Those who stay here need to be aware that this is an older motel that has become part of the Patti's Porch enterprise. They have done a good job of redecorating it and bringing it up to date within the limits of what they could do with an older motel. The rooms are small, and the entrance is not on ground level, although there is a long ramp from the parking lot. We stayed there because it was a convenient place to stop while on vacation and we wanted to eat at Patti's porch. Would we stay there again? I don't know, We might if we wanted to stop over night near Patti's porch.

I stay at a lot of pet-friendly hotels and Patti's is a breath of fresh air. Super clean, very friendly staff, a large area to walk my dog. Everything was easy and comfortable. Call while en route to let them know you have a pet.

Patti’s is a very welcoming southern resort. The people are lovely, courteous, and kind. The facility is very homey with round tables around the breakfast area and a popcorn machine. The room decor is fantastic. Every room has a different theme. We stayed in the movie room and our friends stayed in the Beatles room. We heard a gentleman and his wife ask for the Dolly Parton room. We were eager to go back next year and get a different theme and check it out There’s a terrible smell in the elevator and staff tried so hard to offset it, but they were not able to. Management was fairly sure it was a maintenance issue with the back up sump pump. Someone was coming out in the next few days to address it so hopefully it’s not a chronic issue.

First let me say that I was very excited to stay here for my birthday. The staff, stellar and customer focused. The beds, I slept okay. The lobby area and breakfast was great! The rooms were sub par. We had no move after the tv stopped working in the first room and there were dead bugs in the corners. The second room was cleaner and larger and the tv worked. I went to take a dip in the pool as it as 100* and it was gross! Filter didn’t appear to be working with bugs and slime on top of the water. I was very, very disappointed! This place could be great but they need to invest some money. Certainly not what I expected from a hotel associated with Patti’s Settlement. The yummy breakfast IMO doesn’t make up for a room they should cost half the price. Had I not had dinner reservations for my birthday at Patti’s I would have complained and canceled.

This weekend trip was our second visit to Patti’s to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We enjoyed the time in the hotel. The room was comfortable and very clean. The bed was comfortable as well. You’ll need to make your reservation well ahead of time because the hotel is always packed. The included breakfast is excellent! Our only complaint might be that the handicap shower head is no longer height adjustable for short people who might not want to get their hair wet! Not a deal breaker. Highly recommend this destination!

The comfort wasn’t good. The pillows were thick and hard. Hardest I’d ever seen. One of the mattresses were worn out. It had 2 sinking holes in it. The housekeeping was very loud at 7am knocking things around in hallway or in other rooms. Everything else was great, but the main reason you stay in a hotel is for rest. And that was not good. Our bodies hurt the next day

Very friendly service vis Eva at the front desk. This hotel was extremely clean and the breakfast wax fresh and tasty. Also liked the personal “nom chain” vibe at Patti’s. Would definitely stay here again and take advantage of all the many outdoor activities in the area. It was also nice to check out the nearby 1800 settlement!

We have never been to this area before and didn’t know where to stay. THIS is a fantastic choice! I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Don’t hesitate at all!! Clean, comfortable, safe, easy access…. Wish all hotels were like this! We travel a lot… this is a good place and good value!

The hotel was converted from a previous chain's property; my guess was that it was a Courtyard by Hyatt. It shows its age in the general layout and amenities that it has. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and accommodating with what requests we had. The breakfast offered was minimal but adequate. The main issue we had was we expected the property to be close to the Patti's Settlement and Patti's Restaurant; it is several miles away from it. The Patti's settlement web site really implies that this property is nearby. We expected to walk to dinner at Patti's, but there is nothing whatsoever close to the hotel. To their credit, the hotel staff offered to have a van from the restaurant pick us up at the hotel (they seemed to have heard this complaint before). We did not use this service and drove instead - dinner disappointment is another review for another site. It's nice enough as a overnight stop along the interstate, but this isn't a destination hotel.

The Patti's settlement web site really implies that this property is nearby. We expected to walk to dinner at Patti's, but there is nothing whatsoever close to the hotel. To their credit, the hotel staff offered to have a van from the restaurant pick us up at the hotel (they seemed to have heard this complaint before). We did not use this service and drove instead - dinner disappointment is another review for another site. It's nice enough as a overnight stop along the interstate, but this isn't a destination hotel.

Disappointed in overall comfort of room and the age of the facility for the nightly room rate paid. Breakfast was weak with limited choice of food and quality. I expected more understanding the alliance with Patti’s Restaurant and the superb quality of service there. Next visit we will be staying somewhere else

This weekend trip was our second visit to Patti’s to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We enjoyed the time in the hotel. The room was comfortable and very clean. The bed was comfortable as well. You’ll need to make your reservation well ahead of time because the hotel is always packed. The included breakfast is excellent! Our only complaint might be that the handicap shower head is no longer height adjustable for short people who might not want to get their hair wet! Not a deal breaker. Highly recommend this destination!

As Patti's is also owned by the local Patti's Restaurant, I envisioned that this hotel would be reflective of the quality of the restaurant. That is not what I found when I arrived. The hotel is apparently a previously owned Microtel which was renovated as Patti's. When entering my room, one of the first things that I noticed is that the lighting was very limited in the room. There was only a small desk lamp on the bedside table and one can light over the desk. It was hard to see anything in the room at night. The toilet would continuously run unless you wiggled the handle. The outlet between the beds was literally hanging off the electrical wire in the wall. With the owner being a restaurant owner, I envisioned a nice continental breakfast. That was not the case! It was very minimal with frozen biscuits that were not completely cooked. One of the worst locations I have stayed in quite some time. Very disappointing accommodations for the price.

I loved the theme room June and Johnny however when I walked in the room smelled very bad almost like a nasty mop. I tried spraying perfume and that still did not get that nasty smell out of that room. Maybe try emptying the mop water more and using some spray air freshener that smells nice before leaving a room. The room was beautiful and clean though, Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room needs to smell clean also. That’s the only complaint I had.
