This property is immaculate! We stayed on the Villas side and felt so zen. I highly recommend this resort as the pool adjacent to tan, sandy beach was perfect! You won’t find more beautiful views than this little curve of beach! Staff was polite and attentive.

Great amenities and activities to choose from. They were very accommodating when it was time to go. Our flight wasn’t until the evening and we were still able to enjoy the island after checkout because they kept our luggage and we were able to use their hospitality room to shower and clean up before heading out to the airport. We had a very pleasant time!

Very nice property. Lots to do. Rooms are very clean and comfortable and well stocked. Daily housekeeping service is excellent. Quiet pool in villa area but no amenities (drinks,food) and pool towels were a bit of a walk away. Highly recommend the luau.

Daniel from the Concierge was fantastic. The unit had a kitchen and washer and dryer which was so handy. Great balcony. Washroom and shower very new and nice. Beach area fantastic as well as the resort facilities including the gym.

Garden view villas do not have ocean view but, beach is just a couple minute walk straight through Sheraton property. Main pool and beach are adjacent so you can hear the surf while reclined at the pool. Not top of the line luxurious but very nice, great vibes, and good value. Will stay here again.

+ Beautiful spot. Great beach. Spacious room with fully furnished kitchenette to the extend of washing m. and dryer in the very room. Plenty of free parking space. - food/coffee choice is not worth it. The level of Lava restaurant breakfast was extremely low; service there seemed like bored... Roosters will be irritating for some, we’d actually loved them ;-)

Parking was limited and blocked off partly with cones for tree cutting at. Night instead of during the day when lit was emptier. Had to argue with staff and managers twice for a late check out. 2nd time the manager didn't know how to look up notes from previous manager who approved it, when we got our key cards updated. Bathroom was incredibly small. Double sinks in the outside were great but toilet and shower room was the size of a port a potty. Hard to change or move around without shoulders hitting something. And we aren't large people. There was not enough dresser space for two prople staying 10 days. We had to have suitcases open in the main area. A small closet with two drawers and 6 hangers is not big enough in he bedroom. Lastly, the couch was not vacuumed as there were candies and peanuts and change in the cushions (found when we were looking something we lost). We liked the bed and the newer look and feel of the rooms.

We had a fantastic time at the Sheraton. Clean and spacious room. Beautiful pool and beach very friendly staff. Landscaping, beautiful. The only thing that lacked was good Wi-Fi in our room. But we may be back.

I would have given it one star more if we didn’t get an unexpected “visitor” ( a huge cockroach!!) greeted us in the bed. Freaked the hell out of us. Reception staff, Quian, was courteous.

I rarely write reviews- get a room in building 4 top floor- view of mountains and ocean with vaulted ceilings- all other floors balconies are smaller and if course no vaulted ceilings- free use of business center including printing… if you want sun - get top floor of building 6! Great place!!

Our balcony offered a great view of the ocean. While our room was very comfortable, clean and well appointed with all we needed; our room had a door to allow it to be adjoining and we could hear the neighbors tv and conversations. This was the only complaint we had of our whole stay.

Our room had vaulted ceilings and would not cool off. Room stayed at 81° and then they would open the shades while we were out during the day. They brought us a fan so we could sleep. But it was hot.

We had a villa and the room was clean and adequately stocked. It was a bit noisy at times from the people above us. The bed could have been more comfortable, it was a bit saggy and not very supportive. The pillows were terrible and felt very lumpy. In the evening, towels were not available from the beach/ pool area and needed to be obtained from the valet/bell desk area. This was a bit inconvenient, as we had already walked to the beach and then had to walk back across the street to obtain towels from the valet desk.

We had a one bedroom and it was really small. Really crowded for the 4 of us. We tried multiple times (before our stay) to upgrade a 2 bedroom. We got used to it. We were lucky for most of our stay that guests were courteous. The last day there were many ill behaved kids jumping in the pool and hot tub, playing with huge floaties and running around with no regard for anyone else.

The staff at the reception were very rude and dismissive to my husband when checking in. Our room, at the time, was not ready so when we returned I approached the reception and the two ladies were equally as rude to me. I asked for a late check out because the next day our flight was later and they only said no. Did not try to accommodate or find out about a hospitality room to use. They only said I had to be out by 10am. We are Marriott owners and it was just the start. I honestly will never stay at this hotel. It was sub standard compared to the Marriott villas, not the same at all.

We were evacuated because of a tsunami warning shortly after checking in. We were told to keep checking texts and information on the Marriott app, but we never received any information. I then called the hotel multiple times over the course of the next several hours, and nobody was answering the phone. My husband and I drove around for over an hour, in the rain, in the dark, and finally found a hotel with an available room, For which we paid $420.00. The next day when we went back to the Sheraton we found out that other guests had been notified that it was safe to return to their rooms. We never got this information. It was extremely stressful. The Sheraton refused to refund us for the first night. I would like to request that Expedia do so. Thank you.

Ruben was very welcoming and helpful upon our arrival!!! Everything was clean all the staff would greet you as you passed by. The room was perfect and had enough space. If you come to Kaua’i, come stay at the Sheraton.

Overall it was a good stay with nice facilities. Some front desk staff were condescending and rude but most were nice. Overall not as friendly experience as I would have expected. Would consider other options next time. Mattress was worn and not comfortable. Pillows were old and in need of replacing. Received a nice complimentary bottle of champagne upon arrival which was a nice touch. There was no notification about housekeeping service and had to ask about it. You have to request it every morning you want it. We were not notified of this upon arrival.

We came to Kauai for a quiet get away as a couple to reconnect, relax and recharge. The Sheraton Kauai Villas was the PERFECT place for it! We did very little on our trip. Napped, floated in the ocean, sat on the beach, watched the sunrises and sunsets - both of which you can see from the beach in front of the hotel. Our room was clean, nicely decorated and had everything we could need including a water view and a washer/dryer which was a huge unexpected bonus! We can't want to come back!

We were so happy with our stay! We were grateful for the kitchenette that had everything we needed as well as the washer dryer. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. A short walk and you’re at a beautiful, sandy beach. So many restaurants which were within walking distance. Would highly recommend as a place to stay on Kauai.

Really a great place to stay. We got a small suite with a kitchen which was quite convenient when vacationing in Kauai. Had a fridge/dishwasher/washer/dryer so we could fly home with clean and dry clothes (no stinky wet bathing suit in a plastic bag). 2 decent restaurants on site, and many food options near by in old Koloa town. Bed was OK, shower was great and the toiletries were of good quality. 2 pools on site, right on the beach which is good for swimming. Very happy with our stay.

Great to have a washer and dryer and mini kitchen in the villa. The beach is just a three minute walk. Sunsets are amazing. Pool bar has great food and staff. The room had a few bugs (understandable in this garden environment) and a couple of small things were in disrepair. Otherwise it’s a great facility, with a friendly staff, and beautiful grounds.

Sprawling, low-rise, motel style buildings. Impeccably clean! Great customer service throughout. Easy parking and walkable to pools, dining, and beaches. My food at hotel restaurant wasn’t up to quality I was expecting for the prices, so we ended up at other places to eat and also shopped for our own food. Loved having the kitchenette and laundry in the room. Quiet and safe location. Overall amazing! We would stay there again.

We arrived at around 8pm and it took a long time to park and find the room. Once we settled in after a long day of traveling we checked around for ice. The property is so sprawling that it took an effort to find ice. Then, there were literally 3 ice cubes. I had an injured foot so I called the front desk and they were kind enough to send a person with a bag of ice and a couple bottles of cold water. There was no food available AT ALL. No room service or open restaurants on a Thursday evening after 9pm. They should have that posted somewhere. I was told that we are here to see magical Hawaii and not to have service for food at night. Rude. The people on the phone were jerks. The people we interacted with in person were lovely. Bring snacks if you arrive in the evening. They will only tell you there is a store 5 minutes away by car.

My studio king villa was situated across the street from the ocean. I still had an ocean view from the 2nd floor. There were 2 pools-one at the villas and one at the resort on the ocean. I had access to both. Property/grounds were beautiful. My only complaint is that the food at the property wasn’t good. Neither in-room or at the Lava restaurant. Service was good, but food was not good. Hence the 4 stars rather than 5.

What a beautiful property. We will definitely be back. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We had a wonderful dinner at Rum Fire with exceptional service. 10/10 recommend!
