We’ve stayed at the Hampton several times and it’s always great. It’s clean and the pool and Hot tub are always in good condition. Hot coffee and a good continental breakfast. We will be back!

This place seemed very understaffed. People were nice enough WHEN you could find them... And they ran out of towels at the pool, at which point we were told there were no more towels to be had... period. Not good. Additionally, the heat and air took a while to get going. The pool was nice and hot but the hot tub was actually frigid, even when it was left on for a while. Needs more staff to keep up with things.

Pool and hot tub were covered in bugs floating on the surface. Hot tub water never got warm, freezing cold only. When reported to front desk, staff said they didnt know what to do about it. Sink in the room was backed up. The bed slept horribly; very hard on my back. Overall poor stay.

We had a suite which was dated & the bathtub had the appearance of uncleanliness however I think it was mostly from being old and stained. Housekeeping was rude and unfriendly. We asked for fresh towels and toilet paper and to remove the old towels. That’s all for a 3 week stay. The woman was clearly annoyed even though we offered to take the old towels to wherever she wanted them. The indoor pool area was absolutely gross! As I walked around the pool someone else’s hair stuck to my feet! The lower windows were left open and it smelled like stray cats urinated in the pool area. There were mosquitoes that literally ate us up! Bugs in the pool. The hot water was lower than the jets and looked like it had not been cleaned for a very long time. The staff very rarely greeted us when going in and out and seemed “put out” when asked a question. I never leave reviews but this place was such a disappointment and it wasn’t inexpensive especially for Enid, OK. There are some other options, I would seek them out before staying here again!

Nice place to stay. Inly problem was a couple who was put in the next room. At 3a.m. they were slamming doors and woke us up. Maybe a good idea not to put lodgers next door to each other. Good location, plenty of clean towels and nice pool. I do recommend it.

We had 2 toddlers who are rowdy. We had a room hoping we wouldn’t be bothering anyone. We didn’t bother anyone. The pool was the perfect temp inside it was freezing outside the hot tub was awesome! The pool and hot tub was clean the whole facility was clean. And the staff were very friendly and helpful rooms were clean and tidy. No issues will be staying there again.

I was surprised to find a damaged refrigerator cabinet upon arrival. The hotel did trim down the swollen pressboard so it would close. They also replaced a missing piece of tile in the bathroom. The shower had a lot of black mold visible though, and housekeeping skipped is on day and did a terrible job the next day. Towels were refreshed, but the empty tissue box was not replaced, and the bathroom counter was not even wiped down.

Checked in at around 10:30. Got to the room and it had the worst moldy damp smell. Went back down to ask for room change which they did. Was tired and didn’t realize until this morning that we slept in a room that hadn’t been cleaned. Dirty towels on floor wet wash cloths in shower. Totally disgusted.

The room was noisy. Every time the a/c came on it sounded like the wall was going to come down and shook the room. The same thing happened when it would cycle off. Therefore there wasn't much resting or sleeping.

available TV viewing seemed much limited, e.g. could not find msnbc, among others. Internet was slow and choppy. Required repeated loging and wanted extra charge for higher speed. house keeping required request for freshing up the bathroom, but even with a request they missed the room.

Outdated property, rooms show lots of wear and abuse. No USB plug in’s for person electronics. Refrigerator in room was leveled with paper cups and leaked water all over the floor. Holes in blackout shades and generally very tired room for the price and expectation.

I am staying here for military deployment, and had to extend my stay a week. After making the reservation at the front desk and making sure that i was getting the government rate this time, after they lied to my face on the original reservation. i was then woken up up at 11pm on day 1 and told to vacate immediately, that this room was for a family in the lobby, and that my reservation was only for 1 day, and i was squatting. 1) not true, it was for a week and I went over this three times with the front desk concierge just to be sure. 2) housekeeping had long gone home, so at 11pm they were going to kick me out and give this family a dirty room??? Btw there are a lot of rooms open room currently, but he didn’t even offer me another room, just ordered me to get out now. Then the manager informed me that they will not honor the government rate for this reservation and changed me a lot more than the non government rate i was already paying!! I’ve never had such bad service and such a rude person in charge.

Im here stationed at the Air Force base, and when i checked into the hotel, I specifically told them i needed the government rate for the hotel stay. They promised me I was getting the government rate. Three days into my stay, i learned in a briefing what the government rate is for that hotel, and found out they directly lied to my face. In fact i was paying full price.

Comfy bed. Nice staff. I was supposed to have an accessible room (for my 97 year-old mother who ended up joining me) but they gave me a regular king instead (no grab bars; bathtub) because she was not on the reservation. Benefit for EV drivers: there is a high speed charger (CCS1 and CHadeMO) about 100 feet from this hotel behind a defunct gas station nearby. Download the Francis Energy app first. Humble, but very convenient.

Hotel was very clean and very nice. TV color bad and don’t appreciate the woofer in the sound system. Hard to hear normal talking. Just booming all the time. Breakfast was disappointing, Scrambled eggs fair potatoes were ok, sausage had no semblance to sausage. Maybe plant based and not meat.
