We had a very nice experience at Chiverton. The host is really good. The stay is 15 mins stay from the centre, bus and train station. We can reach thr by walking alongside the beach. Worth for the money with all the essential facilities including a small fidge. Definitely visiting again...

Easy check in and checkout. Room was ideal for me and my 7 year old for a couple of nights. Not too far walk from the train station, about 15 minutes. Parking quite tricky but possible if you keep going round until you find a space. The owner’s instructions were very clear, we didn’t even meet them over the two days but got in and out fine.

Very clean, safe, well furnished with very comfortable beds and modern en-suite, helpful patron, train and bus stations are pleasant walk (about 1 mile). Well situated for tennis courts, arcade, lido and outdoor theatre/music in the park.Tea/coffee making facilities are in the room but breakfast is not available (reflected in the price); however continental style breakfast items can be purchased at nearby supermarkets (need to take some plastic knives). Our room was in the attic with four flights of stairs; therefore if you have mobility concerns need to check the situation of your room. We found on-street parking nearby to be a challenge and it would have been impossible late in the day. This was a bank holiday weekend so perhaps was an exception.

Nice and clean, even though this is listed as a bed & breakfast please be aware no breakfast is included. Tea making facilities are included but would have been nice if water made available to make tea or coffee, you may need to bring your own. The road is not busy and just a turning away from the beach. Hosts were very nice and friendly and helpful.

The top floor room I had was just perfect for my 2 night stay. It was spotlessly clean, comfy bed, lovely linens and soft towels. A great place to come home to after a day of sightseeing. The house is very quiet (apart from the Seagulls lol!) and you’ll receive a very warm welcome. It’s close to the seafront and a 15 minute walk from the railway and bus station. Tea and Coffee provided and I was thrilled to find a Gideon in the nightstand.

Expedia had advertised this as a 4-star bed and breakfast so I was very disappointed to find out that breakfast is no longer served at this establishment. The rooms were small, but spotlessly clean. Friendly hosts and a lovely position in Penzance.

A guest house located in a lovely old house 10 minutes walk from the centre. We had a room at the back, which was comfortable enough, but was a little small for us given we had luggage for 2 weeks. Shower was excellent

The room was tiny so it was a bit difficult to have two suitcases in it. Maybe shelves instead of the closet would be more workable for couples. The bathroom was the smallest but most functional I've ever had. Alan was really helpful with the map to find the best places about and tide table for visiting St Michaels Mount. Would definitely recommend it.

The top floor room I had was just perfect for my 2 night stay. It was spotlessly clean, comfy bed, lovely linens and soft towels. A great place to come home to after a day of sightseeing. The house is very quiet (apart from the Seagulls lol!) and you’ll receive a very warm welcome. It’s close to the seafront and a 15 minute walk from the railway and bus station. Tea and Coffee provided and I was thrilled to find a Gideon in the nightstand.

Expedia had advertised this as a 4-star bed and breakfast so I was very disappointed to find out that breakfast is no longer served at this establishment. The rooms were small, but spotlessly clean. Friendly hosts and a lovely position in Penzance.

Very clean, safe, well furnished with very comfortable beds and modern en-suite, helpful patron, train and bus stations are pleasant walk (about 1 mile). Well situated for tennis courts, arcade, lido and outdoor theatre/music in the park.Tea/coffee making facilities are in the room but breakfast is not available (reflected in the price); however continental style breakfast items can be purchased at nearby supermarkets (need to take some plastic knives). Our room was in the attic with four flights of stairs; therefore if you have mobility concerns need to check the situation of your room. We found on-street parking nearby to be a challenge and it would have been impossible late in the day. This was a bank holiday weekend so perhaps was an exception.

I wouldn’t have booked if I had known breakfast isn’t served here. Better places including breakfast at a lower price than Chiverton house Wouldn’t return and wouldn’t recommend They don’t respond to emails either.

Nice and clean, even though this is listed as a bed & breakfast please be aware no breakfast is included. Tea making facilities are included but would have been nice if water made available to make tea or coffee, you may need to bring your own. The road is not busy and just a turning away from the beach. Hosts were very nice and friendly and helpful.

A brilliant cosy home like hotel with a lovely well comfortable room. The door entrance system was explained at check in and was easy to navigate. Highly recommend staying here for anyone wanting to access the local area. It’s also a gentle walk from the hotel along the beach front into the town. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was warm, comfortable and clean. An ideal location for exploring Penzance. Sally and Alan were lovely hosts and we will definitely be looking to stay again.
