Found this hotel last minute after being bumped out of a previous reservation at a different hotel & although we were frustrated about the previous reservation we are so glad it worked out the way it did because this hotel was perfect. It was clean, quiet and inviting. The are was beautiful& it was only 20 mins from the event we needed to be at for the weekend. The pool was alittle cool but didnt take away from our kids enjoying every second of it. I cant comment on breakfast as we slept in everyday or had to get to our event, but it did smell amazing everytime we waled through the lobby. All in all our stay was wonderful & we would definitely be back if ever in the area again.

Our room overlooked the picturesque port of New Bedford with great views of ships and sky. Our room was also very quiet and we had a suite which really helped at bedtime as I could sleep while my husband watched sports on tv. The complimentary breakfast was good and I was quite pleased to see non-dairy options--oat milk. We loved the location, on site parking, and will be returning.

They have an indoor pool which is small but well maintained. It's right next to the Whaling Museum and our room had a great view of the harbor with all the fishing boats. It's the largest fishing center in the US!

The breakfast consisted of eggs and a meat served on a paper plate with plastic knives and forks. No hotel restaurant or bar, however the hotel was located a 2 min walk from these facilities. Plenty of free parking and coffee always on hand in the breakfast area. Rooms have a fridge, microwave and large TV, so a comfort room. The hotel is convenient for the local bars and restaurants.

Sustained bed bug bites during the first night of the stay. Hotel conducted a limited evaluation by an outside company and while the general desk staff was kind, the managerial staff was dismissive and did not acknowledge or validate our experience. I work in a field that includes knowledge of pests and their behaviors and am confident in the identification of the source of the bites as well as other onsite evidence of the presence of bed bugs. New Bedford is my hometown and I was disappointed in how the situation was handled.

Absolutely loved staying here! The hotel was super clean and the staff was amazing. We had the free breakfast many times and it was great. It’s also steps away from a couple great coffee/breakfast spots ( groundfloor coffee & merisals express). The location is excellent to explore the downtown New Bedford area with many shops, bars, and restaurants. We really enjoyed being able to walk to everything and tried so many good restaurants (the black whale, the clam shack, & new beige). Highly recommend this location if you are looking for a place to stay in New Bedford, we definitely will be returning!!

The first one they gave me the key did not work to let me in. When I returned to the desk they assigned me a different room with that key which did work however by evening I realized that my socks were becoming soaked because the carpet on the floor of the room was soaked (with what I don't know...and that is the worrisome part). So I went down in my wet socks and asked for another room which they gave me and since it was evening I was exhausted and ready to go to bed. However I turn down the sheets only to find the bed in that room had a brown stain on the bottom sheet. Just one disappointment after another. Needless to say I doubt I will be staying here again!

The fan inside the air conditioner is messed up so it was really loud all night. Also, there is a lot of road noise which isn’t the hotels fault. Other than that it was clean and in a very convenient location and a nice front desk receptionist.

It was very small for $200.00. Tub very small and the water didn’t come out of shower that well at all! Shower curtain didn’t go all the way across. Rough material when it came to towels and they were very very small! The room was not worth $200.00. They were also supposed to refund me for a mistake I made. They never did!

Wanda made checking in a breeze. She was friendly and professional. I arrived ahead of others in my party and spent about a half hour in the lobby. It was clean and comfortable. We had tickets to an event at the attached venue which was very convenient and quiet attractive. It was comforting knowing that I could relax and enjoy adult beverages with my friends and not have to get in a car after. I could not recommend it enough!

The breakfast was just not good. At least the hot foods. They were lukewarm, eggs weren't good, bacon was so thin it was like paper. Cold foods were fine; yogurt, milk, etc. Fresh fruit was good. Sorry, but the coffee was just not good either.
