Very clean, nice affordable hotel in the Cuyuna mountain bike area. Hotel was impeccably maintained. No elevator, but didn't need one. Restaurants next door for breakfast and was given a coupon for breakfast discount. Easy parking, great climate control in rooms. Will definitely stay again.

They were painting/spraying the outside of the building on a busy labor day weekend. The windows were covered in plastic and you couldn't open or see out. The designated parking was not available either. Part of the time the front door was blocked off and not usable. The hot tub was out of order.

This hotel is màde to look like a cabin inside with log furniture and pics and accessories to set it apart from other near by towns hotels.Very pleasant stay.Enjoyed the room,pool is comfortable temperature and hot tub is hot,not luke warm.Extremely clean hotel Wonderful 2 night stay!

Overall, great place to stay. Price was good, layout of room was nice and the location was great. I'd like some kind of breakfast option though, that doesn't detract from the Overall enjoyment. There was however, in the room we got the a/c unit every 30 seconds or so would make a 3-5 second buzzing noise. Similar to the sound of a phone vibrating on a table. It was a little distracting when trying to sleep.

Very small TVS & old. Terrible TV picture, grainy picture, terrible sound. Just plain awful TV in our room. Otherwise room was clean & neat. Water pressure was great.

We had a very comfortable room with a jacuzzi. The bed was beyond comfortable and we used the jacuzzi every day of our stay. Great area with cute shops and bar/restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was perfect and with hotels.com it was the only room in town. We would happily stay here again. The room was very big and close to everything we needed. Staff was nice and the whole hotel was really clean. Definitely recommend it.

The mattress in this room needs to be replaced. I have stayed in this room several times. In addition, there is something wrong with the timer on the hot tub. I have reported this to the staff several times and yet they still put me in that room with the Jacuzzi that does not work correctly

The beds are terribly rock-hard. I couldn’t sleep. We actually checked out early so we could drive 2.5 hours to take a nap in our own beds. That’s how bad they are. My spouse couldn’t sleep. What’s the point of the stay if you can’t actually sleep. It was clean, the comforter was scratchy, it was quiet, but until you replace those mattresses I would never book two nights in a row there, much less one night ever again. Are these beds original to the hotel almost 20 years ago? There’s definitely an opportunity for improvement. I personally wouldn’t stay there again unless they updated that situation.

We absolutely loved the place but the bed was so horrible we never slept, it was so springy and noisy and had the biggest hard pillows. For the rest of the place we loved it, don’t k ow how such a nice newer hotel could have such a horrible bed

This hotel is so cute. The pool was totally clean and warm, which is a rarity for me at hotels. The staff was nice and it's in such a cute area. Most importantly, they were extremely accommodating to my dad's walking issues and gave us a first-floor room right by the front desk. Definitely recommend.

We had called to ask a question about the hotel. They knew what date we were coming but did not tell us the pool and hot tub would be out of commission. Also the room we were in was a handicapped suite and it definitely was not!. No bars in tub. Very low toilet. The receptionist was short and rude when we asked simple questions. The one good thing is theybdid give us a discount because pool was not open. Would not stay again

this hotel isn’t a beautiful area of town. It’s well kept in often very quiet. Lovely restaurant right in the parking lot have stayed here before and will continue to stay. Friendly staff!

We were given a $4 voucher to use in an adjacent restaurant. The breakfast plus tip for two people was an addnl $30….

Liked the spacious and clean rooms, comfortable bed and overall facility/lodge. The front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly. The only recommendation we have is to include the hours of the inhouse restaurant on the $2 discount coupons. We didn't realize the restaurant closed at 2 pm.

we would stay again at this hotel, but FYI the owner of the meat store on the same property expressed his voice that he wasn't too happy about us parking our truck and trailers in the parking lot, but with road construction and limited parking in the area we explained that the hotel gave us approval to park here. The restaurant that shares the same property had good food and the hotel gives coupons to apply to your meal.
