Es un hotel muy tranquilo, ubicado en una zona conveniente y céntrica. El servicio de restaurante y SPA muy bueno. Sin embargo hay mejores por el precio, el hotel esta sobrevalorado y en el valet parking tratan pésimo los vehículos. Los van a aventar a un terreno cercano, no tiene estacionamiento.

Tuve un problema porque en el área que nos asignaron no había señal de teléfono, ademas tampoco funcionó el wi fi, llamé a la recepción y trataron de solucionarlo pero no funcionó y a fin de cuentas en la habitación siempre estuvimos incomunicados, para usar el wi fi, teníamos que salir a las áreas comunes.

Está hermoso !! Solo que nos dieron una habitación que desde muy temprano arrastraban cosas y nos despertaron, creo que había una terraza o parte de l explanada de l alberca o algo así para que si van solo que les den habitación que no tenga arriba a nada de eso.

Tuve varios detalles... la manija de la puerta estaba rota, el AC nunca funcionó, la secadora de pelo no funcionaban, las llaves se desprogramaban, pedí un tipo de comida y me llevaron otro. Lo único bueno era la amabilidad y atención del personal.

En resumen, decepcionante… El hotel en general es hermoso, la suite que elegimos está fenomenal, pero en general el servicio del hotel es malo en muchos aspectos. Para todo hay mucho personal “amable” pero realmente nadie sabe nada si no le pregunta a alguien más, eso causa todo tipo de incomodidades, en nuestro caso fue el la zona de la piscina: Nos dicen que debemos ir con una chica que organiza los camastros en la piscina (que es demasiado chica para el tamaño del hotel), nos anotan en una lista y nos pasan a esperar en unos sillones mientras se liberan los camastros, esto nunca ocurrió, a la chica se le terminó su horario laboral y se fue a las 4pm, ya teníamos casi 2 horas esperando y al ir a ver qué pasaba nos percatamos de que ya ella no estaba y nadie nos daba una respuesta. En ese tiempo pedimos alimentos del restaurante dela piscina, tardaron más de una hora en traer una tostada de atún (buena) y un sandwich de pulled pork que tenía trozos de cerdo sacados de un refrigerador sin siquiera calentarlos, lucia crudo). Trajeron unas papas trufadas horribles, insípidas, grasosas y sin sal ni sabor a trufa. Al reclamar me dijeron que podían “arreglarlo”, es decir, calentarlo cuando claramente NO era pulled pork ni estaba bien cocido como debe ser siempre el cerdo. Llegó Jenaro Rocha (de experiencias del hotel), supuestamente iba a resolverlo pero se fue sin siquiera darnos una respuesta. Realmente muy decepcionados del servicio y atención en este hotel boutique

Property is just beautiful. Whatbi didn't like was that we were asked to sign double receipts when irdering ny the pool. It was a mess. So double check your invoices and request your first signed copy. This way you aboid a double charge.

Instalaciones excelentes y personal muy amable Muy limpio. Alberca me encanta. Costoso pero lo vale. Bien ubicado, relativamente próximo al centro de la ciudad para moverse caminando. Contras: no estaba disponible la habitación que reservé, me hicieron un downgrade y lo curioso me cobraron mas, supuestamente por un "cargo" que ni expedia ni ellos me habían hecho antes (4ta ocasión que estaba con ellos y no había sucedido eso). Hice la aclaración y respetaron la tarifa con un "ajuste" que era lo esperado por el downgrade, un poco desagradable este asunto pero se resolvió.

Fantastic experience. Friendly, accommodating and attentive service and a beautiful property. A bit far away from the main downtown area, but once we got accustomed to the routes it was an easy 10-20 minute walk to wherever we wanted to go.

Es un hotel muy tranquilo, ubicado en una zona conveniente y céntrica. El servicio de restaurante y SPA muy bueno. Sin embargo hay mejores por el precio, el hotel esta sobrevalorado y en el valet parking tratan pésimo los vehículos. Los van a aventar a un terreno cercano, no tiene estacionamiento.

En resumen, decepcionante… El hotel en general es hermoso, la suite que elegimos está fenomenal, pero en general el servicio del hotel es malo en muchos aspectos. Para todo hay mucho personal “amable” pero realmente nadie sabe nada si no le pregunta a alguien más, eso causa todo tipo de incomodidades, en nuestro caso fue el la zona de la piscina: Nos dicen que debemos ir con una chica que organiza los camastros en la piscina (que es demasiado chica para el tamaño del hotel), nos anotan en una lista y nos pasan a esperar en unos sillones mientras se liberan los camastros, esto nunca ocurrió, a la chica se le terminó su horario laboral y se fue a las 4pm, ya teníamos casi 2 horas esperando y al ir a ver qué pasaba nos percatamos de que ya ella no estaba y nadie nos daba una respuesta. En ese tiempo pedimos alimentos del restaurante dela piscina, tardaron más de una hora en traer una tostada de atún (buena) y un sandwich de pulled pork que tenía trozos de cerdo sacados de un refrigerador sin siquiera calentarlos, lucia crudo). Trajeron unas papas trufadas horribles, insípidas, grasosas y sin sal ni sabor a trufa. Al reclamar me dijeron que podían “arreglarlo”, es decir, calentarlo cuando claramente NO era pulled pork ni estaba bien cocido como debe ser siempre el cerdo. Llegó Jenaro Rocha (de experiencias del hotel), supuestamente iba a resolverlo pero se fue sin siquiera darnos una respuesta. Realmente muy decepcionados del servicio y atención en este hotel boutique

El hotel es muy bonito, pero todo tiene un sobre costo exagerado, bebidas, alimentos, etc. Otro tema muy importante es si llevas tu vehículo, si tienes un vehículo costoso y te gusta tenerlo impecable, debes siempre tenerlo a la vista ante cualquier posible daño, no te recomiendo el Hotel en ese caso, el Valet Parking es casi obligatorio, no tienes idea a donde se llevarán tu carro y si optas por no usar el servicio te obligan a ponerlo al interperie, se la pasan poniendo pilotes en la banqueta que ponen sin que te des cuenta y puedes causar severos daños a tu vehículo, aparte permiten que otros autos se estacionen demasiado cerca al tuyo, siendo imposible que no te le den portazos. Si traes un auto de alta gama; ser demasiado precavido no será suficiente, necesitaras un escolta que te lo vigile 24/7 o mejor optar por otro estacionamiento...

Excellent stay for my birthday. The staff is very nice and the property is gorgeous. Lots of amenities and they are very accommodating with my schedule. I ordered room service breakfast and my coffee came pipping hot. Thats how i know they know what they're doing. I would stay here again.

Everything was top notch, however there was a DJ at the pool playing techno music everyday which was painful which made our stay less pleasant. Something softer and more relaxing would have been appreciated.
