Even after communicating with the hotel prior to the arrival and personally confirming our need for 2 beds for three adults, when we arrived, they claimed problems with our reservation, offering us only one bed for three people! Then, they further said the room was not clean yet at 5:45p even though check in is at 3p. They would not refund our money. The hotel looks run down and I fully believed them when they said our room wasn't clean. Only the lower floor is wheelchair accessible and the hallways are very narrow. They kept delaying my request for a refund until after 6p when the window to cancel closed. The experience was sketchy in every sense of the word. Even with travel insurance, I am out the full cost of this booking.
