2BR-Free parking, Near Gillette & Providence-I-95

I honestly can't say how nice the apartment was.. so it may actually be quite nice... The reason I can't say that is because the host cancelled my reservation at the very last minute because "someone else was there trying to check in without me" so I violated a code - what's wrong with this picture is there was no one else in my party that should have been there without me. The host barely tried to contact me before immediately cancelling my reservation. I am concerned about who else was trying to get in to the apartment and very frustrated with the lack of effort by the host to see what was going on. I had to get a last minute hotel for my stay with my family and the host did not respond to either me or the customer service reps who tried to call them. At this point I don't care how nice it could've been- it seems like there's bigger issues going on

Perfect for what we needed

Living room very goodKitchen -- would have been helpful if we had known that there was a keurig machine and needed coffee . very little staples-- salt, pepper, sugar packets, powered cream for coffee.. No extra paper towels and no tea towels.Bathroom- no extra rolls of toilet papers , liquid soap need a dispenser. Inside the top of the shampoo bottle was dirty.Bedroom - 1st to left. had a sticky end table. had not been cleaned properly.Host replied fairly timely.easy access . location very good for us.

No A/C in 80degress There’s no air conditioning in this room, and it’s already 80 degrees. . The last 2 nights were hell and the owner lives in above and you hear kids running .

Kinda janky. No hand towel in the bathroom, bathroom lock was broken, bed made with a bed runner and top sheet but no blanket or comforter, couches with reclining chairs that don't work, broken window shades.
