Friendly service and I really appreciated that the crib I requested was already set up in the room when I arrived. When you're a brain dead parent after a long day on the road that is a welcome sight. The only thing that really would have helped more is faster EV chargers. It's great that they have them and they're free but 6.5kW is dreadfully slow for modern cars with 100+ kWh batteries.

They could have given fresh towels and taken out the trash. We stayed 3 days and it was never done. The front desk staff was amazing. Remembered us, and very kind when we needed to add an extra day. The breakfast smelled good even though we had to leave earlier than it was served. We did book because of the indoor pool, but it was never open during our three day stay.

We checked in and the clerk told us to re-run our card because the first run did not take. It took and we ended up charged twice. The office was misleading about the double charges and it has done nothing to remove the extra charge or provide any help. Our first room had stains on the sheets that appeared to be from someone's rear end and the had not been changed. The second room also had a stained sheet. Please know if you are booking, the new cleaning policy is that they only clean once every 4 days unless requested.

Bathroom had powder on the floor and obviously the shower had not been cleaned. They immediately switched us to another room. 2 big long hairs in that shower also but we did not report it.

I stayed here for 5 days and overall had a pretty good experience. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made a great impression. The building is older, and while the remodeling helps, you can still tell it has some age. My room seemed clean, though a bit more detailed cleaning would be nice. The biggest downside was the highway noise, which was noticeable at night. Still, for the service and convenience, I’d consider staying here again.

I liked the staff - -they were all friendly and helpful. I also liked the heavy doors and double-paned windows, which made the room quiet. I wasn't wild about the breakfast -- it was all too greasy.

The staff routinely greeted and talked to guests with smiles and happy dispositions. This occurred on elevators, front desk, cleaning staff in hallways, and especially the extremely cheerful and outgoing woman in the breakfast room. This aspect was amazing, the best we’ve ever experienced at any hotel. Kudos to the manager for hiring and training such wonderful staff On the downside , the free internet was VERY slow, the third Hilton property we’ve been at in the last two weeks that has been that way. We are HHonors members, and all three Hilton properties acknowledged that on checkin, but only 1 of the 3 gave us the password for enhanced WiFi that HHonors members get for free. I had to call the front desk and ask for it at the second place, but forgot to do that this Hilton property. So, I put up with the very slow internet (e.g., 30 seconds to pull up eac email, 3 minutes to download a small document)

This was a decent stay. I liked the breakfast, especially the sausage, which I am now craving (though you could add biscuits and gravy hint hint!). The only thing that was amiss was that the beds were among the most uncomfortable I've ever slept on. I really liked that there were side doors that reduced the walk from the parking lot no matter where in the building your room was.

Our room was HUGE. We just had a regular double queen room, but it had so much walking around space. Checking in was fast and friendly. Breakfast was a nice variety! Beds were very uncomfortable so that was a bummer. There is no fan in the bathroom. So airing it out was tough. Other than those 2 down falls, our stay was lovely!! The Shampoo and Conditioner I have to say was some of the best and left my hair feeling so soft.

Walk-in shower was nice, but lots of water splashed out on floor. Chair at desk was terribly stained. Very comfortable bed. Easy check in/out. Need exhaust fan in bathroom.

We had a medical emergency the morning of the day of our reservation and had to head straight home after going to urgent care. I stopped at the hotel to explain why we would not be able to stay. The clerk said she could not cancel our reservation; it had to be done through Expedia. As soon as we got home 4 hours later, I tried to cancel through Expedia but could not because we were past our deadline. I called the hotel directly and explained the situation again. They said they would cancel our reservation but we would still be charged the full cost of the room. (A medical emergency was obviously not their concern.) I understand they were within their rights to charge for us for the room but I would have expected a little grace under the circumstances. We had no desire to cut our trip short and were very discouraged with having to do so. A little understanding from the hotel would have helped ease a difficult day. We go to Spokane frequently and I believe we will use a different hotel in the future.

Nice, clean hotel, as you'd expect, although rooms could use a little more sound proofing. We were under a herd of buffalo and close to the elevator. It was a little noisy. We had our own herd, so I'm not complaining, but add the vast amount of people who talk around the elevator, it was noticeable. Stayed in 5 different hotels, this was the only one that watered down their orange and apple juices to the point that they were basically flavored water. I was surprised, since this isn't a cheap, local hotel but a chain.

The breakfast “buffet” was great … lots of choices. Every staff person was very friendly. Bed was comfy. Side door could use a handicap friendly push button to open the door. Price was right!
