dining table or outside on the patio. There were plenty of beach/pool towels (but not enough bath towels, literally only one per person, so we washed towels a lot). Villatel was very attentive to every question and need in the home. They were great hosts and sent someone out immediately if we needed something done. Thanks!

We loved this house!! 3-16 year old kids and they all loved it!! Literally cross the street and ur at an amazing beach!! The pool was great and the big pool you have access was amazing too! 5 stars! The people were amazing to work with too. The kids room was sooooo fun for our littles too!

Kids had a blast.

What an excellently maintained property! My daughter and her friends had an absolute blast. We absolutely loved the bedroom theme, and everything was perfectly executed. Villatel was a fantastic host. The neighborhood is also wonderful. I highly recommend it!
