Stayed 2 nights

First visit/stay at this hotel. It may have been a “soft opening” but our experience was outstanding. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Welcomed us as we arrived and helped us with our bags. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Adjacent Restaurant (Redneck) was also excellent. Variety in the menu and all dishes were homemade. Exceptional experience. Highly recommended when visiting Lake Placid.

Everything from the time we got in there to the time we left was excellent. Staff was very, very helpful and they were very nice. Will def stay here next time we are in town. Thank you.

Hotel in major renovation and has only a soft open so all amenities are not yet available. Lobby and lounge was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant was very good, large selection of reasonable priced choices, service was excellent. Location was perfect, a very short walk from the west end of main street.
