This is a beautiful hotel and I will gladly stay there again. It's a small and beautifully designed hotel in a great location just steps away from the pedestrian car free zone of the Centro. Service is excellent, hotel is very clean and filled with art and the rooftop terrace with the view is the icing on the cake. I would definitely stay there again.

Todo muy bien, el hotel esta muy céntrico. Lo único complicado es bajar y subir el equipaje ahi en el hotel. No hay lugar de estacionamiento ni para eso. El valet hace mucho para ayudar.

Very attractive hotel close to the main square and all its attractions. Pool on roof is small and heated - great for a cool evening. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The WiFi was out for a few days when we were there and, as a result, a staff person had to let us into our room multiple times. They were always cheerful and (sometimes) exhausted. Management treated guests to a free cocktail once the WiFi was back up, to thank us for our pati. Nice touch.

It was clean. 2nd night at 3am water came through the ceiling and light fixtures. I was moved to another room. Next morning had a shower and the shoer drain was plugged and flooded out the bathroom and the bedroom. Took me 1/2 hour to clean it up. This was compounded as no one spoke English. No one ever came to talk to me about it. 3 days in a row the door fob did not work so had to go to front desk for a new one

The staff and location were great. Really nice to have a small pool on the roof that you can relax and take in the scenery. Any questions were easily and quickly answered, and staff were super helpful. If I had one negative it would be that the rooms are a bit dark due to no exterior widows. It was not a huge issue. I would stay again.

Highlights: charming boutique hotel, beautiful roof deck with amazing views and heated small pool, helpful and friendly service, perfect location, large and updated bathrooms, clean rooms, excellent free breakfast. Minuses: Very small rooms with no windows, made us feel claustrophobic. No place to stop the car: we had to double park and block traffic, to unload our car, but hotel staff helped us to valet our car. Most of our stay there was no internet and cell signal was nonexistent in the room. Air quality was bad even inside-it is not a hotel, but town problem.

Pretty hotel. Good location. Walking distance from plaza and churches. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area was very nice and the water was nice and warm. Hotel has elevators! Our hotel room was clean but very small with no extra storage besides the closet. We were living out of our suitcases because there was nowhere to put our stuff. Breakfast was ok. No variety. Same thing everyday-scrambled eggs, chilaquiles, pre wrapped fruit, pancakes and toast. Nothing freshly made, just sitting in warmers, maybe it’s because there is no restaurant in the hotel. We were there for four days. I guess it did its job.

The roof and view are great. However, they have no food service outside of breakfest. And oh aren’t allowed to consume outside food in lobby or pool area. This makes enjoying time by the pool difficult for anything but a short time. And since the rooms are so tiny and only have one chair you can’t even enjoy snacks in your room. The staff are super friendly and we loved the gestures and kindness. But disappointed can’t even explain the room. It was a ground floor interior room. So the only window opened to hallway. With a thin shade that allowed every moment in our room to be seen. This was very problematic at night as the entire courtyard was illuminated thanks to central statue. As the one shade was far from a blackout shade. Meaning we had a bright room without even turning on our light

Unorganized, especially during breakfast. Breakfast was complimentary, however the menu had options that were not part of the complimentary breakfast. The server kept asking everyone what’s your room number, messed up our orders, took over 1 hour and 30 min to bring our breakfast and was incorrect. The rooms are extremely small. If you’re booking a double bed room and the name of each person is not on the reservation they will charge you an additional $50.00 per person per night. Overall, beautiful city wrong hotel

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is extremely clean and the staff is wonderfully over-the-top in providing service and offering friendly suggestions and information. Everyone on the staff went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. The only thing that was less than perfect for me was that due to the location of the building, there were no windows to the outside in the hotel rooms. Of course, that is not unusual in a hotel in a downtown area where the buildings are built into each other, and it did not affect my stay or my enjoyment of the location and hotel. It is extremely walkable to Central, and the staff at the hotel was always very helpful in getting us dining reservations and taxi service even when we needed to go out of town.

I am glad I picked this hotel and I definitely recommend it for staying within walking distance to El Centro, Restaurants, Shopping, Mercado de Artesanías, banks, ATM’s…Excellent service from the time we walked in! Estrella at front desk and staff were very welcoming and helpful. Great communication prior to arrival. The rooms were nice and the whole property super clean, the breakfast was ok and included. Amazing rooftop with nice views and pool. Would stay again!

Tje property was very clean, my only complaint were the ladies at the front desk, they had not desire to assist or help, they never smiled and were very uninformed of the amenities in the property. We arrived early around noon and were told to come back at 3pm for check in, I asked if maybe they thought the room will be ready before and with a very stern look she just repeated "check in is at 3pm". Luis was the only gracious person at the hotel.

Nice modern hotel with very friendly staff. We were upgraded to a nicer room upon arrival. The location is great and the beds are very comfortable. Their staff are very helpful and they even went beyond my expectations by helping me transporting our passports to Guanajuato when we accidentally left them in the safe box when we left the hotel.

Briefly, great location as it was close to El Centro but far enough away to be away from the din. In any case, the hotel was constructed and oriented to be very quiet (except for the occasional late -night revelers returning at 1 or 2 in the morning). Very clean, comfortable, modern, and aesthetically very pleasing. All of the staff was great; sincere, polite and friendly. A special shout-out to Ernesto. He is very well named as he is very ernest about helping.

This hotel is right by the heart of Historical Center of San Miguel de Allende. Majority of tourist attractions are within 20 minute walk. Plenty of nice restaurants and cafes are nearby. We rested well in this boutique hotel. Don’t expect large rooms like those in CDMX. There won’t be windows either. However, the hotel is well decorated. Last but not least, the staff there were all very friendly and helpful. We particularly appreciated Caesar’s hospitality. Will be back!

Un hotel com excelente ubicación. Puedes pasear por todo el centro sin necesidad de trasladarte. Es pequeño y tiene alberca templada. Servicio de spa. Solo que no tiene estacionamiento, te lo consiguen por una cuota por día. El servicio de alimentos en el hotel no es nada bueno. Teníamos desayuno incluido y acabamos saliendo a desayunar por lo mal (escaso-frio- amontonado) que estaba.

Breakfast variety was very weak. Coffee was terrible undrinkable for me and others in group I was traveling with. It was a great location; rooms were clean and had space for luggage. Bathroom and walk-in shower were exceptional. Bed was very comfortable. Good choice if you are not looking for many amenities. No gym and you had to ask staff to get you ice.

Great location and clean bedrooms. However, they have a very limited breakfast option, including hot coffee. The bar was never opened, we had to go next door to “La Doña.” It seems like they have limited staff.
