Love the toddler pool area, an amenity that hardly any other hotel has but is such a huge upside for us. It’s 100% why we chose this hotel. Breakfast had good options and was clean!! We had a pool side room which was super convenient. There were odd things that could be fixed like our toilet wasn’t level so it moved and made a loud clank sound when sitting down. Door didn’t close all the way by itself.. other small things that wouldn’t keep me from going staying again. Overall i recommend this hotel it was clean and has great amenities.

Nice hotel right on the ATV trails. Beds were super comfy, rooms clean. They are going thru renovations but everything was very nice. Excellent warm breakfast with a variety of food options. Plenty of parking for those of us pulling trailers. We will definitely stay here again!

Check-In staff was courteous, entryway was clean. Pool area was clean and well equipped. in room 236 bathroom shower had mold in multiple places and the flooring in front of the toilet was bulging upwards. There are only two stairwells at each end of the building and the back entrance lock did not work all the time. No stairwells in center of building. Elevator safety plate said that it could hold 10 or more people, prominent sign when you enter elevator says it can only hold 2 people.

I do not know how this hotel has a rating of 8/10. Our room was terrible, the hot tub broken, and the breakfast institutional. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom. There was a shower chair (ADA room) that held a moldy cushion. The door to the bathroom looked as if someone had tried to kick it in. The furniture was beaten up and the refrigerator dented. The beds were hard as pavement. The carpet was damp. A TERRIBLE place to stay.

Our rooms floor was soaked when we arrived. The front desk agent was great but then later, about an hour into the stay we noticed the peep hole in the door was backwards and you could see everything in our room!!! The whole situation made me feel uneasy as a single parent with young/ tween children

The Gentleman working the front desk was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower and some furniture could use an update, but the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. The best part is the room was so quiet. There was some sort of large group there when I stayed and when I headed for breakfast it was very loud in the hallway and breakfast area, but I had no clue until I opened my room door.

Was very noisy right next to the parking lot. Had only a breakfast. Didn’t realize my room had a Jacuzzi wasn’t told that on my booking really didn’t need that was very disappointed with Travelocity won’t do it again.

Our stay was good - we liked our room and it was very clean. However, the woman who checked us in was not the most ambitious or friendly. She just stared at me when I went to check in and it should have been pretty obvious I was there to check in and if she was unsure, ASK. The elevator at this hotel is in need of some work and does not stop closing even if something is in the way. My 2-year-old stuck his hand in the door and it started closing on it. We got it out and he is okay, but he was screaming and crying and it was very scary. The same lady from the front desk again just looked at us. She never said anything or asked if he was okay or if we needed anything. I won't forget that.

The lady who was front desk manager was EXCELLENT! She was there 12 hours a day, and was detail oriented. She constantly oversaw the property especially the lobby. Good management = happy customers.

The only downside to this property was when we arrive to check in there was nobody at the front desk. There was a sign that press zero for Help, but nobody answered. We waited about 10 or 15 minutes before someone came to the desk.

Just your basic 2 star hotel. It appeared clean, needed a little maintenance work. Some of the grout was missing on tile floor in bathroom. There was a huge hole in the screen on our second floor room that kept us from opening window. Breakfast was ok if you like powdered eggs. The biscuits and gravy just ok. Coffee was good and available thru late afternoon. Again, your basic 2 star hotel.

This place was perfect for our long weekend get away with 4 teenage boys! We rented UTV's across the street and this spot was perfect! The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were very clean, the AC got so cold (perfect for the 90-degree weather). We stayed in room 241 which overlooked the pool. Perfect for you to watch kids if needed. The staff was very accommodating! 10/10 would stay here again!

We were visiting family who were camping in the state forest. Due to health issues we decided to not camp but rather stayed at the comfort inn. It was relaxing but had the busiest breakfast I've seen at a hotel in a long time.
