It was a relatively good experience staying at this property, but I did feel very isolated and somewhat unsafe in the evenings traveling as a woman alone. When staff was at the front desk, they were very kind and available. It was impossible to get water after the first day, which was kind of weird and there was no way to get coffee or anything to go. The pool was freezing, but the grounds are very beautiful. I would recommend going there with a partner, family, friends, but not solo.

Bonito lugar, camas muy cómodas, tiene estacionamiento, pero si te quieres ir caminando al centro, hay que tener buena condición física o tomar taxi por lo empinado de las calles. Desconozco si te puedan proporcionar un calentador porque las habitaciones están frías en invierno

My family and I stayed here for 1 night. The place is not too far from downtown. The facilities are very run down. We found lice on the bed and the ladies did not care to bring someone to clean. We got moved to a different room. If you go during cold weather, be aware this hotel is not equiped to handle cold temps. They had to buy blankets for us because it was really cold and they did not have heaters. Other than thos details and if management would try to clean mor often, this hotel has potential.

Asquerosas las sábanas y los baños, y cuando les pedimos que cambiarán sábanas nos dijeron q mejor nos fuéramos a las 11.30 pm con niños.... Nos devolvieron el dinero x medio de cancelación en a la compra y más bien lo q hicieron fue trabar ese dinero allí porque llegamos el 3 de abril y es la fecha y no han devuelto el dinero, provocando la problemas ya que es dinero con que contábamos para nuestro viaje... En resumen el peor hotel en el q e estado.

Las instalaciones son muy coloniales y muy hermosas por fuera, las habitaciones limpias pero por el estilo en los armarios huele mucho a humedad y hay hongos en el techo, en el baño huele un poco a caño. Servicio muy bueno, personal muy amable. Demasiado complicado para llegar si no posees coche.

No dieron toallas en la habitación, las coladeras tenían mal olor, sería bueno que tuvieran aire acondicionado en las habitaciones; esta cerca del centro sin embargo, se puede complicar llegar y se encuentra en una zona que al principio da desconfianza; fuera de esos detalles el lugar es bueno, bonito y cómodo, con buena vista, un buen lugar para descansar y relajarte. Un plus para los amantes de los michis, tienen una pequeña muy amigable, aparentemente es la responsable del control de plagas y de sanidad, hizo su rondín en el cuarto y que bueno no encontró nada en desorden.

The place was beautiful from the outside the view of san miguel allende was expetacular but when entering the room it smelled musty all the furniture was super old including the decoration, doors, ceiling, beds we could not sleep just thinking that someone would come in for the door, when we rented the place through the application we thought it would be good given the images but when we got to the room the reality showed something very different.

Nos asignaron habitación a un costado de la avenida en donde se escuchaba todo el ruido de la calle y de los vecinos, la almohada sumamente incomoda y las frazadas no era suficientes. El baño muy resbaloso. Si la tarifa es tener la peor habitacion creo que ya no reservaría por este medio.

El personal con pésimo servicio muy mala actitud el hotel muy descuidado no tenía ventilador mi habitación no servía y no me pudieron proporcionar otro, la comida del lugar horrible se les descompuso el refrigerador y la leche echada a perder, no tenían toallas a para la alberca, y podría seguir con la mala experiencia, …. Yo no lo recomiendo !!!

El personal muy estricto y no veía la reservación para poder reclamar cosas que no debía, el baño se inundaba cuando nos bañábamos, era una habitación para 4 personas y solo dejaban 2 toallas, me amaneció una llanta ponchada y cuando me l revisaron me dijeron que no tenía nada, solo me habían bajado el aire!

El personal muy estricto y no veía la reservación para poder reclamar cosas que no debía, el baño se inundaba cuando nos bañábamos, era una habitación para 4 personas y solo dejaban 2 toallas, me amaneció una llanta ponchada y cuando me l revisaron me dijeron que no tenía nada, solo me habían bajado el aire!

Está lejísimos del centro, es toda un cuesta y no hay restaurantes cerca. El hotel solo brinda el servicio del desayuno. Ni siquiera agua caliente para un café por la tarde. Si no vas en coche... NO VAYAS A ESTE HOTEL. El edificio es muy bonito y bien cuidado, la vista si es bonita.

No dieron toallas en la habitación, las coladeras tenían mal olor, sería bueno que tuvieran aire acondicionado en las habitaciones; esta cerca del centro sin embargo, se puede complicar llegar y se encuentra en una zona que al principio da desconfianza; fuera de esos detalles el lugar es bueno, bonito y cómodo, con buena vista, un buen lugar para descansar y relajarte. Un plus para los amantes de los michis, tienen una pequeña muy amigable, aparentemente es la responsable del control de plagas y de sanidad, hizo su rondín en el cuarto y que bueno no encontró nada en desorden.

El personal con pésimo servicio muy mala actitud el hotel muy descuidado no tenía ventilador mi habitación no servía y no me pudieron proporcionar otro, la comida del lugar horrible se les descompuso el refrigerador y la leche echada a perder, no tenían toallas a para la alberca, y podría seguir con la mala experiencia, ….
