Staff very friendly and helpful, room was nice and clean. Tub has some significant wear on it to make it look bad but was still clean.

Rude staff and manager was worse. Rooms dirty. Partially cleaned. Ac not functioning. This was two separate rooms that weren’t clean. Would never stay again.

I expected more for a $200+ room. I'm not expecting the Ritz Carlton, but wow was this disappointing. No hand towels? We got 2 bath towels and two face clothes. There was an odor coming from the HVAC unit. The mattress was past its prime and just uncomfortable. My spouse wanted to check out and find somewhere else to stay.

Linda went above and beyond in providing customer service. We had to change rooms due to personal reasons and the request was accommodated easily. We also extended our stay by two days (two separate bookings). Housekeeping needs to be more consistent. (Stayed in 3 different rooms over 5 nights) Each room was missing something (soap, proper amount of towels, etc.) Rooms needed some minor maintenance items taken care of (missing sheers on windows, missing microwave, etc. But request to the front desk (primarily Linda) were handled appropriately and quickly or notes were made to take care of the issue upon checkout for the next guest.

in general the hotel looks dirty, carpets and doors with dust, cafeteria was terrible, cold coffee and tasted so bad, there's no options, just cold eggs and sausage, they put ambience music, and is so loud that you can't sleep at night, they charged me twice the deposit per night, and they don't know why, and they can't give me a printed receipt because they don't have a printer
