Room was clean-ish. Floor was dirty in corners and there was what looked like black mold on the carpet by the AC unit. Room was otherwise clean. Elevator had really dirty carpet. Breakfast had lots of options, but no half and half for coffee!!! Just hydrogenated sugar-laden "creamers". So no point in taking their coffee 😕

To start off, the elevator was dirty. The carpet was dirty. The door was dirty once in our room the bathroom was not properly clean. There was something yellow on the shower wall. I had to wipe down the bathroom counter with a disinfecting wipe I had picked this hotel because of prior reviews so I was deeply disappointed.

The room was absolutely spotless. Everything was perfect in every way. The staff was courteous and respectful. The fresh baked cookies before bed was a very nice touch. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was so good. It was definitely a great way to start the day.

Our first room was extremely dirty. The sheets and bedding were not clean. You could tell they just made up the bed that was previously slept in. The top cover was dirty and when I pulled back the sheets it had hair in the sheets. There was a massive water leak in the ceiling. We were place in another room and there was a massive stain on the floor. We only got two towels and even requested more from the day manager. When we left for the day, the room was not properly cleaned. I asked the cleaning staff and the day manager for the room to be properly cleaned and the bed made. The day manager rolled her eyes at me and was completely rude. Came back to the room and was not properly cleaned after requesting full service and no extra towels. My husband dried himself with a wash cloth because the lack of towels. The night manager and breakfast staff were great. We stayed here last year and it was great. This year it was just gross.

You can tell the property manager really enjoys and cares for her responsibilities. A lot of above and beyond what I've seen compared to other similar locations. Customer service was very friendly and helpful, decorations were out in full, and the lobby looked and smelled really clean. Rooms were the same way.

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. The beds we’re comfortable and bathroom nice except low toilets. The breakfast was fresh with good variety. Tiffany did an excellent job of making sure the fresh food was constantly resupplied and the tables clean. Rebecca had fresh peanut butter cookies for us at checkin. Will stay again when in the area.

Had a good spirit. Clean, except the floors looked worn and elevator was a little dirty on the floor, but overall clean and with a good spirit. Staff was cheerful and professional. Great breakfast! Bed was comfortable. Tv didn’t work. Probably could have called front desk to figure out how to use it but didn’t want to do extra work. Overall,nice place and a good safe clean stay.

Our stay there was awesome, the lady at the front desk greeted when we came in the lobby was welcoming having free fresh baked cookies and coffee available at all times, the rooms were clean and relaxing, the breakfast had something for everyone. For awhile the internet service wasn't working good but they later got it resolved. We will be using this hotel when we have to visit a family member!
