It’s outdated curtains were stained, single bed was sinking asked for it to be replaced handyman apparently did something to fix it however same issue occurred. Shower door was closing properly water leaking everywhere, washing machine leaking and fridge was leaking. Location is great and pool area is amazing

We stayed here for 4 nights! Was absolutely stunning. Immaculate apartments and grounds. The indoor pool did have emergency maintenance while we were there, so was unable to use that for the last 2 days, but that can't be helped. Highly recommend! Also, didn't have to pay for parking! it was included in room!

Very spacious well appointed apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (only 1 bedroom required). Everything was provided to prepare your own meals when you tired of the junk food outlets and a big Coles in the complex. Found the large leather/vinyl? sofa sticky in hot weather. Great secure central location, well maintained with pleasant staff and secure parking.

I recently stayed at the Chevron Renaissance on the Gold Coast with Holiday Holiday as the host, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and well set up with everything I needed for a comfortable holiday. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of Surfers Paradise, with shops, cafes, restaurants, and the beach all just a short walk away. The resort facilities were a highlight too, especially the pool and gym, which made it feel like a proper holiday escape. Overall, Holiday Holiday made the whole stay stress-free and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend staying at Chevron Renaissance with them and would happily book again for my next Gold Coast trip.

We would highly recommond this property (3137) to anyone. The 2bed apartment was clean, comfortable and a great place to relax. The hotel facilities were amazing and the convenience and location was great. We had great communication before and during our stay with Holiday Holiday and we will definitely return in the future

Great size room, great amentities, central location. Amazing veiws of the ocean, city and sunrise. Room could use a deep clean, but was still clean enough. Location is a little noisy at night, especially Friday, Satuday and Sunday but that is to be expected. Air conditioner maintence for the whole week we stayed, which was a bit difficult with two toddlers and being 34 weeks pregnant. Was were not advised by Holiday Holiday of this when booking or checking in. Found out by a poster at the lift. Which was a bit dissapointing. Pool, gym and games room all amazing amentities.

Unfortunately we have to give a bad review. We had a bad experience with the pool having large pipes with exposed metal that consequently cut a 6cm gash in my son’s foot. When reporting this, not a lot of interest was shown by Holiday Holiday or the chevron body corporate. We stayed on another week and the exposed metal had not even attempted to be fixed. On inspection we found another 3 pipes that were the same. Very dangerous. Communications between Holiday Holiday and us were lacking compassion and care. The building is in need of repair and cleaning, it is not the chevron renaissance that we remembered from a few years ago.

Massive cockroaches in kitchen. Some sheets were stained, sink in bathroom didnt drain, we had to rewash the glasses as dirty. Only 1 dish towel and not enough toilet paper for a weeks stay. Had to buy ourselves.

Close to all main shops, transport close by. Convenience of Cole’s downstairs. Bathrooms need a bit of a renovation. A bit old and run down. Not very clean looking. Had ants coming up the drain pipe.

Great size for two bedroom apartment with fantastic view to see sunrise and sunset. Good facilities with full kitchen and laundry with dryer, oven and microwave. This listing can be improved by a huge percentage. A dirty apartment with bad housekeeping, kept in a filthy state with super basic amenities is how this should be listed. Sun had already set in by the time we reached and had checked in and our first reaction on entering was wow, what a view. When we turned on the lights the reality did sink in. Place was dirty to the next level. Bunches of hair on the carpet in places. Drawers were filthy with mould, towels had hair. The fridge was dirty with spilled liquid from last person, dining chairs were dirty. We ended up buying disinfectant wipes to clean all these surfaces. Having stayed in multiple vacations stays share options, and we always seen all these houses with all required amenities like hand wash, abundant toilet tissue, extra towels, enough glassware, cutlery, plates, pots and pans. However this place had nothing, 2 rolls of toilet tissues, exactly 4 towel, 4 plates, 4 cups, 4 wine glasses and so on. There wasn’t any handwash even. The aircon worked only in the living area, and we weren’t able to find the zone change switch. The bed had no duvet or blankets. The extra blanket provided were dirty and we had to put them to wash immediately. All in they really need to amp up the housekeeping and furnish the place slightly better.

The apartment we stayed in was not great, the A/C was leaking a lot of water had to turn it off as it was wreaking the paint brought fans until someone came out to fix it, one side of the lounge is broken, my partner stood on glass that was in the carpet and there were no face washers given to us so we had to buy our own face washers as well.

Great views, good size apartment and balcony. Pool area was a real highlight. The apartment needs a thorough deep clean, the standard was unacceptable. Many cockroaches throughout.

A great place to stay on the Gold Coast. Close to everything and supermarket downstairs made it so easy to stock up the kitchen with snacks and drinks. The apartment was so nice we had a magnificent view. Getting the key with a big suitcase from the 1st floor of the centre was a bit of a mission but otherwise a great stay.

The room was a bit dated but it did have good views and facilities. It was in a good location and walking distance to restaurants and shops, however it was very noisy at night time. The servicing could have been better, only changed towels and sheets, they didn’t wipe down areas or vacuum. They also didn’t top up some of the kitchen amenities or laundry powder, we stayed for 10 days. There was only 2 elevators working which meant we were waiting a long time but that was due to the cyclone so understandable. Outdoor pools looked beautiful but were too cold to swim in. Overall it was a good trip but I’m unsure if I would stay here again.

We had an excellent stay. Absolutely lovely apartment with stunning views. Extremely comfy beds and pillows. Such a bonus to be able to wash and dry clothes as we went. Nothing to complain about at all. Best room we have stayed in.

Central location and good amenities, however very noisy at night due to clubs, furnishings are dated, curtains coming off railings and a sleeping bag for a blanket in the main bedroom. Pillows were very thin, had to fold over for comfort. Room smelt, tried airing it out… not what you would expect for money paid.

Our stay at Chevron Renaissance was excellent. We took advantage of the car space which was excellent and very easy to access. The bed was not the most comfortable and I ended up sleeping on the couch for some of my nights. Apart from that one thing we were very happy with our stay and waking up to such an amazing view every day!

Was a little hard to find the office to begin with to check in. Called the lovely lady behind the desk and she directed me. The room was nice and was well equipped. The common areas were great. Pleanty to do within and there is a shopping mall underneath. Very central and close to a tram stop.

Vi kom nattetid till lägenheten. Det fanns ingen reception öppen efter kl 16:30. Beskrivning till Nyckelbox var svår att tyda inne i köpcentrum, då det inte fanns några skyltar om vart kontoret befann sig. Väkter visste inte heller vart vi skulle vända oss. Lägenheten i sig var toppen. Stor och bra planlösning. Utsikt över havet.

Not quite up to the usual standard, but we still had an enjoyable stay. We have discussed issues with the property manager and she made a list to get on and sort. Photos on original listing showed river and beach view. Just beach view which was a bonus for us, but if you were expecting both, you might have been dissapointed. Nowhere on the listing did it say we needed to go elsewhere to collect and drop keys for check in and out. We specifically chose this one as it did not say this, so assumed like in the past we could go straight to the hotel, check in and enjoy. Although the location for check in wasnt far away, it was still a hike with 2 cases and not something we expected. We were able to leave our cases at this pick up location until check in and after check out which was great. The room was very clean. It was well set up with crockery, pots etc. If you had small children there were books, beach toys and a pram which was a nice addition. The sliding door off the lounge did not open both ways as it should, and although we mentioned this and were told maintenance would be there the next morning, this was not fixed during our 10 day stay. The property manager was very appologetic about this.You are still able to access the deck however, the door is unable to lock, and this is a safety issue especially with smaller children. The tiles in the kitchen and the bathroom could also do with an overhaul. The spare blanket had holes. The tap in the laundry drips.

Family loved our time on the Gold Coast. And the accommodation was awesome. Thank you so much. The xmas day storm was full on, lol. Communication via the website portal was rubbish though. You definately need to work on that system. All other comms were great.

I recently stayed at the Chevron Renaissance on the Gold Coast with Holiday Holiday as the host, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and professional, and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and well set up with everything I needed for a comfortable holiday. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of Surfers Paradise, with shops, cafes, restaurants, and the beach all just a short walk away. The resort facilities were a highlight too, especially the pool and gym, which made it feel like a proper holiday escape. Overall, Holiday Holiday made the whole stay stress-free and enjoyable. We would highly recommond this property (3137) to anyone. The 2bed apartment was clean, comfortable and a great place to relax. The hotel facilities were amazing and the convenience and location was great. We had great communication before and during our stay with Holiday Holiday and we will definitely return in the future

Unfortunately we have to give a bad review. We had a bad experience with the pool having large pipes with exposed metal that consequently cut a 6cm gash in my son’s foot. When reporting this, not a lot of interest was shown by Holiday Holiday or the chevron body corporate. We stayed on another week and the exposed metal had not even attempted to be fixed. On inspection we found another 3 pipes that were the same. Very dangerous. Communications between Holiday Holiday and us were lacking compassion and care. The building is in need of repair and cleaning, it is not the chevron renaissance that we remembered from a few years ago.

Our family love staying here. Has everything a family with young kids need. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Our only issue was with our after hours check-in instructions. We couldnt access the area which provided access to our room. However, we were quickly assisted by a helpful security guard. Apart from that, thr stay was perfect.

The room was so dirty and the lift lobby outside room. The reception was far from the tower where we stayed with no prior knowledge. The uber dropped us off at one address but the reception was at another building. We had to call then walk around different locks to check in then ended up where the uber initially dropped us off. It was inconvenient as we arrived early in the morning but we had to walk from one building to another.

Was a little hard to find the office to begin with to check in. Called the lovely lady behind the desk and she directed me. The room was nice and was well equipped. The common areas were great. Pleanty to do within and there is a shopping mall underneath. Very central and close to a tram stop.

A great place to stay on the Gold Coast. Close to everything and supermarket downstairs made it so easy to stock up the kitchen with snacks and drinks. The apartment was so nice we had a magnificent view. Getting the key with a big suitcase from the 1st floor of the centre was a bit of a mission but otherwise a great stay.

The good: The apartment was clean, bed was comfortable. Pool was good (Outdoor unheated, indoor heated). Location is very central The Bad: - Completely letdown by the Bathroom which was in a shocking state of repair - Door handle was loose and almost falling off, paint peeling off the walls, vanity in a shocking state with cracks in the bowl, bath was not in good state of repair. All in all needs a very good renovation I was blown away that this was not done (Wouldnt cost a lot) certainly not up to renting out standard by any means - Apartment is extremely noisy and not sound proof by any means. Especially Fri/Sat/Sun with boy racers and sirens. Other times is still noisy with traffic

Location was amazing, close to the beach and a short drive to the various theme parks. The view was stunning and the indoor pool was great when we had a couple of rainy days. The outdoor pool was beautiful! Our only criticism is the room smelled like smoke (had to buy air freshener to get rid of the smell) and the shower door in the ensuite didn’t seal so the bathroom floor got wet when showering. Otherwise our stay was great! Would definitely book again

Central location and good amenities, however very noisy at night due to clubs, furnishings are dated, curtains coming off railings and a sleeping bag for a blanket in the main bedroom. Pillows were very thin, had to fold over for comfort. Room smelt, tried airing it out… not what you would expect for money paid.

Very spacious well appointed apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (only 1 bedroom required). Everything was provided to prepare your own meals when you tired of the junk food outlets and a big Coles in the complex. Found the large leather/vinyl? sofa sticky in hot weather. Great secure central location, well maintained with pleasant staff and secure parking.
