The staff went above and beyond to help us, very caring and understanding, very clean , amazing location but wouldn’t walk around to get bus shuttle in the early hours , lots of drunk people, the hotel staff did warn us so we did feel protected, snd really appreciated.

Convenient location, but not well managed. Check in is at 4pm, we arrived at 2:30 and were informed our room was ready, but unless we signed up to their loyalty program “early check in” would be 60 Euros! Room is nice but bathroom needs maintenance, shower is not consistent, fluctuating between hot and cold. Luggage scale in lobby charges 2 Euro per weigh in.

The hotel is in the heart of thr Temple Bar area of the city so if it's nightlife you're looking for this may be a good place for you. Our initial room was very poorly designed with a bunk bed and cramped space. When we complained via a Goigle review, we were moved to a better, more spacious room.the 2nd night and we stayed for 3 nights. The shower 🚿 for the room barely got hot and was not good. Tepid at most. Then the last night the music at the bar was playing loud and it was difficult to get to sleep.
