Five Years of Loyalty, Three Nights Without Hot Water, and Not Even a Response We have booked accommodations for our employee at this hotel at least 13 times over the past five years, spending thousands of dollars. Unfortunately, our most recent experience has left us questioning whether we will ever return. During his October 25–30, 2026 stay, our employee was without hot water beginning Tuesday evening, October 27. After long days of work, being able to take a hot shower is hardly an unreasonable expectation. Hot water is a basic necessity, not an optional amenity. I submitted a formal written complaint to hotel management explaining the situation and requesting an appropriate adjustment to our bill. We received no response whatsoever. Frankly, the lack of hot water was disappointing enough. The apparent lack of concern from management is even more troubling. We have continued choosing this hotel over the years because of its convenient location. We have never expected luxury accommodations, just a clean, comfortable room with functioning basic services and reasonable customer service when something goes wrong. Apparently, that was asking too much. After five years of repeat business, I would have expected at least the courtesy of a response. Future travelers should know that, based on our experience, even longstanding customers cannot necessarily count on management to address serious service problems.

The room we had was updated. We had an issue with the TV and the staff member was helpful in getting it resolved. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was a normal free breakfast with basics. The property was clean as well. But no pool was my child's complaint. Would definitely stay again. Was about 20 minutes away from niu

Stayed here for a weekend of well-deserved rest and couldn’t recommend it more! From the time I checked in to the time I left, I was shown nothing but kindness from the amazing staff! Definitely planning on returning again!
