Hotel is in a great location and the staff was wonderful. Only concern is you ca tell the property is getting a bit run down. The pool needs a deep clean, people are writing their names in the scum on the walls of the pool. The stairs to the water slide are rusting and kind of gross. And there were two families with children in the pool that the kids very obviously had hand foot and mouth. This isn’t the hotel’s fault but more of an fyi to the hotel to ensure rooms are sanitized properly between guests. Every surface needs to be sanitized. It was an ok hotel and probably good if you’re just needing a place to sleep, beds were comfy. Shower is getting old and gross.

Walked into the room, on the shelf immediately inside the door was an old key card from a different hotel completely, and the hook off a hanger that was snapped off. Beds were not exactly neatly made, shower curtain is crumbling and cracked, not a good look, doesn’t feel clean.

The good: comfortable beds, best breakfast I have had at any hotel, wifi worked fine, nice tv, close to shopping. The bad: dirty (pubic hair in bathtub, mattress cover filthy, room generally needed a good clean). Asked front desk to clean and change mattress cover and bedding just on my daughter's bed....it was a bit better afterwards, but mattresss cover was same one. I'm a guy so it did not bother me much, but my daughter was appalled.

The room could a deep clean. Carpets, walls bathroom dirty/ stained. Smelled dusty/smoky. All towels were very worn, torn, had holes/ falling apart. Definitely could use an update only good thing was the pillows and bed

Have stayed here many times before and been a very happy customer. This time, the stay was less than excellent. I did not appreciate the phone call ahead of check in to see if I was still coming (only an hour and half after the 4:00 check in time). If I have prepaid for the room, I will be there when I get there. Upon arrival to the room, the room was just “okay”. Linens were clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the washroom was less than satisfactory. The tub was full of hair, stained, and looked like it hadn’t had an actual clean for several visitors. I also wish the couches would be upgraded to something wipable, as they are stained, feel unclean, and are showing significant wear. The hallways in the lobby area and elevator floors were constantly dirty/wet during my entire stay. My recommendation is to ensure your cleaning staff are doing their jobs!

I had stay here a few years ago but it’s starting to look run down and dirty. Hairs in the bed and the thermostat didn’t work properly. Hardly slept from the ratting from the ac unit.

I often stay here when in Regina. The hotel is easily accessible and is conveniently close to many amenities in the surrounding area. Beds are comfy, rooms are clean, and staff are friendly. We stayed 2 nights in a queen suite and everything was fine except for the sofa bed. It was fine to sit on but the mattress was terrible, actually unusable for sleeping on. The beds were very comfortable.

The check in agent was great. Fast and easy. The room was large, but extremely worn. The flooring was in terrible condition, and you could see poorly executed painting patches in numerous locations. The bed was good, and lots of pillows but none that were firm. But I can live with all that. My biggest issue is that breakfast is supposex to be available at 6AM. Tge person setting yp the food service arrived aftef 6, so I had to wait half an hour for service to begin. That is not good. Not good at all.

The heater/air conditioner in our room was ridiculously noisy and we could not get it to stay at a constant temperature. It kept jumping between 29 and 18 the entire stay. The pillows felt like someone took a bunch of old pillows and chopped them up and put them in new pillowcases. The room was clean. Pool/hot tub was busy but was nice and clean. We ended up not having breakfast since the lineup didn’t move while people waited for the pancake machine. Would have been nice if it were in a separate area of the breakfast room to help the rest of the line move better. We just grabbed an apple and left.

The night I stayed, was the same night multiple youth volleyball players stayed and I understand teenagers will be loud and high strung but when you have multiple blasting music on speakers in the pool area. Pouring bubble into the pool. Piling themselves all together on the slide and running up and down the halls. Just for the front desk staff members, who can hear the music because the front desk is right beside the pool do absolutely nothing til I had to complain is a little unacceptable. Other than this, the room itself was neat and slightly dirty with stains on the mattress and the bathroom tub being stained yellow. It was an overall okay stay but no apology or real acknowledgement from staff, I find additional training might be in order. I would give the hotel a 3 star review, just did not feel the room should of cost me almost $200 for the night

The hotel was good. The breakfast was good. But our toilet over flowed as soon as we got into our room. When I called down for maintenance, I was told by front desk to ‘come get a plunger’ I was and still am appalled by this comment from staff of a hotel I was PAYING to stay in. We eventually were moved rooms, but not until after some argument.

Check in was great , quick, friendly staff. Was there for New Years Eve. They called us a taxi to go out to casino. Really nice and clean. It was pretty quiet there. Check out easy too.

We had the worst check-in experience! We are doing quiet a few overnight stays a year, never took it so long to get checked in! People were lined up and waiting for service. Just one person working at the desk and he was absolutely terrible to understand, very unprofessional. Room wasn't the cleanest either. None of the 2 room cards we got worked, had to go back to front desk and wait again to get them programmed again. We had another night booked there for the return after our vacation. But we will cancel that reservation and book somewhere else

Everything was extremely quick easy and professional. Check in took less than 5 min. With an early wake up they arranged to have coffee and muffins for me despite the breakfast not be open for a couple of hours

Days Inn was packed this week so no parking nearby unless you park at Ricky’s next door. Side door had cigarette butts on floor. We didn’t use maid service, pool, or gym just slept there. Breakfast was good, typical fare and the staff were really nice.
