207号室を利用いたしました。お風呂の水漏れ意外快適でした。毎朝の胡麻パン(シミット)がとても美味しかったです。スルタンマッサージを受けましたが、サウナ→垢すり→サウナ→泡で洗い→オイルマッサージで整いまくりでした。施術してくれたエレナさんの魔法のようなマッサージで長時間フライトの疲れが癒えました。

This hotel is not a luxury brand experience. Be prepared for a smaller property with a more basic atmosphere. The surrounding area also primarily consists of 2-3 star hotels, and their advertised luxury might not always match reality. The elevator is quite small, only fitting two people with luggage at most. For a more comfortable and convenient stay, I recommend choosing a hotel in central Istanbul. This will give you easier access to major attractions and better public transportation options for exploring the city. Spa forget it. Only the name.

The location was absolutely fantastic! We walked EVERYWHERE from out hotel. There were some great shops upnthe street, also a glfew great restaurants with roof top bars. The Haiga Sofia and Blue Mosque were very close, great view of the bosphorus from our room and from the roof top lounge. Breakfast was free and very nice, a lot of traditional options, tea and coffees. There was an elevator and a spa downstairs. Would definitely recommend!

Séjour de 6 nuits dans cet hôtel. Personnel aux petits soins et de très bons conseils pour vos visites et excurcions. Petit déjeuners buffet copieux. Les chambres sont correct en revanche la rue est un peu bruyante. This hotel is perfectly located and is close to all the main attractions like Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Cistern and many other places. The service at the hotel was great and the breakfast was amazing! It was my first time travelling solo and I felt very safe and well taken care of. The staff was very friendly and helped me book a last minute trip to Pamukkale before I had to fly back home the following day which amazing that they helped me fo that. Also, I had a visit to their spa and had a Turkish hammam experience which was wonderful as well! GLK was very accommodating and very welcoming! Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!

Le « buffet » est très bas de gamme ! La terrasse n’est jamais dressée et quant on s’y installe, il faut se débrouiller nous même pour les assises et coussins. Malheureusement nous n’avons jamais pu utilisé, ni le hamam, ni le sauna, pour des raisons de logistique. En effet, avec ces horaires, (de 12h à 20h) quand nous somme dehors en balade, ce n’est pas pratique. Cela dit, quand on sollicite les installations, il faut de toute façons repasser car ce n’est jamais en fonction. Résultat, une heure minimum d’attente pour un sauna tiède. Du coup pas de sauna. Donc, si vous aviez l’intention de vous faire un petit sauna au réveil ou fin de journée après balade, il faut oublier, car le temps de mettre le matériel en route, il est déjà 20h. Je vous passe les pannes de courant intempestives, qui mettent le wifi en défaut, et ce malgré le groupe électrogène qui prends le relais. Groupe qui est positionné dans la ruelle devant les fenêtres de l’hôtel. Bref le nom de cette hôtel ne reflète en rien le service et équipements qu’il porte !

The hotel was well kept, Staff were helpful, Room comfortable. Convenient location. Disappointed there was no Roof Terrace - which is implied by the photographs but to be fair, not stated in the hotel amenities. City view room is over a noisy street ( daytime traffic). Minibar fridge was a bit noisy. Breakfast not to my taste and exactly the same every day.

Leider habe ich ein kakalaken auf der Toilette gefunden und gesehen obwohl zimmerservic das Zimmer und die Toilette sauber gemacht wurde han es wieder entdeckt und selbst getötet war sehrr eklig . Frühstück war lecker aber wenig Auswahl.

The staff was very friendly. They reached out prior to check-in to help us arrange transportation, checked-in with us as we arrived at the airport, and also provided great suggestions about what to do once we checked in. Unfortunately, the rooms did not meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel in terms of comfort, cleanliness, or attention-to-detail; I would recommend that the star-rating be reviewed to manage guest expectations going forward. I also want to note that this is a Best Western. Although the twin beds were placed together, the comforter/duvet provided was not large enough to cover the bed. I also had to overlap the 2 bedsheets provided to use them for warmth at night. The comforter/duvet had stains. Gum was stuck to the wall behind the dresser. There were a lot of flies. My welcome fruit plate was covered, but then someone made a hole to remove spoiled fruit, but then flies were on the rest. Some of the towels had stains and holes. The bathroom did not have sufficient lighting and the makeup mirror would not stay in place. The sink also did not have a covered drain nor was there sufficient counter space around the sink. The bathtub looked like it had an extension placed on the side to protect water from going on the floor during a shower, but it was not long enough and large amounts of water always ended up on the floor, soaking the bathmat. The bathroom updates were not adequately placed over the walls or tub, so they would move in as you touched them.

Be sure to check your mini bar when you check in. Ours was not fully stocked upon check in so when housekeeping tidied up and replenished it, we were charged for things we never took/ate/drank. And there was no way for us to dispute it. We were not given any “VIP” amenities or upgrades for our platinum status on Expedia. Bring ear plugs because you can hear people in the halls and the windows don’t block out street noise. I’m not sure how this is considered a 4 star based on how old the mattress and room decor is. Maybe a 3 star at best. The neighborhood is conveniently located within a short walking distance to the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. However there are much nicer neighborhoods and hotels to stay in for the same cost. And with public transportation so easy to navigate, we wish we’d stayed elsewhere.

Stayed at the hotel in the standard room and executive suite. Standard rooms are on the lower floor so it can be noisy due to traffic. Executive rooms are on higher floors with balcony and sea view. Both rooms are very spacious. The staff is very helpful and attentive. Did Cappadocia trip through companion travel agency provided by hotel was amazing. We had a great time.

Shocking!!! Paid extra for Balcony room. Blood on the Bed cover (made a complaint to reception and got advised "so, other people use the room also" well yes its a hotel. instead of replacing the bed cover, it was covered with a bed sheet). Bathroom broken, AC not working. Fridge broken. Balcony door barely holdng on with makeshift Lock. Only saving Grave was Farhad (top man) on reception who helped change the room.

This was my second visit. And can’t fault the place. My room was is in very good condition and clean. They serviced new towels etc daily. Hotel smelled amazing. Buffet Breakfast was part of my package and was simply perfect. And the property is situated at the best location in SultanAhmet. Staff including the guys on desk were very helpful.

My flight out in the morning was before the breakfast time at the hotel. Staff made me a to-go bag with food that I could take with me as I left early. It was unexpectedly kind. Because so many GLK premiers the cab driver dropped us off at the wrong one. We needed another cab to get to the right one. When we checked in they tried to sell us their tours and river cruises which were much higher priced than the same ones at the local tour shops. Just beware before you buy.

We had a great stay. We were a family of 6 with three rooms. They were very accommodating and helpful when we needed it. You are staying in the older part of istanbul so don't expect ultimate luxury. You get more than what you are paying for. Staff was very nice to everyone and was the best part of our stay here. They had a good european breakfast and I really enjoyed the terrace every morning.

Most of the staff were very friendly. Warning DO NOT DO YOUR laundry there. $100 for 8 pieces. They ripped us off. Breakfast is fabulous. Walk up to Arasta Cafe in Arasta bazaar was easy and other dining options close by too. Easy to catch a Uber here. Property and furniture are dated. Three star not five.

The free breakfast was excellent. The balcony had beautiful views. Walking distance to Sultan Ahmet Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Cute boutique hotel. But the rooms were small. But it was in the old city so that is to be expected. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Walkable to the Mosques, great location. Lovely restaurant across the road. Staff were very welcoming - especially Nescati who helped me book a wonderful dinner cruise with a discounted rate. Room 403 has a large roof terrace with views of Bosphorous and side view of Blue Mosque minarets . Nice jacuzzi bath. Free buffet breakfast sets you up for the day. Had a fantastic time! Would 100 per cent recommend.

We stayed in this chain in the different location. This one is OK. Breakfast was C rated hence we ate outside. The other location which is 10 mins away is much better and food was incredible
