Quality Suites Near Cedar Creek Lake

We booked this hotel with family because they advertised an indoor pool. The pool was closed and under construction. Disappointed, but the hotel itself was nice. The AC didn't blow very hard but the beds were comfy and the breakfast was decent.

Close for everything we needed. Elevator & pool were both out of service.

Staff were great. The room was nice. Would definitely stay again. The only disappointment was they advertise a pool and hot tub and it was not open.

This property is in need of a total renovations. Limited electrical outlets in the room, refrigerator did not get cold at all. Breakfast was sub-par and just basic. Washer and dryer stop working while we were using them.

The indoor pool was not heated and the hot tub Had no water and it and not working. The ice machine had been removed on our floor you had go to a different floor to get ice. The door would not shut on his own. The continental breakfast had no protein or eggs.

The hotel was overall in decent shape. The room was decent , no bugs, decent beds and foldout sofa so our family of six was able to stay confortably. staff was all friendly and helpful. Negatives: Hotel room bath door seriously out of plumb and would not shut. Out of order signs apparently on multiple locations, including two different levels ice machines, the only business center computer, and urinal in public restroom. The elevator shows past due inspection certificate expired two weeks prior, and elevator includes a temporary light fixture (sign saying do not turn off light). The raised ceiling of hotel entry foyer and wall showing unpaired water damage. The swimming pool area ceiling paint damaged and moldy looking. This place really could use some investment in maintenance and repairs.

Check in was fast. Room was nice. The pool was green and unusable. The fitness room equipment was broken. Very disappointed!!

I reserved our room for a 6 day stay expecting the hotel to have the amenities it advertised.. the jacuzzi was broken, laundry facilities unusable, 1 working ice machine for 3 story building,,black mold in shower and room reeked of a musty moldy smell. Staff were super helpful but most of my concerns couldn’t be addressed by them I was told the hotel will be getting a total remodel It definitely needs it but in the meantime they’re not going to put any money into before that happens

Staff was very friendly. Pool and hot tub were both non working. One of the main reasons we stayed there. Breakfast was poor. Cereal, bagels, toast and frozen sausage biscuits, waffles. That's it. The beds were super comfy. Ac blew snowballs. Other than that, we would definitely stay there again because it's so affordable.

Very nice and quiet. Spent a night with daughter and 2 grandkids. Was disappointed the pool heater wasn’t working and hot tub wasn’t working. Also disappointed with the breakfast..did have waffles and muffins and cereal, was hoping for eggs and bacon gravy and biscuits. The staff was excellent.

Carpets in the hall were very dirty. Our carpet by the ac unit was wet and there was a wet odor in the room. Staff was ver friendly.

The hotel is incredibly run down. Gives the Choice hotels a bad rep. The elevator had a plug in fluorescent light from hardware store. The ride up was sketch. The hotel room smelled musty. Smelt like mold. The tiles in the bathroom floor weren’t secured to the floor. I’d rate this hotel a 2 out of 5 stars. Definitely budget hotel

Check in was nightmare. First no one was there. We rang the bell and waited ten minutes before we just left and came back later. When we got to our room we immediately noticed there was no remote for the tv. We went back down to the front and they gave us a new random remote that didn’t work so we went back down a third time. The lady at the front came up to our room because she thought she could get it to work. When it didn’t she tried telling me that we just needed to use the buttons in the tv. When I asked to change rooms she said the owner will not let them change people out rooms. I continued and pressed until we finally got a new room. This took over 45 minutes in total to just check in. The new room had old laundry in the corner under the end table and trash in the same corner. The hotel was in need of way better housekeeping and a major update. All the carpets were dirty and stained in the hallways and in the rooms. All the fixtures were rusted. We go to a lot of hotels and this is one of the worst I have been to in several years.

Bed was comfortable. Room ok, carpet had stains, the shower had mold in the corners, toilet didn’t flush very well.

This place is disgusting. From the moment u step in the doors and see the stained nasty carpet, to the moment u look at all the patches on the ceiling and the second u get in the elevator, almost trip on the threshold, then feel like the elevator is not going to make it up to the 2nd floor!!! Nevermind the smell of mold and filth and over pricing!! The roaches great u at the door of ur room! The stains on the couches make u feel not so at home, if u clean EVER. The black mold, brokes tiles and disgusting floors and corners will definitely be worth ur $150!! Not to mention the pubes on ur hair dryer, the broken sink as well as 2 phones in the room that dont work!!! Plenty of pics taken but the app wont allow me to upload so....stay at ur own risk is all im sayin!!!

Sorry to report that the bathroom has mold/mildew, no kleenex in bathroom, a roach crawl across the nightstand.

Staff is great! Pretty clean but did notice some roaches.

Air conditioning noisy run constantly. Cockroaches in bathroom. Whole place bad smell.

The name of the property is very misleading. The only nice thing about it were the sweet ladies working the front desk. The entire building carried a bad odor. My room was spacious but not properly cleaned. The air conditioner did not fully blow cold. My bed sheets had visible coffee stains on them, there was something rubbed on the side of the headboard, the shower had mold and mildew inside, the bottom of the shower was dirty with hair in it. The bathroom floors grout was so disgusting. Had I not been tired after traveling for hours I would’ve left that night. I’ve stayed at multiple hotels and this is by far the worst. I will not be returning.

It was dark arrival and departure. The only real complaint is the room has poor lighting. It would really help to have better lighting when you come and go.

I’ve stayed here multiple times. It’s our absolute favorite to stay in for Canton Trade Days. It’s clean, the staff is friendly, parking lot is well lit. The rooms are very comfortable and roomy.

Rooms were nice and spacious, but the whole building is in need of renovation to update. Needs new hall carpeting and rooms need brightening up inside.

There are some minor repairs around the property that would go a long way to make things look better (i.e. a leak in the lobby ceiling, room numbers falling off the wall). However, other than lots of doors slamming at night, our stay was pleasant.

Clean, very spacious room.

Ac was very loud and caused the bed to vibrate. Desk chair, they used black tape to fix seat rips Touch ups in bathroom was with a different color. The room was very nice and clean. Overall it was nice. Just a few minor things that maintenance half ass'd. If the maintenance paid more attention to details it would be a 5 star.

I stayed 2 nights. The room was clean, bed was good. But the air conditioner did not cool well. I had it on 60 & I burned up all night.

The bed was super comfortable rooms were roomy. It was very clean. The staff was friendly. The Internet is terrible. It keeps going in and out overall would stay again if we were in the area.

Front desk lady at check in was amazing Room was nice and clean Only issue is the pillows...if they are going to be that small might wanna leave 3 per person. It was a great stay other than that

So staff was amazing. We had a major accident during our stay which caused us to extend our stay a few times. Staff had no problem with that and the fact we had to keep the downstairs room due to a wheelchair being used all of a sudden. I coudnt have asked for a better stay. Thank yall

When we checked in th we lady at the desk called us by name and was so friendly and helpful in giving directions and places to eat. We will differently recommend the hotel

Overall it was fair. I left a note before leaving. My husband let them know the tv wasn’t working and to try something, we did but the tv still did not work (no reception) tried calling the service desk 5 times and was never answered. 3 stars

Thank you to the professional, kind front desk ladies who were so helpful. I appreciate your welcoming personality after a 6 hour drive. I will be back.

First the front desk was rude an d seemed bothered by us asking her a question. Then she gives us our keys to the room and they don’t work. I go back downstairs and tell her the keys aren’t working and she accuses me it’s because I have my phone next to the keys. I informed her that I didn’t even have my cellphone with. Which was a true statement. So she had to reactivate them and seemed bothered that she had to do that. The elevator and ice machine were not working. So we had to haul all of our luggage’s up and down the stairs. We had a suite and the room seemed dirty and the sofa had a huge tear on it. The bathroom tile and wall had cracks all over it. Overall it was not a good experience. Never again staying there.

The website said the pool was closed from Aug to December. We brought grandkids that found out it was open and were disappointed they didn't bring bathing suits. We arrived about midnight and received our keys. First time didn't work, second time the keys didn't work. After the third visit to the desk we were told oops, we told you the wrong room number. There were 5 of us in a suite, only one roll of toilet paper for a two night stay. There weren't any sheets of pillows for the sofa bed and we were too tired to video t the front desk a third time. The bathroom door wouldn't stay open. We had to prop it open when the the trash can

Loud couple with screaming kids. Front desk refused to do anything. People partying in the hall. Entry light in room was burned out and they would not replace the bulb. Shower was not a walk in as requested. I am a leg amputee and climbing over a tub is difficult. Asked for a print out receipt when I checked out and they refused saying it was emailed. Dirt on the floor in the lobby. Office chairs have masking tape across the tears. This place is a dump. Avoid at all costs.

Staff were very helpful, quiet hotel. Breakfast was basic. Had a waffle maker that made Texas shaped waffles which was a nice touch.

Everything was great except I couldn't find anyone when I needed to check in and again to check out. I gave up and left my key and a note when I left. It was very festive in the lobby!! I guess the one memorable thing though was how completely horrible the coffee was. The very worst I've had in fifty years of drinking coffee!! I would definitely stay again though. A great value for the money. (I would walk to Quik Trip for coffee)

Expecting more breakfast choices

The swimming pool had an odor other than chlorine like dirty. Only thing for breakfast was waffles. No eggs, sausage or variety.

My room was as clean as one could have gotten it. Nice and quiet as well. The staff was great. If there had to be a complaint it would be that there isn't a variety of food for breakfast

The price was great. The property is dated but mostly clean. Bathrooms had mildew on the grout and in the corners. There was rust all over the Kleenex holder. The Christmas decoration were great
