I always choose this hotel while staying in the Sarasota area. It is very convenient to everything and it is always very clean and the staff is always so friendly!

My original flight was delayed, so i called to inform the hotel of the situation. I was told by the representative that as long as i was able to make it by 1am that i would still have a reservation. As my delay got longer i tried called the hotel again to keep them informed, no one answered the phone. I ended up losing my reservation. When I got to the hotel to talk about the whole thing, i was able to be refunded for 2 out of my 3 night stay. They said they had to charge me for a no show fee. Even with me calling to inform them of the delay i was experiencing and then no one picking up the phone when i tried to keep them updated. The manager said becuase i booked through a third party website that it would be too much work t get the full refund.

Great Stay We had a very good experience overall! The room was clean and well maintained, and the breakfast was excellent with great service. We also really appreciated how pet-friendly the hotel was—it made our stay much more comfortable and convenient. The only area that could use some improvement is the laundry room, especially the cleanliness of the washing machines. Other than that, everything was very good, and we would definitely stay again! I'm very Thankful for be here and good price.

We had a wonderful experience at Caretta Landing Sarasota. The hotel was exceptionally clean, quiet, and had a very friendly staff that made us feel welcome right away. The breakfast options were great, and they even provided a helpful local map with coupons for nearby restaurants, activities, and attractions. We would definitely stay here again!

From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a warm welcome from Lynn. The vibe made you feel like you didn't want to leave. Our room was pristine and the king size bed was very comfortable. Although we were there for only one night on a business trip, we were able to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast. Very yummy! We will definitely be back! Thank you Caretta Landing Sarasota!
