The rooms were very smelly, smelt smoky like a nightclub. There was nothing appealing about this stay. The rooms had noise from the air conditioning and when the hot water was turned on. There is a free shuttle service, on the pick up from the airport it took 50 min to come, on the way back it was about 25 min. Spend the extra and stay somewhere else.

Clean and comfortable, with great service. Parking is free but tight - narrow spaces packed into limited area with heaps of big 4wds. Busy and noisy with lots of kids running around. Great for a quick stay though

The room was clean and tidy, but the staff omitted to tell us that the shuttle service didn't run on public holidays when we inquired about the times for the next day, which was a public holiday. We also had to wait over an hour for our meal to be delivered then one meal was missed so another half hour wait for that, with no apology from the staff at the time. Management the next day did give us our meal for half price and an apology but this was too late for tired travellers.

The property itself was an older venue which was well maintained within the rooms. The outside was mostly concrete and asphalt with peripheral gardens and some smaller plots to provide relief. The main issue was noise, from other guests, TVs, bathroom use, coming and goings at various times throughout the night (unavoidable due to flight timetables). Being of an older design (70s i'm guessing) it would benefit from enhanced noise suppression features. The airport shuttle was an advantage but can only be booked on arrival at the property. It was a key consideration for me and thankfully I was able to get the last seat on the bus. If I had missed out it would have meant an expensive taxi fare to the airport.

Rooms are more modern than most motels of this sort, but still a motel. Bed was comfy and shower was good and hot, but could probably have been cleaned a little better as we were greeted by some short and curlys on the shower sill. Downside of arriving later in the evening is that I called at 10:30 for the shuttle and was told it had finished for the night (website says 11pm) so had to splurge $70 on a taxi to get there. :( Not convenient to any food options either. Did not try the restaurant, but it looked okay. The pool area looked good too, but it was raining and cole when we were there. Kids loved the carvings in the front gardens.

On entering the room smelt musty. Clearly had been cleaned and aired for sometime. room was considerable smaller than advertised. Check out staff were not interested in listening to issues. Noisy water pipes from above. Smell of garbage at the door.

Not a nice place yo stay, it's old, beds are uncomfortable, if you need face washers and hand towels you have to go to reception to get them. Towels were like tissue paper, very thin. Noisy rooms near the front obviously people coming and going all night. Old fashioned. Not even a plate to eat something off or microwave to heat anything up. 😖

Room was very clean and fresh! It's perfectly covers all your needs. Restaurant isn't anything flash, but the breakfast had great portion sizes! Good value and perfectly cooked food.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! Truly exceptional service and the room may be the cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed in my life! Highly recommend this property and the staff. Special shouts to Amy and Tina… superb customer service!

Property on very busy road - noisy most of day and night. we were quoted in a room with a double bed & 2 singles - one of the singles was made out of the couch with a foam mattress (very uncomfortable for an adult) down to floor level therefore no couch - not as good as the photo - overpriced

Staff were good and fresh milk was welcome. However the room was very small with the bed against the wall - not suitable for 2 people. Also, the towels were small and thin, shower curtain too short so bathroom floor gets wet.

Check in staff were excellent, very accommodating to move me to a room on the ground floor as I had a lot of luggage. Unfortunately, wifi was terrible (non-existent) which created a big problem when I was scheduled to work and used up all mobile roaming data.

Room was tiny with the bed up against a wall. Linen on the bed was old and no longer white from constant washing. Room was clean but in need of freshening up. Two towels and a bath mat only provided. Coffee provided cheapest possible. Will not return or recommend. But after all that, staff were friendly and helpful.

Noisy area and thin walls making the neighbors activities more audible than desired. Bed comfortable and room very clean. No bedside lamp. Either bright main light or darkness. Squeaky bathroom door that makes toilet breaks in the night disruptive to the whole family. Unable to leave it open due to bathroom window having a large opening allowing hungry mosquitos inside. Not likely to return to this property.

Handed in key to 2 staff in the morning upon leaving and had a call from hotel after 10am asking when i would be checking out and was then accused of stealing and not paying for breakfast despite checking out and staff getting credit card details upon check in. Dispicable service

This is a very budget hotel which is masquerading as something that it is not. It quite obviously is capitalising on the FIFO industry and charging more than a five star hotel would charge for basically what is a budget motel. Staff were rude upon arrival, (with the exception of the lady I dealt with over the phone, she was nice and very professional) but the guy who checked me in with the grey beard? Rude, condescending, and had an overall bad attitude towards a paying guest right from the moment I arrived. For over 200 dollars for what was only a 6 hour stay, I would have expected more. The “shuttle bus” runs hourly and needs to be pre booked. It takes around 20 minutes each way. It takes around 30 minutes to be picked up from the airport too. Just an FYI for anyone who has just travelled internationally like I had. The place is in poor condition, there were cockroaches in my room. Half of the lights didn’t work. There were bags of rubbish outside the door when I arrived. Lighting didn’t work properly. The door couldn’t be properly closed. There were an endless list of negative experiences. I strongly advise against staying here if there’s other options available.

É um motel mediano com relação às instalações. Os pontos positivos são: o quarto tinha bom tamanho, o ar condicionado funcionou bem, as camas eram boas, roupas de cama e banho boas e limpas. Funcionários da manutenção atenciosos, gentis e prestativos. Pontos negativos: muito barulho, instalações antigas, áreas comuns (corredores e estacionamento) sujas (muitas baratas). A recepção é um caso à parte, um exemplo de péssimo trabalho!!! A funcionária que parecia ser a líder da equipe demonstrou repetidas vezes total desinteresse em nosso bem estar durante a hospedagem. Não honrou a promessa da funcionária que fez nosso check-in de nos trocar de quarto no dia seguinte por causa do barulho da rodovia, que constatamos imediatamente ao chegar. Chegou a dizer que teríamos que ficar mudando todos os dias porque estava lotado (sic)... Por fim, após uma estadia de 5 noites, recusou conceder 1 hora a mais para o check-out na manhã do dia 01/01, quando normalmente as pessoas retornam de madrugada após o reveillon. Enfim, completa falta de empatia! Acredito que essa pessoa esteja na profissão errada. Definitivamente não voltarei com minha família e me arrependi de não ter gasto um pouco a mais para ficar em outra acomodação.

We booked two separate nights at the Flag for us to stay in Perth before and after a trip to Bali. We booked a room on both occassions that had a double, single and sofa bed. Both times they had us in a smaller standard room with a double and single bed. The first night we stayed they quickly fixed their error and put us in the room type that we booked. On the second night when we checked in they made the same mistake however they were reluctant to find us a room that matched the one we'd booked. After some time they finally found us an appropriate room, it then took them over an hour to bring bed linen for the sofa bed, which we had to make! Very disappointing!

This hotel offers a free airport shuttle. When I called them from the airport after a 17 hour flight they advised the shuttle was broken. They did not offer an alternative and told me I would have to get a taxi. They also did not have a room for me at 1130 even though I booked a $30 11am early check in. My husband had to call them and was able to get them to waive the $30 dollar early check in fee and they organised a different room that was available. It wasn't really clean which is understandable if things were rushed but I was not impressed with the general lack of organisation. The rooms are not well insulated for noise if you happen to have noisy neighbours. I won't be going back. Others may find all this acceptable, I didn't because I felt the staff didn't really convey any responsibility for the issues rather they tried to diplomatically absolve any responsibilty they had. They also did not succeed to show any care about my customer experience.

It is a convenient hotel to airport. Shuttle bus is great. Very friendly and helpful staff. Its not a hotel thats close to amenities unless you have a car, but bus stop outside takes you straight into Perth in no time. Its a hotel to stay in for when you arrive in Perth for a couple of days. We have stayed a few times and enjoyed it.

It’s the cheapest place close to the airport so you can’t complain too much. Was perfect for one night and the pool was very nice too. Thd food in the restaurant was very under whelming. broccoli and beans are either precooked or frozen .We would stay again though as it was the cheapest we could find with a pool

Such a great motel. From Reception to the bus driver to the cleaners and maintenance and kitchen crew everyone was so helpful, courteous and welcoming. Not alot of food options around in walking distance. But they have their own Kitchen and a great menu. The pool is and lovely and clean.

Our room was very run down. Fan/light in the bathroom was so loud and clanked the whole time it turned on, housekeeping never left enough towels (3 guests in our room, yet only ever 2 towels), no face cloths, hand towel, or moisturizer available. When we requested a room clean 1 day the only thing housekeeping did was make the bed and replace toilet paper. Bathroom counter wasnt wiped even though we cleared it for cleaning. Pool was nice and deep, however there were only 2 sun loungers and the sun umbrella is all ripped. Cockroach in the bathroom one day. Check in staff was so incredibly rude for no reason whatsoever. Even after giving feedback a day in, no effort was made to fix any of our concerns.

Clean, quiet, and convenient location! Great little restaurant too. Only giving a four because there are some ventilation issues, so when people Smoked outside, the smoke somehow got into our room (even with all windows closed). Highly recommend if you want to stay near airport with no hassles, and amazing customer service.
