This is a smaller, but nice hotel. The casino is walking distance from the hotel. There are several eating places around there but it doesn't have a restaurant in it. We enjoyed our stay..

The hotel is located at one end of the parking lot and the casino at the other. They are not connected. There was no restaurant or bar located at the hotel. The space where these should be was always closed. The air conditioner in the room was very loud kicking on and off every 5 minutes all night long until I finally turned it off to get some sleep then woke up hot since I turned the air off but at least I got some sleep.

The hotel is comfortable and free of noise even when the highway runs in front of it. It is also conveniently located at a walk distance away from the casino. Parking around the hotel is limited, but we did not have a major inconvenience finding a spot even if removed from being close to our rooms. We will most likely use it again on our way to Las Vegas, NV!

Close to where we needed to be- Pet friendly, although no poop bags outside and areas to take our dog were filled with stickers Loved having Pinon coffee in morning Room good size and would suggest a chair for desk.

This was a lovely place to stay just outside of the main area of Santa Fe. The hotel was spacious and quiet and well kept, very good for the price. Especially grateful for laundry facilities. The desk clerk was an excellent and helpful young man.

We booked a 2 bed one bed was clean the other bed was full of hair like they left the same sheets of someone else's use. The restroom tube had black mold on the wall and it was yellow like it hasn't been clean in years never will i stay there again...

Surprised that the room we were assigned was in need of repair and cleanliness. The bathtub had black areas where the grout wasn't clean. the bathroom floor had loose tiles and the black grout was half of the floor. The toilet tissue holder was missing and the toilet paper was placed on top of the toilet. The room needs proper cleaning before making it available to the public.

Bed was fairly comfortable. Room was not clean, hairs in bathroom and the floor hadn't been vacuumed. Hotel is incredibly minimal. The young girl at the front desk couldn't be bothered with anything baring handing you back your cc. The casino down the rod was way nicer my colleagues paid less than I did. Hotel needs to go.

Bed sheets were dirty with stains ! Also the restroom sink was leaking & the tub had a slow drain ! Also the small refrigerator wasn’t working at all !!!!!!!

Everything was clean, and the staff was reasonably courteous. However, I had one major problem that might not be a problem for everyone. They restrict their Wifi to the point where it is unusable for people like me. I needed to check on some public videos of lawyers reviewing a recent case, but because the case involved a murder, their Wifi restriction service blocked me from viewing it. I'm a professional adult. It is frustrating to go to a hotel and not be able to properly use the services I paid for. I also could not use a hot spot because the signal was too weak. Luckily, I was only there for one night. It would have been a serious issue if I had been there for longer.

Rooms are a little run down- not up to date as far as charging stations for phones and such. Rooms kind of smell like cigarette smoke. I remember staying at this hotel when it first opened around 2012 or so, and the rooms were beautiful and it had a restaurant in the hotel. I'm not sure what happened. For the price its decent and I always stay at this hotel when I'm in the area because it's affordable.

The room was ok, the bathrooms are in SERIOUS need of updating. The shower needs the grout cleaned or redone, the shower curtain is all yellowed and since they don't have one of those bowed rails, it rubs against you the whole time you're showering (Ugh!), and the toilet is tiny and meant for midgets...oh, and didn't flush well either. The faucet for the sink sucked too. I cancelled the last 2 nights of my stay. All they'd have to do is spend the time and money to fix those things and it would have been a LOT better, and I'd consider staying there again. As it is, no.

Rooms clean, young staff member inconvenienced by our presence 10 minutes prior to 3 pm for check in. Made to wait in lobby with additional guests until after 3pm. Same gal next morning unable to look up from phone to acknowledge our leaving ir ask how our stay was.

The day we checked in the lady the counter was not friendly at ALL!! She acted like she was bothered by us! The telephone in our room didn’t work, the pillows were horrible, the remote control worked only when it wanted to. We were expecting nice rooms as the description it gave online, we were VERY DISAPPOINTED! The cleaning ladies were the only ones that were great!

Walking distance to the casino, the staff was very friendly and helpful since we had no vehicle yet, one of the staff members, Michelle drove us to a nearby spot for breakfast. She was very kind. Will definitely be there again. ☺️

Rude unfriendly people that check you in and out. The morning of check out i said good morning to the clerk the answer i got was what do you need without a good morning. Need to have friendly clerk you lost my stay there.

The room was comfortable and clean, I had a microwave and a small refrigerator. Perfect for a golf week with my buddy. When we checked in we were greeted with a little bit of attitude but she warmed up to me. Courtyard was nice and they have a good outdoor smoking area. Easy walking to local places. Easy walk to the large casino.

Excellent value. Very nice hotel! We don’t gamble, but it was fun to walk over to the casino for a drink. No breakfast, but didn’t expect for the low rate. Coffee and tea were easily available in lobby.

Hotels.com said free breakfast, not so. Coffee was weakly brewed. I tightened loose cold water faucet handle. Vent broken on heater/AC unit. It also said "change filter".

The hotel is a little used. The building is in good condition, the furniture is a little old, all the equipment works fine. There is a microwave and refrigerator in the room, but no coffee maker. The hotel does not have breakfast, only coffee in the lobby. The hotel is clearly overpriced.

Advertised a restaurant in the hotel but never seen an open restaurant in the hotel, only in the casino. The vending machines seemed to always be out of service. Other then those two things the stay was nice, it was quite, peaceful, and clean. Did not interact with staff much but they seemed nice and friendly.
