Aloft by Marriott Tulsa

had a pleasant stay they are making some changes but nothing to interfere with our stay. just have to go to front desk to get ice is kind of inconvenient

When my wife and I stay in Tulsa, this is our go to stay. We love the Aloft hotels. Always clean and comfortable. The only thing unclean in the room was the soapdish by the sink. The bar area for drinks and the breakfast bar at this location was closed for the moment while they are transferring to new management, but that will be back soon. But there are plenty of restaurants within a few minutes drive.

Toilet wouldn't flush properly. The desk attended only offered a plunger. Therefore we had to go downstairs to the lobby to use the bathroom. Also the spa and weight room was closed.

I should have had a discountor free night considering ALL of the issues with the stay. No breakfast served on Monday or Tuesday. No bar on Sunday or Monday. No exercise rooms or laundry rooms as it MAY be renovated...not for sure. Check out was noon, but they were shutting off the water from 11am-3pm that day. We only knew that piece bc of a note under the door the next morning. Good thing I woke up early enough to get a shower. None of this was disclosed until we got there either. Were is the customer service?

It was peaceful it was a good place to clear my mind and get away from everyday troubles , the fitness was under renovation and the pool closed while it was still hot out.

This property was under renovation. The gym/pool and laundry services were closed. In addition, I booked on Expedia, which indicated that it came with a free breakfast. Did I not correct them or ask to be corrected due to the small selection of healthy options for breakfast?

I wish we were notified that the gym has been closed the last 6 months…

People need to know this hotel is undergoing what looks like a renovation. There is no Hot tub, the space where it used to be is filled in. The pool looked like it was being removed also.

When booking the post says that a bar is on premises and breakfast is uncluded. That is false advertising and should warrant a refund. The bar is closed on Sunday and Monday. Also there is no breakfast on Monday. I'm staying at the property Sunday and Monday. State in the listing these details so people can make the decision to choose another property.

No fitness center (under construction, apparently for a few months per reviews) not sure if the bedding was actually clean. Saw the cleaning crew servicing a room, noticed that there wasn’t any clean sheets/bedding on the cart. Bathroom door didn’t shut, no fan in the bathroom

We have stayed at this aloft plenty over the years- however this last year the property has gone downhill a lot. The lobby- and surrounding areas smelt like sewage. We were completely out of soap and we asked for an extra blanket but they were “out” of them. There were also stains (kind of looked like vomit) splattered on the wall by our sink. I’m sad to say we won’t be staying again even though it is close to dining and shopping.

Absolutely disgusting, did not clean sheets or comforter or clean towels

The room was not clean

The hotel room I had was completely ran down. Rips and water stains on the wallpaper, scratched up paint peeling from the desk. Dirty showers with hair and stains and dirty sinks. Unfortunately all rooms were booked up and I was not able to move into a cleaner room. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. This hotel needs to be shut down as it goes through its remodel. Very disgusting.

The Hotel was not well maintained,The Lobby furniture was stained badly .The staff was not helpful , when they were available. My room was dirty ,The covers on the bed was ripped where the cotton was coming out.. I would not stay at that hotel again , certainly not recommend it .

It was dirty and the room smelled like pee

The air smelt damp and gross, the shower was obviously not cleaned well (the glass still had soap smudges and the shower floor felt slick as if cleaning agents were just poured on and left) the fridge had hair in it when went to put some leftovers in, the room seemed smaller than most hotel rooms I’ve stayed up and the tv remote had no guide button, the channels took 15-20seconds to load each time it was changed to find something to watch. I stayed at this hotel years ago and it has gone downhill a lot so I am disappointed when I stayed there again.

Roaches and smell of dirty water

Room was not clean .. side tables had food and drink mess. Cockroaches and something nasty on the shower floor and wall. Please see pictures

Our stay was HORRIBLE! My sister woke up at 3:00 am with BEDBUGS all over her, her room and her bed. They had bit her to the point she was swollen and had scars! When we went downstairs to the front desk the clerk was dismissive and unapologetic. She stated they were full and didn’t have bedbugs. We then told her we had video and pictures which she requested we send to her which we did! After she watched it SHE STILL DIDNT APOLOGIZE! A couple had happen to state they didn’t want their room after hearing our story so she gave us the keys to that. The ONLY reason we didn’t leave is because every other hotel was BOOKED! The next morning we requested the managers information which her name is TIA GREEN! I never spoke with her! She never called me or anything! I was told by Lauren who is a desk clerk that I needed to reach out to hotels.com for a refund cause that’s who we booked through! We reached out to them and they said we had to be out of the room for a refund to be processed which remember we had switched rooms!! They continued to lie! No apologized! Never checked out other rooms cause we booked 4 due to it being a family trip and us going into other rooms after being in the bed with BEDBUGS! I do NOT recommend the hotel AT ALL and received the worst customer service anyone could get! To have the name aloft and receive service like this is ridiculous! I will be reaching out to the news stations and health department! The other room was the BARE MINIMUM!

Room smelled pretty bad during the whole stay, and air conditioner was too loud. Both rooms has the same problem.

The property is a little ran down. My key card pad on the door was broken with no cover. The light in the bathroom vanity didn't work, had to do my makeup with my phone next to the window because there is no other lighting. The AC unit was rattly and was very loud.

Love the property and room, but the technology is terrible. Low-resolution TV with no cable guide and poor speakers, and no Closed captioning. Since TV was unusable, I thought I'd stream - but internet was so bad I could not stream. I had to revert to using my phone as a hot spot. I'd give this place glowing recommendations if the dang TV was even fair.

The staff was incredibly friendly. HOWEVER, we had to move rooms due to the tv and phone not working in our 1st room. There is no dresser in the room. The shower leaked. There was NO maid service. We had to go to the front desk to get more coffee for the coffee maker in the room. There are no ice machines. We got our ice at the front desk. They give you a bag, which is too much. Not impressed and will not stay at an Aloft property again.

Aloft has a nice modern look and appeal. There is a pool, billiards, and a nice bar/lounge. However, i think they try to be too... "hip". The elevatorndoors open and you are greeted with the same Untz untz untz club music you hear in the lobby. When the you get to your floor and the doors open, the music permeates throughtout the floor. This would not be an inconvenience if the music volume lowered later in the day. Even at 1am, you can hear someone getting off the elevator to some pop/club song. Even worse, i was on the third floor above the pool. Even at 1am when no one is at the pool you can hear the *thump thump thump*. I find this so odd since this is Tulsa Oklahoma...

Nice rooms the tv didn’t work in ours but they changed us rooms and the tv worked it’s just the shower handles were broke in the new room

WE ALWAYS STAY AT ALOFT PROPERTIES. THIS ONE SEEMS TO BE ONE OF THE OLDER ONES MAYBE. SHOWER AND SINK AND VERY STAINED, AND LIGHT BULBS WERE OUT ABOVE THE BED. SO THE ROOM IS VERY DARK, ONLY THE DESK LAMO PROVIDED ANY LIGHT

this is our go to hotel when we spend the night in Tulsa. The staff is always really friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. plus its conveniently located. We love Aloft hotels.

When we arrived the entire bathroom was flooded from the leaking fridge. I went downstairs to tell the front desk and they said they would send someone up right away. Came back five hours later and no one had done anything so I called again. This time they send up 5 new towels rather than fix the leak. We also left a please clean room hanger on the front door and not once in three days did someone come in. Never staying here again. Very hard to find to for Uber drivers.

Person that checked us in and out was not very friendly. Seemed like we were bothering her. King sized bed seemed more like a queen. Lighting in the room was horrible. Gave us four half sized pillows that were uncomfortable. Not even basic cable on a cheap TV. No free breakfast, had a "chef" there to make food but you had to pay for it. Just not impressed, will not stay a Aloft again

The smell of the hotel was absolutely atrocious. Not sure if it was pure mildew or cats peeing in the hotel. And this was with limited smell with congestion from allergies. Which is probably the only reason I was able to stay. In conjunction, I had to wait 20 minutes to get a new room key because the representative was “busy”. I’ve always stayed at Alofts but I’m sure anymore.

My stay at Aloft Tulsa was decent, however, it was easy to mix up Aloft Tulsa with Aloft Tulsa Downtown. Once I finally made it to the correct hotel, my stay was pleasant enough but there was ongoing construction late into the night that was rather jarring. Hotel staff were helpful.

Seems to be struggle with construction 1st room Given was either occupied or completely not clean I was horrified (apology was given) Furniture was stained in foyer not acceptable 2nd room was better

Second time I've stayed here. Service is not great. Had to knock on a door to have someone come out and assist.

Checked in, first room had not been cleaned yet, next room we were given still had guest in it, third room was nice. Not a great experience.

My daughter and I enjoyed our quiet room and the kind staff. I left an expensive Stanley in the lobby and the front desk attendant made sure I got it back. This was my 4th stay here. It's always a good stay for the price.

First time staying at an Aloft, we expected better. First off, we weren’t told the room phones weren’t working. We tried to call down to the front desk and it was not operating. We were told after I brought it up that the phones were in the process of being upgraded or something. Secondly, they didn’t have enough towels for the second guest. We just needed a large body towel, but was told that they didn’t have enough available. As for the reason, we don’t know, because the guy pretty much froze and couldn’t tell us why. Meanwhile, a couple of other guest had came down to the lobby requesting another room because theirs was still dirty. Third, bathroom space wasn’t great or functional. It serves as like a mini kitchen/bathroom. But also, the shower just isn’t sealed properly. So water gets out into the floors easily and you’re left with a puddle when you’re out. Then, you have to use towels to soak that up but then have to use it wisely because you were told they don’t have enough.

I love this place! Perfect location for everything. Staff is super 😊

The employees were friendly and always greeted us as we came and went. Overall the hotel is clean and confortable all tho the lobby area is starting to look worn and a bit ragged...stains on seating area etc. Overall a great and safe location close to food , shopping and easy hwy access.

Love this property. Great location for my sales trips to Tulsa.

1) Location: I'm a former Tulsa resident. This is a weird location for a hotel. Not convenient for walking to restaurants, groceries, etc. If you are from out of town, you will find it difficult to find the hotel in the dark. There are NO signs that will show the way. It's in a mixed commercial/warehouse area. Nothing pretty or relaxing here. 2) Cleanliness: I have stayed here before. You are now greeted by horribly stained furniture in the lobby. They had "storm damage" that is still being repaired. But, THAT WASN'T IN THE LISTING! More stains than a college dorm. My room was "clean" on the surface, but i found a flip top from a water bottle under the bed edge. Should easily be seen on routine cleaning. 3) Deferred maintenance: Shower glass not properly secured. Possible water damage/paint flaking, due to moisture build-up in bath/shower area. You won't know if the shower is moldy because of the black tile and grout. Brilliant move Aloft, if the goal is to hide this... Broken electronic plug in adapter unit on the desk. 4) Noise: Paper thin walls/doors. Could hear more hall noise than even a 1 star hotel. Across hall neighbors were partying just enough to be irritating. If I were a light sleeper, I would likely have complained. 5) Breakfast: I didn't check, but apparently the included breakfast wasn't available. Also NOT MENTIONED IN THE LISTING! Bottom line: Worth $50/ntincurrent condition. I could have stayed at Hampton or Holiday Inn Express for the same$

This was second time in Tulsa and I liked this location better than the one downtown. It's less congested it's close to the airport. Your five minutes away from stores and restaurants.

Nice clean No bar no breakfast

Check-in was easy and the staff was very nice. The bartender was awesome. The room was nice and clean. We'd definitely book a room here again.

Upon arrival to hotel, I was provided a key to my room. When I entered the room, the room was clearly dirty and not ready. I returned to the front desk and asked for another room. Another room key was quickly provided. This next room was upon entry, it seemed clean surface level with beds made and clean towels. The gym, sauna and pool were not available for use which was one reason for booking this hotel. There was a plastic bag tied to the fire alarm in the room, there was visible dirt on the bathroom door and baseboards. The sink was dirty and there was no caffeinated coffee in the room which was easily amended by the friendly front staff. Staff were great and the aesthetic of the lobby was very cool and modern. The snack bar was great.

Hotel was clean and comfortable; service from staff wasnt typical of what id expect, not proactive or helpful. Bar was closed with no alternative.
